Great location, the very center of Tirana. Everything is very close, bus stop and Skanderbeg Square just a few meters from the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a bakery, several fruit shops, a pharmacy, a few supermarkets a little further. A dozen or so meters from the hotel there is an old bazaar and several small restaurants that serve very good local dishes. The hotel is clean and well-kept, very nice staff. I used their help several times when visiting Tirana. Breakfasts very good.

It's difficult to find the place, the owner sent his father to pick us up in the corner. Very friendly! Great location, right in the city center. Next to a lot restaurants and a big market. Facility is quite modern,3 windows, good lighting. Window is sound proof as well.

1.hotel and reception, parking, breakfast place are in two different places, a few hundred meters apart. Very inconvenient. 2.parking is 5 EUR extra for guest overnight. No matter how late you arrive, if you want to park there after 11:00am, have to pay more for parking. 3.room is not very clean. There is thick dust on the corner of the night stand table. One towel has a short hard hair before I use it. 4.maybe because we press the wrong button or sth, air conditioner doesn't serve cold air. And the hair dryer is also broken. But it's just for one night and the reception is in another building few hundred meters away,we didn't bother to call and complain.

Location is great, few steps from main square and also the bus station from which you can get to the airport. The hotel itself is very charming, room was comfortable and super clean. Very good and comfy bed. I cannot ask for more. The breakfast was lovely with wide variety of choices, fresh bread, lots of cheese, ham, vegetables, but also pancakes, jams and fruits. Shortly, once I'm back in Tirana, this is the place to stay.

Only one small complain - the room was very cold, although it was not that cold outside.

Location in the city center. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options but decent.

A bit noisy in the room, you could hear people using the toilet in the room upstairs. Bathroom very small and the toilet positioned very weird facing the shower, if you are taller you can't sit on it, your knees are gonna hit the glass wall of the shower. Coffee from the bar from the machine wasn't included with breakfast, you had to pay to get that, instead they had coffee not as good provided with breakfast. Parking place very narrow, we were a bit scared someone can scratch our car or something, especially when it's a rented car you don't want any events.

The hotel is located only a 5 min walk from skanderberg square. There are shops and restaurants close to the hotel did not have issues trying to locate a shop. The hotel and room were modern for the area. Mini fridge in the room was a great addition, English channels on the tv also. Staff were very friendly and very helpful in giving directions and helped us call for taxis. The hotel was hidden and not on the main road which was great. The WiFi connection was good, only dipped once but no issues after. The breakfast area was large and spacious and breakfast has a good variety.

The room lacked storage, only 1 small unit with 1 shelf and no doors, no where really to put our things. Mirror in room was fine however when sitting down on chair in front, the mirror was too high. Breakfast was cold as there were no hot plates. Eggs and sausages were cold, still edible but would’ve preferred something warm for breakfast. Noise throughout the night in the hotel from air con, plumbing and lift. Not ideal but ok if you have earplugs.

We only spent one night here arriving in the evening and leaving basically when the breakfast started, so cannot comment on the hotel but the room was large, clean and comfortable. Location perfect for our purposes - close to the bus station.

Didn't see the reception staff smile at all and wasn't very forthcoming when asked to have our breakfast 15min earlier as we had to leave for the airport just after the breakfast started. Have your breakfast in 10min with a 3 year old.....that was a shame.

An amazing hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, beds comfortable with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast had a good selection of European choices. The staff were polite and so helpful. As the airport doesn't accept mobile boarding cards, they printed off for free. The hotel is a five minute walk to the square and the new bazaar where you will find everything, bars and restaurants etc.

Tucked away but in truly the perfect location- a small court yard where there is free parking & a little outdoor terrace too. A less than five minute walk to the new bazaar- if you’re a foodie/ love a market vibe I’d head here. Tonnes of cute cafés and a lovely vibe. 5 minutes another direction is the main square, opera house, bunk art 2 and a little further along to house of leaves. The rooms were compact but perfect -modern and clean with a really gorgeous bathroom. There was a mini fridge for you to store your own bits in if needed and a little outdoor balcony space- not big enough to sit on but so nice to have. Massive shout out to the amazing cleaners. I lost a tiny bead from a bracelet which I thought had come off during our walk around the city. When I got back the cleaners had found it and placed it to one side for me. It is TINY so it shows how good their attention to detail really is. Would definitely recommend!

The bed is very confortable and the receptionist ( a young lady ) made us stay over there! She is so nice and if you have questions about the city, for sure she’ll hept you!

We didn’t like the fact that we had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper everyday !!! It was like it was something very expensive. the toilet was broken so everything was unconfortable in the bathroom. And we stayed over there for 3 nights and the breakfast was the same everyday.

The staff, particularly the gentleman who welcomed us, were very polite and friendly. The location is great, close to the main square with most things you need close by. Room is basic but big enough for a family of 4 (one infant) and it is clean. It was ideal for a 1 night stay in Tirana.

Breakfast could have had more options (although most places we have stayed in Albania have served very similar, basic breakfasts).
