location nice Hotel, tasty interior lovely pictures comfortable bed

• The room was dark with insufficient lighting. • There was no table lamp; we had to request one from reception, but it was too dim. • There was no power socket nearby, so they had to bring a long extension cable running across the floor to the other side of the bed. • No rubbish bin was provided in the room. • There was no water kettle or cups available. • Overall, everything was at a minimum standard. • The view from the room was of a very dirty rooftop. • Breakfast was very emconomy

The decor of the hotel is impressive, from the paintings to the carpets, everything is neat and clean, from the bedroom to the breakfast room.This hotel is excellent for cleanliness, comfort and relaxation. I travel alot and have stayed at many hotels, this one is a top notch hotel.

If there is anything that maybe I didn't like was that in the below level of parking there is no lift and had to carry the suitcase down and up the dangerous ramp of the parking area in the garage because on the level where the lift stops the parking area was full otherwise it was all very good.

I received a very warm welcome and introduction to the hotel from the young lady front-desk manager, who speaks very good English and is the soul of helpful hospitality. I wish I had found out her name, because she’s a gem. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, but is perhaps “fading” slightly. Nonetheless, it is very well located in central Tirana and represents good value for money compared with similar places in the area. Everything you need is within walking distance. The breakfast is not electrifying, but still adequate. The hotel also has a nice terrace and bar/cafe on the ground floor.

I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room, and I was surprised to find that the hotel did not offer a laundry service.

Very clean, excellent location even little bit hard to find even with Google maps and GPS, thanks to kindes of taxi driver in Tirana, and all was change on positive side after several times when I visif Tirana. I haven't seen such kindes and hospitality from a staff of this hotel. I will highly recomended with all things that offer this hotel, starting with accomodation, breakfast, parking, hospitality, and etc.

Clean and quiet. Positivly surprised for the hotel in center of the town. Nice garden. Not many guests and very calm. Very good that they have free of charge - private parking garage!!

They didnt clean and change the towels.

Perfect location and very nice staff! However, breakfast needs to be upgraded.

As stated, breakfast should be better and offer larger variety of food, vegetable and fruit.

Hotel was right at the centre of Tirana. Beautifully decorated, the paintings on the walls are class act. The bathroom was splendid. The receptionist, Bianca, was very helpful. I would recommend Hotel Austria to anyone, who is staying in Tirana.

The breakfast was average

The room was comfortable,clean and equiped. The location is in the center near to everything you want to visit. The breakfast was great. People were very nice and warm.

Located in the city center, close enough to walk to everything. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and very clean.

Parking was tricky to find.
