The location is perfect, a few minutes from Tirana main square. We appreciate a lot of the secured locked parking. The room is brand new (good minimalist design) in an excellent state and sparkling clean. The staff is very caring and ready to help anytime. Thank you !

The room was way too (×100) warm (impossible to set up the temperature by ourselves). Our sleep was very much affected by it. We told it to the reception, but we received a response that it was because of the "not so cold weather outside"... not comfy and not ecological. Please fix it.

The hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Tirana, is only 2 months old, at the time of this review. As a guest, you will experience the fresh and energetic atmosphere that all the staff put in its daily work. They are welcoming, friendly, and always with a smile on their face. They really care about the wellness of their guests and do all their best to make the experience superb. Special mention to Arber and Kevin for their availability and kindness. Regarding the rooms, they are well decorated, all the furniture are new and they are super clean. The bed is firm, and you can also choose between two different pillows (hard and soft). Everybody can sleep comfortably. Breakfast is varied, and the chef prepares everyday fresh pancakes and eggs in different ways. Airport shuttle is available for 20 euros. I can highly recommend a stay here.

The lights in the bathroom are a bit annoying because they switch off constanlty while showering since they work with a movement sensor.

Our stay at Central Inn Hotel in Tirana was outstanding. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is perfect for exploring. The staff were exceptional, especially Aubert, who offered us a complimentary taxi ride to the airport, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. The breakfast was a delightful spread of local and international cuisine, starting our days on a high note. We highly recommend Central Inn Hotel for its superb hospitality and convenient location.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aleksa on reception. The breakfast was very tasty, not much variation each day but plenty of options. The cook to order omelette was lovely but should be offered to all guests. We didn't know it was available until we overheard it being offered to someone else. The room was very comfortable and the location very central, and safe.

The room was generally very clean and lovely. However, the floor covering feels weird, slightly tacky and is stained in several places. Probably would have preferred tiling or wooden floors which are easier to keep clean. Also minor issues with the daily cleaning with glasses/mugs not being cleaned or replaced.

The hotel staff were incredible. They even gave us a complimentary drink and helped us with a taxi reservation whenever we needed it. They greeted us and other guests every time we entered or left, which was lovely. The breakfast was also amazing, with a wide variety of options.

Unfortunately, the TV history hadn’t been cleared, and the previous guest had been watching some pornographic material. We didn’t look through the history, but the TV displayed a screenshot of the web page when we browsed through the apps. It would be better if the TV’s were checked before guests check in. The coffee machine served coffee that wasn’t very nice.

Small hotel in the heart of the city center, brand new. The room was spacious, very well decorated, confortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of choice, with organic products. The staff was amazing and friendly, particularly the manager who offered me a welcome drink. He even organized a day trip to Berat and Dures with a private car, I highly recommend this trip.

It's difficult to say something wrong about this hotel.

Firstly all the staff were excellent. It’s always comforting when you ask questions before you arrive and get good and quick responses. Besi was great at this and organizing the hotel taxi and a few day trips which I did myself with Kevin who drives the car, mans the front desk, barrister etc etc. Kevin did a great job and I am very grateful for his attention to detail and his claimed best cappuccino in the world. All the staff were great (shout out to Arber for his funny stories) Breakfast was very good, staff up there so pleasant too and great views from breakfast room even including an outside deck area which I was able to use everyday as was very lucky with the weather. Location is the best so close to everything. Room was great had everything you need bathroom even under floor heating. If you coming to Tirana this has to be where you stay! Across the street is a patisserie to die for!

Absolutely nothing

Is a small hotel right in the centre of Tirana . Although I choose it because of the location it was a positive surprise in every aspect . It’s new very clean in every aspect and very well organised. Room is well equipped and mattress is comfortable. Breakfast area was excellent seated on the top of the property, overviewing the main plaza. Everything was fresh and delicious, prepared with care. But the biggest advantage of the hotel was the staff , it was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for your Tirana stay . It’s was a very pleasant stay in all aspects .

The location, just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety the 5th floor breakfast room had very good views. We had requested a shuttle from the airport and that went very smooth with the driver meeting us just as we came out of arrivals. And the shuttle was complimentary. While driving in, the driver, Kevin, I believe, gave us useful information about Tirana. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was tiny, but that's not unusual for a downtown hotel and we did have enough space to get our things organized for the 5-night stay.
