Location is superb, room was nice, Netflix was a welcome extra. Staff is friendly, ladies at the breakfast even made pancakes and šnite.

On the second morning breakfast was bad. There were two guys, one chef and the other from reception. Both were smoking and drinking coffee outside the main door. There was no coffee, no juice,old bread, all the plates at the bife were almost empty. Quickly even the old bread was out. People were waiting at the reception, but then the receptions decided to go to the bakery 🤷‍♂️

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Stela Center! The room was beautifully designed with a modern and elegant touch, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linens was excellent. The bathroom was spotless, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure. I also appreciated the small details like soft lighting, stylish decor, and the overall cleanliness. The hotel’s location is perfect close to the main attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Definitely a place I would stay again!

Lovely staff, hotel in great central location. Clean room, comfortable bed. Stayed in room 103 on ground floor. Breakfast was a small buffet but perfectly adequate Staff friendly and keen to help with anything, offer to book taxis, recommend places to visit etc

No shower door which was odd but the bathroom floor dried quickly! No sink plug either. A kettle and mugs would have been nice as they don't serve tea /coffee apart from breakfast. Also two small bottles of water complimentary on first night, would have been nice to offer same on second night

We arrived very late and couldn’t have been happier with how exceptionally comfy the bed was; it was so good that we rearranged our walking tour, to have more time in bed. Good water pressure in the shower and the AC was very strong. Struggled finding the carpark as there is no signage but the very kind Nightporter walked us round to show us where to park.

The breakfast is very lacklustre, limited vegetarian options, think bread and eggs - no coffee either which was a shame. We love a good quality hotel breakfast and the comments from other guests, we’re sadly true about the quality and variety. Couple of areas in the room and bathroom could do with some TLC; bathroom cabinet was damaged slightly and the lighting in the bathroom was shocking to put on make up, for example.

location was excellent. everything was close from historical attractions to business meetings. all within 5 minutes to 25 minutes walk which was greatly appreciated instead of being in a taxi given the high traffic. nice building and palate of colours, good air conditioning, good standard breakfast, the fact that they could arrange the airport transfer, and the helpful staff.

there was no desk in the room despite the espacious area, nor kettle. matresses were too soft and pillows too hard, not of good quality. this should be addressed as a standard service given the price and quality of the rooms and other services.

Great location a short walk from all the main sights on our itinerary. Room was lovely with a fab shower and spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet was fab. Hotel arranged our airport transfers too which were seamless and we paid the hotel which meant we didn’t have to worry about poor LEK exchange rates at the airport.

Nothing negative …This is just a suggestion… make the outside tables available for breakfast - we don’t often get a chance to eat breakfast outside where we come from😂

The hotel employees were all very friendly and attentive. Location was quite central to walk to the main sights of interest. There are international tv channels. The breakfast spread is delicious and changes daily.

It’s located right next to a Main Street with traffic so I could not sleep well the first night as I was not used to the noise. The hotel does not have a lift and might be an issue for tourists with heavy luggage living on higher floors.

The hotel was conveniently located near downtown Tirana and we were able to find a parking garage nearby. I loved the layout and design of the room with a large window, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff provided great service.

There was a slight sulfur smell coming from the toilet but we were able to air out the room by leaving the window open.

The hotel is very well located. The room is quite big with ok facilities. The bathroom is morden. The breakfast was quite late though it was served 30 mins late. The staff are quite friendly and informative.

We had issued with the bathroom, there was no shower cubicle door with water splashed out. The sink stopper was broken so was the toilet roll holder. The sign of the hotel was not displayed at street level, we had to asked around to confirmed the fish house is the right one.

We stayed for two nights and everything was fine. Receptionists were helpful, room was clean, spacious and had what we needed. It was clean and the breakfast was tasty. It is right next to the centre close to all amenities and attractions.

It can be a bit loud at night from traffic if you are not used to this environment, but there's no much the hotel can do with this. Also, if you carry a big suitcase get ready to carry it up the steps as there is no lift ;)
