Bedroom really nice- very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom . Location handy to walk to city centre. Parking in secure place - although only 3 available spots so must reserve.

The breakfast was very disappointing . It is served between 7am - 10am. We arrived at 9am and there was very little left to eat. 1 egg and 2 slices of bread (no toaster) barely any tomatoes, cucumber etc. No yoghurt or cereal and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. 2 other people arrived after us and nothing had been refilled - they left without eating. Someone did come in and looked at the coffee machine but she couldn’t get it working properly so left .

It was central and easy access for sites. Staff good

All good . Just a suggestion a toaster in the breakfast room would be useful. Maybe a more automatic coffee machine with a variety of different coffees and to make quicker particularly if the hotel is full Just one comment - the room request on our bookings was not executed correctly with two of our rooms not being allocated correctly. I had a standard room but had been charged before arrival for the comfy twin/double .

Good location. 10 min Walk to Square. Very nice staff. Minbar fridge with water to buy - especially because late 1:30 am arrival from airport. They arranged taxi for me - on meter ( it was 2000 leke or ~20 euro. Big room. Comfy bed. A/C. Nice balcony. Good bathroom (and rain shower head but water leaks out on floor in other drain). Elevator important as not all buildings have it.

Street noise and cars however but that is not hotel’s issue. Ask for other side of hotel

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was crystal clean, large and bright, with balcony. Cleaning is done daily, towels changed. I slept extremely well, the bed is so comfortable, relaxing pillows, good quality bed linen. I would come here again just to rest, I felt so good. The staff is professional and friendly, the location is right in the center, good breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was ok. Location right near the center of the town 10 min walk to all important sites . For business travel also good location . Staff was great and helpful . Room was great all I needed . For Business trip I would book it again.

Breakfast was good but with little more diversity could be even better.

The locationof the hotel is in a quiet street away from the busy roads. The city centre is a short walk away. There were always staff around the hotel and they were always very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean and my room was cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet includes a cold and hot selection and fresh fruit. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is great! It uses small bags containing real coffee and hot water flowing through slowly creating a fantastic drink! My room had a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

The breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, we had a parking spot, the staff was nice. Pretty close to the city center.

The size of the room was very small...like 11m2 the room and maybe 3 m2 the bathroom. In the description it says 20 m2. I believe that it has that size, but with the balcony. I don't live in a balcony. It shouldn't count in the size of the room. There is another hotel with almost the same name 'City Central', very close. We didn't have internet and it was dark outside so we went to that other hotel in the first place 😅

Breakfast in a windowless cellar-room (while you're not allowed to use the integrated open-air café within the hotel location...) is a bit sad.

Lovely room with large balcony and good size bathroom

Bin had not been emptied in bathroom, lot of hair in shower and on the floors! breakfast was awful. They have a lovely cafe/bar area but breakfast is served in a windowless small room. Limited selection of food and drink really poor.

Great localisation - very close to the city center, but hidden from the main road, so it is quiet. Nice and clean room/bathroom. Helpful and kind staff. Tasty breakfast (buffet).

TV was not working well - the streaming solution is stuttering, some canals are not working at all.
