Hotel Arber was perfect for us, we booked again this hotel because we liked very much everything, is located exactly in center, in a safe place, there are many restaurants and minimarkets near hotel, the staff in reception is very kind and helpful, the room was with new furniture and we fount everything we needed, including slippers. We were in December and the room was warm, we felt like at home. Also the breakfast was very delicious. We will come back here for sure very soon

Very clean hotel, very friendly staff and helpful when asked. We had the apartment, and it has a kitchen (sort of) a fridge, stove, dishwasher but no plates, cutlery, glasses, pots etc, so don’t expect to cook in your room. The room is extra large and very comfortable for a longer stay like we had. Great location, right next to the Opera House, busses, restaurants, shopping and sites. Easily walkable old town and beyond. Luggage storage is available and a comfortable area to sit. Wifi was strong, breakfast was plentiful and restocked often. Great staff in the breakfast room. Grocery store and restaurants right across the street. Also a perfect place to be picked up if you book tours. ( we used get your guide) Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much

We arrived late due to a flight delay and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She was full of helpful information like a suggestion for a cosy authentic Albanian restaurant and things to see. Our room was on the first floor right next to the elevator. It was on the smaller side but sufficient for 2 of us over 2 days. The bed was very comfortable! I had a sound sleep. Breakfast buffet was not a huge spread but perfectly adequate (eggs, bread, pastries, cereal and hot drinks).

The sound proofing isn't great, so we heard everything going on in the elevator, or when someone used the bathroom upstairs. Perhaps a room further away would have been better.

We had an excellent room with a view out to the main street. The window was fully opening which will be great in warm weather. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large TV. The bathroom was small but big enough to be fully useable. It was also comfortably warm. There was a nice lounge area in reception where you could sit and relax and coffee was available there. The hotel is situated within walking distance of Skanderbeg Square and other touristic attractions.

The one downside of the bathroom is that there was no shelving to put toiletries. The breakfast options were limited, with only sliced bread and no rolls. Hot options were also very limited. Fortunately I am happy with bread and cheese and yogurt.

Everything was perfect from the reception to the breakfast personal, and the cleaning ladies. The breakfast even if it was not much they put so much effort that it was extremely tasty and the coffeeee was amazing !!!!! The receptionist gave us as well sooo many suggestions on where to go and what to do. I was so amazed and I will definitely come back not to speak that its in the perfect place where u can reach everything

There was nothing I didnt like maybe only a better view but to be honest this was not that important as we went out all day.

Modern and cozy usually don't go hand in hand but this management succeeded this goal. This is not luxurious hotel but organized to meet expectations of average European travelers of different educational levels, interest in life or reasons of coming to Tirana. Room was very specious and beds largest I have ever seen in any hotel. Actually they put side by side 2 twin beds or queen beds and it was wonderful to discover we will be sleeping like sheiks. View from the window was on 2 beautiful medium grown palm trees and behind them were nice restaurants and pizzerias. Breakfast was consisted of more than enough options and was very fulfilling. Everything was fresh, tasty and wisely selected. I must give them credit - this management knows their job. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Tirana, and we will be definitely coming again.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Great location, great staff. Minutes walk from the bus stop from the airport. We arrived about 10pm but felt very safe walking the short distance to the hotel with our cases. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance of all the cities main attractions. Perfect base with a good breakfast. We must mention Irini the amazing receptionist. She welcomed us with such enthusiasm and asked if we wanted her to point places of interest out. She highlighted a map, listed places to go and coffee shops and restaurants that matched our needs. She was really lovely and went beyond the usual reception service you would expect . She even printed our bus tickets the night before we left. A truly genuine lovely girl and an asset to this hotel.

İt's at the center of the city. Clean rooms. Great staff. Good breakfast.

If you want to schedule a.taxi to the hotel from the airport, it.works. But vice versa may not work. There is currently a construction behind the hotel. It is a temporary thing but if you choose a quiet room at the back,.you may end up hearing a lot of noise due to the on going construction. There may be material transfers to the site as early as 4 am. And you hear it all dismount.

In the past two years, we've been traveling full-time, staying at many different hotels. I haven't given a perfect 10 to any hotel -- until now. In absolutely every way, this place exceeded all expectations. The convenient central location, the spacious room size, the super-comfortable bed, the sumptuous breakfasts, and the fabulously friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff were absolutely amazing. Front-desk staff, each and every one of them, were more like a concierge than just front-desk personnel. This boutique hotel of only 25 rooms has got to be our best hotel experience out of dozens and dozens we've stayed at in the last 24 months.
