Opera Hotel is consistently great!

The staff at reception (at least the one in the evening when I arrived) should be aware that they are in the hospitality business and should be kind. The staff working at reception did not even greet me or look at me, not a word except handing me the key to the room with a dry "all information needed wifi, breakfast is written behind the key" not a smile, not a word, not kind.

the location is Amazing, very central, walkable from most of the sightseeing areas, very close to variety of restaurants and cafes, close to public transport and airport bus. the staff is helpful and friendly especially Ermelinda and Sidorela the room was spacious and very clean, the shower waterfall was really good pressure, it was little bit awkward that there is glass between the bathroom and the room and the blind was little bit transparent, the facilities are acceptable. the breakfast was nice, would benefit from more savoury options, however, it is reasonably good i would stay there again when visit Tirana

the Iron service was with extra charge.

I stayed at Hotel Opera at the start and end of my trip. It was a really nice welcome that the reception staff recognized me on my return and welcomed me back. As per the first stay, I arrived a little earlier than check in so expected to store my luggage until check in time. However, reception checked if my room type might be available for an early check-in which it was so they let me check in early. I loved the location of the hotel so close to Skanderbeg Square and an easy walk to the sights I planned to see. I had a comfortable stay in my room - it was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air and I had a lot of space in the room. The amenities provided were as I expected, e.g. toiletries and the tea kettle. Breakfast was good with nice choices and the staff there kept making sure every breakfast item was topped up.

Hotel Opera has an ideal location less than a 5 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and nearby has good restaurants, a grocery shop, ATM machines. I arrived a little earlier than check in time and the reception staff were able to give me an early check in since my room type was available. I stayed in a junior suite room and it was a good size with lots of storage space and space in general. Staying in the room was really comfortable - I did not need to use the A/C but could open the windows to get a little fresh air. Bathroom was a good size - am really a fan of the rain showers so was happy to find one here. Good amenities. There is a tea kettle in the room. Breakfast was fine for me and had good options. Check in and check out were easy experiences. They also helped me arrange a taxi to the international bus station.

The question isn't what I liked, but what there was not to like. This hotel is absolutely exceptional, and I don't rate accomodations with this type of 10/10 score frequently. It's location couldn't be better, a two minute walk away from Skanderbeg Square, so you really will find yourself in the heart of Triana. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked the junior suite which was absolutely magnificent. There was enormous amounts of space, it was very nicely designed and exceptionally clean. I had a quick peak into the other smaller rooms, and despite there being less space in them, they looked just as fantastic. The bathroom in our room was well stocked with amenities, and the large walk in shower was the polar opposite to cramped hotel showers we have had to use in the past. The included breakfast was also a great touch. The hotel offers a buffet style breakfast with various contemporary and local choices. I would say that there is definetly something available for everyone. The absolutely best part of this accomodation is the price-for-value ratio. We definitely believe that for the price offered for a 3 night stay in their best rooms - the junior suite - it was more than acceptable. So I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel for your next stay in Tirana, as there is simply nothing to dislike and will make one's stat much more comfortable.

There is nothing really to dislike about this accomodation, just a few things to point out to travellers having very specific desires. The junior suite is ideally for couples, as the walk-in shower comes with a huge glass wall so you can see into the room and vice-versa. You can see this on the pictures. Whilst there is a curtain to cover the shower window, it is something to keep in mind. The rooms may have a little less natural daylight than desired, but to be honest it's no problem as Tirana can get very hot. Finally, breakfast is served on the -1 floor so there are also no windows there, but it really doesn't make the stay in any way uncomfortable.

Good breakfast with some traditional snacks included. Very clean rooms. P.s. I am thankful for the staff for making a cake and making unforgettable b-day for my relative.

Tourism in Albania is getting bigger and bigger. The level of English could be improved. P.s. I used luggage to clean. The clothing was perfect clean, but I have one suggestion - before cleaning help to count how much will it cost and in the receipt to indicate how the total sum was made. When I got the receipt, I was not expecting such 3 figure number (even in UAE I have never paid such amount).

Very Clean and sophisticated looking hotel. The rooms are nice, cosy and neat. The staff is polite and the hotel is managed well.

Nobody to help with the luggage. It's self check-in. No dining facilities apart from Morning Breakfast and no Room Service (Food). No Complimentary drinking Water bottles are provided.

There was a decent amount of choice for breakfast and the food in itself tasted good. I stayed in a double room and was very impressed with the size of the room. It was huge. The décor in the room was quite impressive too. The en-suite bathroom was clean and had a nice appearance. The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the centre of Tirana and very close to Skanderbeg Square. Also within a few minutes walk from some of the major bus walks.

Although the hotel was very nice and had quite an opulent appearance, the one thing I think it lacked was a safe in the room.

Hotel is centrally located for all the attractions in Tirana, bus stop is right in front of the hotel to reach most of the places including the main bus terminal. The local transport for the airport is about 100m from the hotel. Rooms are very clean, extremely comfortable, with best breakfast.

Awesome Location: Walk to Skanderbeg Square in 3 minutes. Walk to Airport Bus origin in 10min. (Look for white “Luna” bus). The House of Leaves, BunkArt2, Pyramid, etc easily walkable. Rossmann = 3 min walk, if you need toiletries & Bio snacks. Staff: Everyone from Receptionists to Breakfast to Housekeeping is extremely polite, helpful, & professional. Breakfast: Amazing selection of food, including a few traditional Albanian items. You can eat healthfully, or you can eat sugary & fried things. Fried Eggs have beautiful orange yolks. So yummy. Room: My Superior Single was spacious, as was the bathroom. Good water pressure & plenty of hot water. The bed was SO comfortable (firm sleeper) & long.

Wall outlets are weirdly placed; nothing close to the bed. One outlet non-functional.
