Opera Hotel is consistently great!

The staff at reception (at least the one in the evening when I arrived) should be aware that they are in the hospitality business and should be kind. The staff working at reception did not even greet me or look at me, not a word except handing me the key to the room with a dry "all information needed wifi, breakfast is written behind the key" not a smile, not a word, not kind.

the location is Amazing, very central, walkable from most of the sightseeing areas, very close to variety of restaurants and cafes, close to public transport and airport bus. the staff is helpful and friendly especially Ermelinda and Sidorela the room was spacious and very clean, the shower waterfall was really good pressure, it was little bit awkward that there is glass between the bathroom and the room and the blind was little bit transparent, the facilities are acceptable. the breakfast was nice, would benefit from more savoury options, however, it is reasonably good i would stay there again when visit Tirana

the Iron service was with extra charge.

Lovely rooms decorated with taste and quality. Very good and large buffet breakfast with nice flavoured machine coffee. Price was reasonable for the offering. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Would recommend to all!

I missed a tissue box in the room. There was no hook or place for clothes in the bathroom though there was plenty space on the walls for a couple of hooks. There was one towel rail but 2 towels per person - and no heated rail. The bedroom was large and spacious with only one deskchair even in the double rooms meant for two. If it was my hotel I would place a wipe down burgundy arm chair with side table for enjoying a drink or coffee especially on wet days or when too hot.

We stayed here last year in 2024 and can happily confirm that the hotel still lives up to the amazing standards we experienced back then. Simply perfect. That's how it can be described. The junior suite is huge, boasting a super comfortable bed, huge bathroom and amazing rain shower. The hotel is clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The buffet is enormous, great quality and overall provides a great start to the day. The same can be said about the location. With the hotel only a 2 minute walk from Skanderbeg square, it is located right in the center of Tirana, making everything very accessible on foot. We will certainly come back again as this hotel has now convinced us twice in an amazing way.

No complaints. We can just point out that the hotel prefers payment in cash (Lek, Euro, Pound Sterling, etc.). Whilst it is possible to pay by card (which we did) they do inform you that they would like cash if possible. Best thing is to double check with them, especially about the currency desired.

Excellent location right in the centre of the city on the main square. 5 minutes walk from the bus terminus (for the airport, city tour, etc). Very clean in the hotel. Very spacious room. Hotel staff very friendly and professional and spoke great English. The bed was particularly comfotable. The air conditioning worked really well and was needed! The bathroom was clean and spacious and everyone worked as it should. The choice at breakfast was enormous with hot cooked food, selection of fruit, cold meat and cheeses plus pastries. Help yourself to great coffee and fresh juices. A great choice. I would highly recommend and definintely return.

Prefer payment in cash (if not already paid). No bar in hotel but plenty in surrounding area.

The Hotel is located in the center, and it was easy to navigate to. We had pretty late arrival , and parked at the back of the hotel which was a big help. we booked 3 rooms , and got them on the same floor , all were cozy and clean. Need to emphasize the great hospitality and help we got from the hotel staff and mostly Irgen!! Irgen gave us great recommendation for close by restaurant ( We arrived late) - Shije Fshati - highly recommended. As we had to leave early morning - Irgen suggested to help with breakfast - and morning time we had in the lobby packages with full "take away " breakfast packages !!

Large comfortable room, convenient location. Great breakfast. Luggage storage. Block out curtains. Credit card accepted.

There is a strip light in the shower of the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off and as there was a full window view inti the bathroom snd the blind did not cover the light adequately adequately it was difficult to sleep. No bottle opener available in the property after requesting. No free water on arrival. Had to ask for coffee to be made, was not offered on arrival at breakfast. But was good thank you. Not a criticism of the property, but the partner taxi service driver called to take us to the airport drove excessively fast and dangerously and proceeded to ask for extra 3euro at the boom gate and dropped us at arrivals nit departures. Fortunately a small airport.

This is a very nice Hotel. We had a roomy Junior Suite and it e was very comfortable. Good in room amenities and lovely bathroom suite, 1000 counts sheets and thick towels. The location is perfect for exploring Tirana on foot, and the staff are amenable and helpful. As a bonus, between visits they were happy to store our 2 suitcases for a week, under security camera.

Breakfast was a weak point. Not a variety of fresh fruit or hot dishes. There is also no infrastructure like a bar or evening restaurant and only a dry cleaning service, not a washing service.

Very nice hotel directly at Skanderbeg square. We had a nice room with a comfortable big bed and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet is delicious with good coffee. You can walk to all the attractions in the city centre. There's free parking in the back yard. Very friendly staff and good communication. We had only half a day in Tirana and loved to be in the city center for a reasonable price. Would definitely come again!

Traffic in Tirana is terrible and chaotic. We wouldn't come by car again but take an airport shuttle. Although the windows are soundproof there's still a lot of traffic noise in case you are sensitive to that.

I stayed at Hotel Opera at the start and end of my trip. It was a really nice welcome that the reception staff recognized me on my return and welcomed me back. As per the first stay, I arrived a little earlier than check in so expected to store my luggage until check in time. However, reception checked if my room type might be available for an early check-in which it was so they let me check in early. I loved the location of the hotel so close to Skanderbeg Square and an easy walk to the sights I planned to see. I had a comfortable stay in my room - it was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air and I had a lot of space in the room. The amenities provided were as I expected, e.g. toiletries and the tea kettle. Breakfast was good with nice choices and the staff there kept making sure every breakfast item was topped up.
