A good location as only a 10 minute walk down to Skandebeg Square which is the heart of central Tirana. The hotel itself was clean, rooms were a decent size and staff were very helpful and friendly. A decent enough breakfast on offer too.

Would have been great if there was a kettle in the room with coffee / tea etc. as I tend to wake up early and always good to be able make a coffee or tea. The only other downside is that my room was on the first floor opposite the stair landing. Not a fault of the hotel, but there was a particular group of other tourists who were obnoxiously loud. If possible request a room away from the stair landings.

We needed a one -night place to stay close to Tirana center , and this place had what we needed! We walked around all the neighborhood for cafes, restaurants, the main square and bazar , and it took us almost 30 minutes to arrive at Tirana park :) The room came with acceptable space, extra comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff were more than helpful with all our requests for fixes and adjustments :) Excellent value for money, and would stay here again in my next visit!

All our comments lie in the bathroom ; - The shower area needs larger glass partition or to close the whole box , the need to dry the whole bathroom after every shower is just not fun! - Towels are dry, small in size and not of best quality - Only one towel rail was available. It fell from the wall as soon as I touched it but the hotel fixed it as soon as reported :)

Hotel situated in a busy street full of bars, restaurants and small shops. About a 10 minute walk from the main square. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room clean and a reasonable size. Towels changed every day. Breakfast served in the basement in large bright room. Breakfast included all the usual item you would expect abroad, both hot and cold. Sausages, fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs to order. Cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and jams. Coffee, fruit juices and water.

Although there was a bar on site it was closed whilst we were there, presumably as it was early season but there are many other nice places nearby to have a drink and snacks. Only other minor problem was not being able to access a news channel in English on the tv. Don't usually watch tv in evening as out all day but like to catch up on the news of a morning.

Great location, easy check in, friendly staff helped arrange print outs for return flights (mobile tickets not permitted). Beds comfortable, bathroom fine and breakfast decent. Exceptional value with Genius discount.

Renovations outside a little hazardous. Stray cotton bud on bedroom floor wasn't cleaned away (but enjoyed its stay!) Coffee was pretty poor at breakfast for a country that loves coffee. (Also, nothing to do with the hotel, but beware of nearby money exchange on road to main square. They tried to short-change me)

The receptionist at check-in and check-out (same lady) was very friendly. The room I stayed in was modern, with a smart tv and comfortable. Bathroom was good also. The breakfast was a set plate with your choice of eggs (scrambled, fried etc.). Whilst it looked like they have a buffet set-up, I imagine that owing to it not being a peak season they elected for a set plate to not waste food/lose money on food, which I can’t fault. The breakfast plate itself was plentiful (two plates, sweet and savoury), I was not asked about dietary requirements beforehand, so if you have any I’d highlight when booking or to the staff prior to going down for food, not an issue for me but more advice for future guests if the buffet option is not available.

The location, whilst not awful is probably not the best for leisure travellers, it’s close enough to the main square however. The lock in my room didn’t work, a minor issue but something that should be checked by staff on a consistent basis for guest’s safety. No coffee/kettle in the room, might sound picky but this is a nice hotel, you’d expect to have those facilities in the room. Water in the mini-fridge also comes at a cost, again for the quality of the hotel itself you’d expect one or two bottles of water to be complimentary but is only moderately more expensive than a bottle from a shop.

The personnel was amazing and very accommodating to our requests, such as check out at 2 in the morning. While not everyone is 100% proficient in English, we easily managed to communicate with all staff. The location is also worth mentioning as it lies only 10 minutes walking from skanderbegsquare and the rooms are very quiet.

The breakfast is a bit lacking. While the buffet style breakfast was appreciated, I wish the quality would be better (I do note that the cook on site prepares the food each morning and that they aren't to blame. It's more ingredient wise). Tastes differ so the next visitors might absolutely love it.

great place, great location and great service, the receptionist even helped us to book a taxi with a 20% discount as we had to rush for another bus. super clean room and toilets equipped with the usual facilities (towel, shower gel etc) they also helped us 2 days after our check out when we came back to request for bag storage, and helped to print our boarding passes as well. truly amazing service and i am grateful, will definitely come back here to stay.

the shower doesnt have a door so your bathroom will flood easily but overall its all good

The hotel was so central, about a 5 minute walk to the centre square and everyrhing else we wanted to see/do was also easily walkable. The decor was lovely, beds were comfy. Very good value for money for what we paid.

With it being so central there was times that it was quite noisy. Cars beeping there horn and a dog that apparently didn't need to sleep and barked a lot...obviously this wasn't in the hotel so not much they could do about it really so haven't marked them down in any way for it. The only wee negative we had about our 5 day stay 😊

Overall, the staff was incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming with warm smiles. During check-in, we had the pleasure of meeting an outstanding individual who truly represents a great first impression for visitors to Tirana. We dined at the restaurant a bit later than expected, and the ladies there graciously prepared a special and delicious meal for us.

The breakfast restaurant was located in the basement, but this didn't significantly impact our experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the restaurant staff and the pleasant overall environment.

Lovely hotel with an excellent location only 5 minutes to the main square. Staff really friendly and helpful giving advice on Tirana nothing was too much trouble. a good selection on the continental breakfast and fresh strong coffee. Bathroom was also excellent and finished to a very high standard. The bed was extremely confortable and I slept like a baby.

The Carpets were getting a little tired, probably before their time bacause they were of a light colour, Still more than perfectly acceptable though.
