Very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Staff on reception are lovely and were keen to help with our visit to the city. It is well located with just a short walk to the man square and most central attractions. Free bottled water available at all times. Coffee shops and some restaurants within very short walking distance.

The hotel is in an alley and not signposted (in fact the next door hotel is on the facade) so a little tricky to find on arrival. Rooms do not come with a 'view' as it is mostly surrounded by other buildings. This was not an issue for me but may be for some.

Great location, room design and layout. Awesome staff and super comfortable bed. Nice shower and bathroom. Super helpful staff as well. Free iced water at reception.

Shower down light shorted out once we got there but the staff promptly called an electrician and replaced it. Room was great although I don’t think it got vacuumed between service. There was hair everywhere on the floor - apart from that it was great.

Big room in Tirana which was centrally located, around a 10-15 min walk to all the main attractions. Helped us get a taxi to the bus station early morning. Large, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and comfortable rooms. Felt safe and staff were lovely, free bottled water provided.

Although the area was good location wise, no views from the window and can see flats in poorer living conditions. However, this did not bother us and didn't make us feel unsafe.

Location, cleanliness, extremely comfortable bed and a great shower! The staff was amazing and helped arrange a taxi to Kotor! And gave us great recommendations to local places on interests. After forgetting our passports they promptly found them in the safe😳 where I left them and stored them safely, as we were returning in 5 days. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The kind, attentive and fast service from the reception to check us in and also check us out. The cleanliness of the rooms. The bed quality was great. I was feeling ill in one of the nights of my stay and the reception, and Hotel Manager were very helpful to make sure I felt better while on holiday in Tirana.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, was given free bottles of water on check-in, suggestions for places to eat and organised a taxi to take me to the airport early the next morning at a fixed price $12 euros! The room was clean and had a modern fit out. The hotel location is close to the main square, public transport, shopping and cafes/restaurants. A special shout out to Claudi for providing exceptional service with a smile :). Highly recommend, and won’t hesitate to book again.

The stair case with luggage, though the staff (Claudi) helped me take it up to my room and the airport taxi driver bring it down. As an evening tea drinker, it would have been good to have a kettle and mugs in the room to make myself a cup of tea.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for exploring Tirana. Close to the city center and yet very quiet. The room was very spacious, the bathroom almost huge. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The taxi service to the airport also worked perfectly and was super punctual!

The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was also a sofa where another person could sleep comfortably. Our shower was also very good and helped a lot after taking a long flight. The hotel personnel helped us calling a taxi and even gave us some tips about the city. Would 100% recommend!

Centrally located, walking distance from the center. The room was comfortable and clean, AC worked well in the heat wave we had. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

The walls of the room are very thin, so you can really hear your neighbours well. There's parking, so you have to park at a paid parking lot about 5min away. There's no breakfast, but many cafes around.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to center of Tirana. Staff is friendly, helpfull and comunicates in English very well. You can pay by card, which helps a lot. We stayed there for 2 nights. Neighborhood is safe, have a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops. Also few car rentals within 1 km radius. Hotel is located close to ONLY winery in Tirana, owned by twins Tom and Sef, I highly recommend visiting it, called Kantina Binjaket.

There was no fridge, but it wasnt a big deal.
