Fantastic little gem of a hotel very very central and within 10 minutes walk from some of the main tourist spots. Modern hyper clean and well-run by very helpful and polite staff and fairly small so has a good atmosphere and doesn't feel bland or impersonal like many of the bigger chains of hotels. Tirana was a complete revelation for me and far better than I'd imagined and choosing this hotel was the cherry on the cake! Would definitely book this hotel and would recommend to friends and family

Nothing everything was good. Initially I was disappointed that there wasn't a wardrobe or anywhere to put clothes until I realised that there was one set within the wall! So 10/10

Hotel was lovely and is the same as the pictures. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we left our bags there on our last day for free and the reception was able to print off our boarding passes for the flight which was amazing. Room was very comfortable, with a great balcony and bathroom. The restaurant served a good breakfast and was available for other meals also. We had a hire car and was able to get parked which was a great perk.

Breakfast food was cold (e.g egg, sausage) but this could be common as we had this at another hotel in Albania.

A very modern hotel located right in Tirana central, just a short walk from all attractions in the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and there are decent options to choose from. The room is comfortable and very functional with a superb balcony, overlooking the bustling street below. Overall cleanliness is good. They accept late check-ins which was very helpful to us.

The shower in our room never really got hot. I found it to be a bit cold. Also, everything else was very clean but I would just suggest that the shower get a bit more scrubbing. Maybe some tea and coffee facilities would be good to add as well as complimentary water.

The staff were really friendly. In particular the young woman at reception - friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely made the trip a lot easier when in an unfamiliar place alone. Otherwise, the facilities were good. Bathroom was nice, breakfast was good, balcony was a lovely bonus. The location was really convenient even if it's not in the nicest immediate area. A few minutes walk to the central square - perfect.

I didn't have any rack in the shower to put gel/soap on, I was naturally outraged - but in seriousness it's just small things like that. Couldn't open both balcony doors. Bidet flush didn't work. No major complaints at all.

The hotel was lovely, it was also spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When checking, in the lady asked what our plans were while visiting Tirana and gave us suggestions of things to do. I thought this was very helpful. The location is fantastic.

Nothing. We loved everything about the property. The only small suggestion I would have is to top up breakfast items more quickly. Over the few days we were there we had to ask for spoons, glasses and bread.

Excellent location in the centre of Tirana, the hotel is located 5 min. walk from the main square and therefore from the main attractions of Tirana, which are either in the square or in its vicinity. The room was clean also the hotel premises. Breakfast was buffet style and was plentiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking in front of the hotel is free but the number of spaces is limited. There are restaurants and bars around the hotel where you can eat well. You should expect that it can take up to an hour to get to the airport by car, of course it very much depends on the traffic on the roads. We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Tirana.

great location, close to bars and the main attractions in Tirana; very good breakfast, including lots of choice and quality ingredients. Pleseant and comfortable rooms. Kind receptionists and welcoming vibe.

I forgot a fragrance bottle in my room and when I went back to ask for it the following day, it hadn't been found: that made me think it was kept by whoever cleaned the room. the breakfast staff could be more proactive and less forgetful in serving hot drinks. The shower could have been warmer.

We decided to stay at Theatro hotel on a whim, and it was the best decision we made. Not only was the location at a perfect distance from the center as well as the museum and restaurants, but the room itself was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. But, the best thing was how responsive and helpful the reception was, with Eva being warm and welcoming as well as helping us with our needs; she was amazing! Albania and it’s people have left a lasting impression on us and we’ll be traveling there in the future, and we’ll definitely be staying at this hotel.

Great little hotel, super clean and modern. Hotel staff were very helpful even printed out my boarding passes twice for me when I made a mistake. Sorry I don't know her name but the young lady with curly hair on the night shift was lovely. She's the one who helped me with my passes and always asked how my day was. Breakfast choices are fab plenty of selection to choose from and love the fact you can ask the staff to make you different types of coffee. About a 6 minute walk from the square so very central to everything. Balcony for in the summer. Will definitely book again next time I'm in the city 🙂

Everything was exceptional. I'd maybe just have one little suggestion that teas and coffees be available all day and in the evening or possible put facilities in the rooms.
