great location, parking available, wonderful staff, modern rooms

no ventilation in the bathroom installed, so you need to keep window open regulary which is not very nice in winter; repetitive breakfast which overall is good but only if you stay for a day and two, after day three it's always the same; the fact that you need to pay for capuccino - please, hotel, stop this practice, just add a couple of euros to the room price and abandon this nonsense

Great location, though ensconced inside a network of residential buildings, it's only a block to walk north to stores and bus stops, or a block south to one of the main pedestrian streets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was decent. Wifi worked the whole time. Bed was comfortable. There is a bidet even!

Air circulation wasn't great so it was hard to dry things, including towels. The breakfast had omelets/eggs to order, and coffee (only one type is free) but, no coffee or tea in the room, and the breakfast was the same every day. Everything inside the room did feel a little dated, but that's ok, it was still comfortable.

Very friendly reception, clean and comfortable room with modern interior.

parking situation is difficult

The hotel is located in a great area in the city, near to cafes, restaurants and tourist sites. The staff are excellent, from receptionists to cleaning staff and breakfast staff. They are extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is very good. There is a simple but adequate and varied choice of breakfast options and you can select from an omelette, scrambled, boiled or fried eggs to accompany your breakfast. We arrived by car and the $5 per day parking charge is very reasonable. It is not easy to initially locate the hotel when driving as it is set back in a side street while its formal address will refer to the Main Street. We were able to ask people when very near to arriving and they were helpful Overall a great place to base yourself for a short visit to Tirana.

The staff is really helpful and kind - cleaning lady ironed my shirt with no additional charge. Thanks for that. The breakfast on the first note can seem like it offers fewer options, but the ladies are making fresh eggs in your preferred way which makes it amazing! The room is really cozy and clean. I suggest booking a parking place with the reception in advance because finding a parking in the city can be difficult.

For us, the location was hard to find, but that is due to infrastructure and traffic in Tirana in general - the streets that lead to the hotel are really narrow, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Great central location, close to main square, restaurants, shops etc. 5min walk from airport bus or other bus stops if want to venture further away. Room was spacious, clean and modern, beds comfortable, good size bathroom. Breakfast was plenty to start the day, note if you not a fan of filtered coffee, there is also espresso coffee available at an extra fee (€1) Staff was polite, friendly and helpful, happy to give advice how to get around Tirana etc. All in all when next in Tirana I will be happily returning!

Very nice and hotel close to city centre, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Hotel possess a small parking, but should be reserved in advance.

The location is good, but difficult to find if you drive a car. Also we asked receptionist to call the taxi and the driver couldn't find the place and was waiting for us quite far away from the hotel (this is a fault of the taxi driver, not the hotel, receptionist called the taxi company few times) So if you go to the airport and call the taxi, make sure you have additional time.

We loved this hotel, thank you Booking.com, this hotel has been completely renovated to a very high specification, the rooms are big with very comfortable beds, high spec TVs and fast and free internet, bathrooms big with proper power shower and non-slip floors, the breakfast was freshly prepared mainly continental but they do great egg dishes, the staff in the hotel are very efficient and always eager to help and always have genuine smiles, if arriving from the airport ask the hotel to arrange the transfer. Tirana itself is a great city to visit, restaurants and bars near the hotel are very good value, make sure you try the cable car ride, best getting taxi there [not expensive if booked by hotel] and bus back this is because if you take a bus to the cable car there is quite a steep hill to walk up, at the top of the cable car ride there are lots of activities,[horse riding, rough terrain buggies, even hang gliding] there are numerous exhibitions to visit especially the Bunkerart, Finally thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and we are planning to return very soon

This hotel has got it just right and I can not find anything to dislike

This is a modern, clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. It has a great location within reasonable walking distance of most of the city's main sites and bars and restaurants in the Blloku area. The amount I paid for my three nights' stay represented incredible value for money and included an excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order. It's a small hotel (12 rooms I believe) so I recommend anyone to book early. You will not be disappointed.

Paying for second cup of coffee at breakfast. No kettle in the room. The room windows are tinted which means one can not see outside except the windows are totally opened; you kind of feel like you're inside a cell
