Spacious room with fantastic view of Tirana and, in the other direction, sunset over the mountains. Bed was very comfortable, although the sheets didn't really fit the bed (a common problem). Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was great,. Reception staff really helpful (see below). Parking is a problem in Tirana so great to have an underground car park. The hotel is very close to most of the sights of Tirana and in a great area for restaurants (we had a good meal at Salt).

We had reserved parking and went into the underground car park but were asked to leave until we had checked in by the parking attendant. A car on the steep ramp ahead of us inadvertently went in to reverse and bashed into our car (one hour in to our rental!). The guy on reception was brilliant and helped sort out all the copying of documents etc. Would suggest that you check with hotel in advance where to put the car when you first arrive to avoid the problem - and stay well clear of other cars on steep driveways (they are all like that in Albania!).

Modern, clean, and pretty central location. Stayed for one night, as a transition, it was a 22€ taxi from the airport and a 10€ to the bus station the next day. Room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Would stay again.

The staff were not very friendly, nor very helpful. They tried to over charge for a taxi by having us use the hotel driver (there is a meter taxi stand outside and the rates are better) and they claim to take AMEX but they really don’t only Visa and Mastercard.

Nice hotel in the centre of Tirana , very close to everything. The room was big and comfortable, mini bar. They do clean every day, and the bed is comfortable . Nice view from the window, we've got room on the 14th floor. Fantastic personal at the reception and lobby bar. Helpful, professional, and very nice. Breakfast was ok, not perfect. Sky bar on the 18th floor is a definitely need to visit. Would stay in this hotel again if we visit Tirana again.

Breakfast could be better. Cold omelette, not much fruits, if something finished, they don't put more. Same with plates and glasses. Something in the room we didn't like. We've got a window between the shower and room which is very strange. The hotel is also advertised transfer from/to the airport which doesn't work and costs they were higher than advertised. So,travellers who plan to book it should be prepared for the higher costs and taxi.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The hotel is located just steps from the center of Tirana, providing everything you need. The room is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of Albanian and international dishes, and the staff were extremely warm, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant team for their hospitality; they were always ready to help and ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

Breakfast was great and accessed through a fun see-through elevator ride to the top. The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, special recogition ust be paid to Amar, the night desk clerk. He went out of his way to be helpful and welcoming and is to be commended.

Each room only has one card key and so if you have an additional guest or misplace your card, there is no way to get to your room "until the IT guy makes a new ke after the weekend" so you are at the mercy of the front desk or housekeeping to let you into your room.

It’s an 18 floor building, but rooms are all in 1st and 2nd floor. The breakfast restaurant at the 17th floor was a great location except the beautiful terrace with a magnificant 360 degrees view of the beautiful city was closed most days even the weather was amazing. Breakfast was fine, but it took a long time to refill the buffet with orange juice, Eggs, bacon etc.

Great location in the heart of Tirana close to everything. The room was very spacious and quiet, though, on the street. We were a bit worried as we are light sleepers but it was noise free. The free parking was an extra bonus. The breakfast with the view was great and had everything. Very polite and friendly staff both at reception and breakfast.

The amenities in the bathroom can be improved. For a such a beautiful property they are not adequate and its a pity.

Really great hotel, close to everything. The sweet young lady at the reception was amazingly helpful and even gave me a better room, thanks for that.. 🙏🏼 Good breakfast buffet on the 17th floor with a great view. 😍 Parking included if you can pass the lovely older man at the gate who doesn't speak English.. 😉 Lots of bars just in front of the hotel.. If I ever come back to Tirana I will stay there again..

Very supportive staff. Breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace (where the breakfast was served). Nice restaurant with tasty Albanian cuisine. Great hotel with a rotating bar on the top floor and the restuarant on the floor below with fantastic views of the city. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Great central location.

No flexibility on check in time, although we were able to leave luggage in a secure room.
