I have stayed here a few times and they have since upgraded the rooms so they are no longer as dated. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast is basic so I didn’t use most days but the coffee was good. The only downside is I did via booking and it showed gym as they had partnership with them previously but that is no longer correct. The park is nearby so running or exercise is possible and was minor. I would stay. In the summer the hotel is so busy so it was nice to be there when it’s not. Close to blokku activities and short walk to square and new bazaar. Thank you for my staff.

Location. Right on the button: in the heart of the bustling Blloku district, easy walking to Skanderbeg Square (and the hourly airport shuttle bus) and beyond. Views from the hotel room in photos.

The room has all one needs but otherwise no vitality or life to the hotel…but that is at the hotel’s doorstep after you drop down the 10 floors from the hotel to street level.

Excellent breakfast buffet included. Great city view from the room.

The approach to the hotel through a shopping arcade and up in a lift is a little odd, particularly for a woman travelling on her own and returning late at night. However Tirana felt like a safe city and I did not have any problem - it's just worth knowing about this aspect of the hotel in advance. The room was a bit cold. It warmed up when I put the heating on but it was odd that it had not been put on ahead of my arrival.

The access at the hotel from parking it was hard, especially when you have children because the hotel was at the next building. Also with stroller the access to the room it was difficult because you had to carry the stroller about 20 stairs up and down every time you need to get out. It was the only way until you reach the elevator. I would not recommend to a family with small children.

We spent only one night at the hotel, but it was a very pleasant experience overall. The room was of decent size, and I particularly liked the hotel's location. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential as we had to work from the hotel. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lobby on our floor and the staircase leading to the room had a strong smell of smoke, which was quite off-putting and made me reluctant to work on my laptop in the lobby (perhaps the smell came from the ventilation). Additionally, the mini bar, while functional, did not cool properly and had some mold spots inside. These issues need addressing to meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel.

I loved that they have a garage with a car elevator. we were travelling by bike so this really seemed to keep our stuff safe. And parking was included. The hotel is on the 10th level so the view over the city is nice.

You have to take two different elevators from the garage which is kind of confusing and with luggage a little annoying. we couldn't get the TV to work. Not with usual TV channels but and also not with firetv or any other streaming. But we were to tired to ask at the reception.

Having free parking available is great - but be aware you have to use a car elevator to access it - as in you drive your car in to the elevator which then takes you down/up. Breakfast was very good - and the room was of a good size and quality. It felt like a good standard business hotel - as in not hugely unique in terms of the room but everything including the staff were as you would hope

Location excellent close to the main attractions. Plenty of cafes/restaurants and supermarkets right outside the hotel. Breakfast lots of variety. Room had a great view and spacious.. Access to the gym was great.

but no double blind so feels like people can see you and no shower curtain or glass so water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Be good if the hotel provided instructions on how to get to the basement parking four levels down and to change lifts.
