Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent staff.

We parked our rental car in a private parking near the hotel. Parking in the street is impossible (too busy). We paid 30€ for 19h of parking (but 100% safe and excellent parking service).

It once might have been a 4 stars hotel, now it's not anymore. But: it's clean and the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff is really nice , the location in the city center close to the main square and pubs and restaurants is very convenient

The hotel is a bit old (and old fashioned). Breakfast could be improved (e.g. serving scrambled eggs or better desserts). The hotel, being a 4 stars hotel, should have contacts with local agencies that can organise tours and activities

The only negative of our stay was that our room had a window without any blinds. Being woken up to the sunrise every morning during the peak of summer is not ideal. The staff did make a a makeshift curtin using a garbage bag although it would fall down due to the aircon.

The staff, and the location. Overall it was a fantastic hotel. Some stuff is definitely lacking, while other stuff is just brilliant (it's very similar to the whole city in this regard :D)

The building is not the newest, and parts of it definitely need to be patched up, or even renovated.

The noise. Its unavoidable given the location, but light sleepers might struggle to get a good nights sleep.

It was easy to reach the destination even as we arrived late at night. Staff gave us all information for self check in. Room was nice, we were satisfied but would have expected a little more for 4 stars. Breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. The property is situated near the center. All places were easily reachable.

The rooms were a little worn out. The bathroom door was made of transparent glass. Although part of it was faded it did not give enough privacy.

4star hotel with 10star service. Obviously not the 4star standards we apply in Western Europe, but fully compensated by the kindness and warm welcome given by the local staff. Hotel in the middle of area full with restaurants and bars. Booked a room during the final of Conference Leaugue. I booked in Dec and other hotels increased or cancelled bookings done at low rates. This hotel maintained the low rate for which I booked in Dec 2021. many friends of mine received cancellations for other hotels and could rebook at sky high rates. This hotel sticked to the original confirmed rate. Restaurant staff was friendly, so warm conversations, so proud and friendly people. We could learn from their proudness and friendness. Breakfast sufficient and enough to choose from, unless you expect food which you normally also do not eat when you are at home. Great coffee, really tastfull.

Room clean and comfortable, decent shower, breakfast simple but nice and made omelettes on request. Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the trendy bars and restaurants in Tirana. Welcoming and helpful staff who took time to help us with our onward journey. Would stay again!

Not the biggest room when we’d got our suitcases out. Bars downstairs had some evening noise.

I’m their website says that car park is included. in fact they direct you to a car park where you have to pay extra money. also although the member of staff whom we came to contact was absolutely amazing and polite his knowledge of the hotel and room was not good at all he seemed like he didn’t know anything
