This is a great hotel in terms of central location for the nightlife ; sightseeing and lakes. The room was huge , beautifully decorated and the balcony was a bonus for the sunshine and fresh air to enjoy a coffee. The facilities are modern and it offered us everything we needed tea/coffee/water/gowns. The spa was one of the best I have been too such a bonus - in terms of it offered a relaxing layout ; warm pool water ; clean facilities and lovely attentive staff to greet you. Really recommend this and the massage out of this world again one of the best . Bali massage highly recommended The roof resturant / bar was vibrant with music and cocktails at really good prices. We went a few times and recommend it The breakfast was hot with a good selection aside from they don’t offer good coffee nor hot coffee which is a disappointment for this hotel but for that I would say it’s perfect 10 out of 10

Great location, with valet parking at 5 euro/night, so a really easy check-in! We'd booked a superior room which was gorgeous - great bed size, well furnished, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and also access to an outside terrace. Breakfast options were plentiful in the buffet, with an omelette option, as well as speciality coffees. The spa was fabulous and really makes the hotel stand out. One of the best massages ever (from Lima!). Restaurants, cafes and shops were just outside of the hotel - the whole district has a great vibe - and the major sights were not more than a 5-10 minute walk away.

The rooms were large and the staff at the reception was excellent. We enjoyed the spa treament and the pool was heated and it was open for long hours.

The breakfast was such a let down because they don't serve full English Breakfast and the staff at the restaurant didn't speak much English either

I had a lovely stay at this hotel—fantastic facilities and an excellent location. We initially booked a deluxe room, but it wasn’t great and lacked a nice view, so we decided to upgrade for an extra €15, which was worth it. I also booked for a birthday and informed reception, but unfortunately, there were no complimentary extras, which was a bit disappointing. Other hotels I’ve stayed at for special occasions have gone the extra mile. That aside, it was a great stay for a couple of days. The highlight was definitely the spa—I had a Hammam and a massage, both of which were wonderful, though slightly overpriced. Overall, a pleasant experience, but a little more attention to special occasions would have made it even better.

Breakfast choice was great and server Aida was fantastic - so friendly and welcoming, she made our stay enjoyable. The room was good and shower powerful. Great location.

Other than the porter on arrival, who was great, it was unclear what the point of the door staff was - often there was more than one of them but you still had to open the door yourself. They didn’t offer any sort of a warm welcome so if the intention was to convey an image of a luxurious international hotel, it really doesn’t work. Maybe it’s some sort of ominous security?! Similarly, the greeter at the breakfast only asked for our room number on each of our 3 mornings - a good morning would be nice. Some of the basics of hospitality were missing from some, but not all, of the staff. The lighting in the room was overly complicated to work.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed for a week. There were two comfortable armchairs, a couch and a good desk chair. We were impressed by the staff who were all friendly, efficient, well-trained and helpful. There was a large restaurant and bar where the level of catering was high. At breakfast there was a good choice of food, to suit most tastes. Filter Coffee was available on the buffet and other coffee types could be ordered. Hot egg dishes were also available to order. The travel service was excellent, arranging cars to drive to neighbouring countries. The hotel offered Spa facilities. The hotel was well situated in the centre of the city and within walking distance of many of the sights. There were several good restaurants and cafes withing easy walking distance.

We had absolutely no complaints or issues. Our stay in this great hotel was excellent. In fact we deliberately returned to this hotel on our next stay in Tirana.

* Everything was great. However we paid for a taxi transfer service by the hotel. The driver arrived almost 50 min late. We had to ask a local person at the airport to call the hotel several times to know when the taxi would arrive Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect and we had the best couple stay ever

I recently stayed at Xheko Imperial Luxury Hotel & SPA and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. A wonderful place to stay in a magnificent city, which exceeded my expectations so much! The hotel itself is the best located one you can wish, in the most beautiful part of the city. Big and beautiful furnished rooms, big beds, big bathroom, an excellent, very rich breakfast, and not to forget: for dinner the hotel has one of the best restaurants in town with very affordable prices. And: WE MET THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL PERSONALLY!!! Can you imagine that? No, you cant! We met him during our breakfast, while he was helping the staff!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Never experienced this in my 55 years, it was like you meet Conrad Hilton during your stay helping the staff serving the breakfast in the 1950's. It is a 5-star hotel, not a pension... and the owner literally works there. It was my best in-hotel-experience ever... Mr. Agron is a wonderful character, whose life should be written in a book and then filmed. I hope it will happen some day. Thank you, Mr. Agron! Almost forget to thank the wonderful staff, especially at the reservation desk, who helped us in everything we needed (we are a father and son). Thank you again!

This is a great hotel located in the Bllok, the hottest part of Tirana. The rooms are very nice and it has a very small fitness room and nice spa down in the basement. The breakfast is excellent.

The rooms are all unique. Be sure to not get a room on level 1 that oversees the atrium as you don't have a window to the outside. Also, depending on the room, it can be noisy at night time if it faces the rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurant sucks, I do not recommend going there. The service is terrible, prices high, and menu too extensive which results in an inability to keep fresh ingredients stocks.
