We have just got back from a 3 night stay at this lovely hotel, everything was just perfect. Our room was large, bright and spotless and the bed was huge and very comfortable, bathroom was large with a lovely walk in shower, hairdryer and toiletries provided. Staff were all friendly and really couldn't do enough for us- booking taxis for us, making recommendations for day trips and restaurants and generally being lovely. The location is on a small quiet side street but just 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants in Blokk area and 10 mins walk to the Pyramid amd Skanderberg Square. Check in and out was easy with the 24 hr reception desk. Breakfast was great- hot food (eggs, bacon, sausages) cold meats, cereals and fresh fruit plus lots of pastries, cakes and hot and cold drinks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Metro Hotel Tirana. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful and assisted us with various queries as well as arranged for us a private taxi transfer to Berat. They really made our stay at the hotel and Tirana as a whole a smooth one. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - a good variety of choices. The location is good as well - in the trendy Blloku district with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also close to the centre of Tirana which is very walkable - only a 10-20 minute walk to the various attractions and sights.

great hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. provided umbrellas to take around tirana when we went site. seeing. went the extra mile with our young family. breakfast brilliant, massive choice of sweet, continental, hot breakfast items. even asked if there wasn't anything we liked they would make us something else. will definitely be visiting again

Very good location, walking distance to everywhere in the centre of Tirana. Contemporary rooms , modern looking bathroom.

Breakfast was the same every day. A bit weird entry/ground floor, but it is OK. One can see the traces of too much use of the room - paint is down a bit. Payment of higher price was requested (higher than the reservation) for one of the nights, but I paid attention and showed my booking, so it was corrected.

Absolutely everything exactly as in the description. The hotel deserves its rating. The room is absolutely functional, clean, warm. TV capable of connecting via Bluetooth. The housekeepers are prompt in cleaning. The breakfast is excellent. The receptionists are kind. The owner did everything he could for guest satisfaction

Although the neighborhood is formidable, for now the hotel is located between a building under construction and a building under construction and abandoned. But this is not something that belongs to the hotel.

We were given a large tiled room on the 10th floor. The bed was huge and comfortable and the included amenities were all great. We appreciated the daily clean of the room, and we absolutely loved the breakfast, which was top-notch with a lot of fresh fruit, baked goods, cereals, cakes, breads, and some meats, cheeses, and eggs (along with juice and coffee). Staff here were very obliging, and the location was pretty central, being just a few mins walk from both the Grand Park of Tirana and Skanderbeg Square. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

The hotel is housed over 3 floors of a 10-story building. The first 2 are accessible by the stairs, however the '3rd floor' is actually on the 10th floor, and the two small elevators which service this floor are pretty slow.

Excellent service from friendly helpful staff Good sized clean modern rooms, professionally cleaned every day. Kettle and fridge (regularly refilled with water) Good location, close to all the main attractions.

Stairs up to rooms are poorly lit. There is a perfectly good lift, although small for anyone who is clostraphobic No coffee in rooms

Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious clean rooms . Fabulous breakfast with constant refills. Great location for us as it’s on outer part of Tirana , with bars , shops and restaurants close by but easier escape from city with the hire car on our first morning.

Building work close by but the hotel cannot help this.

The hotel was very modern and perfectly located in the Blloku area. Very close to the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Close to all of the central attractions in Tirana. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Let us store our luggage even after check out. 24 Hour service and open bar. Breakfast was a nice quality and had a large variety. Our room was incredibly large and came with a lot of great amenities.

Only negatives I can think of is that the coffee at breakfast was weak but that's really nothing. I have nothing to complain about with the hotel.

Metro hotel was wonderful in all the ways. Super helpful and friendly checkin and nothing was too big or small to help with. The room was really clean and modern. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the neighbourhood, which is a perfect one to be located in for sights or just relaxing watching the world go by. And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any hotel plus they made me a proper coffee exactly to my liking for no extra charge.
