It is located on one street west of the main street between Skanderbeg Square and Mother Teresa Square in Tirana. The location information is a bit off on Google Maps, but the hotel is attached to a restaurant on the south side of the Serbian Embassy. The "Hotel Tooms" sign is on the path south of the restaurant (I've included a photo of it), and as you walk further in, you will be approached by a staff member in the kitchen area of the restaurant to check in. The restaurant staff seemed to leave work around 10:00 p.m., so if you arrive late, it might be a good idea to call in advance. Payment can be made by creditcard, but I paid in cash in Euros. The staff was very friendly and helped me with many things. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but there is an ashtray for the staff near the entrance to the kitchen, and we had many good conversations while smoking together. We stayed in the least expensive double room in the hotel, which was located just inside the hotel building on the first floor. The room was very clean and neat, and beds were made and towels were changed daily. The shower room was equipped with shampoo and body soap, as well as a hair dryer and slippers that were changed daily, and two bottles of mineral water were provided daily on the table. I take a slow shower, and the hot water was sufficient and never got cold in the middle of the shower. The air conditioner in the room worked comfortably and I appreciated it to cool myself down after going out. Although not listed in the facilities, there is a refrigerator in the room, so I was able to keep the beer I bought in town cold. (A bottle opener was lent to us by the attached restaurant. Thank you very much!) All in all, a very high quality accommodation and, together with the warmth of the staff, I can highly recommend it to all. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Great location and family friendly accommodation. Some pointers but not negatives, Swing seat pictured on terrace no longer there. No batteries in tv remote and were not available when I asked? Beds made, sink not cleaned from our previous day. Towels needed to be replaced as had holes in some, just old! The room was spacious, beautifully designed and the terrace was immaculate. Beds and bedding, fabulous! Location fantastic! It had a family feel, safe and secure with adjoining restaurant which is very convenient. This place is good overall. if you don’t mind a few minor imperfections. We had a great time, thank you x

no inclusive breakfast. you can buy good local food at the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. large shower room. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff and personal service.

The room was at the end of a very long walkway. no consideration was given for guests trying to get bags and personnel down this route, often making way for staff and delivery personnel. Parking is exceptionally difficult. As is unloading baggage. A loading/unloading area could be made available.

The room was big and offered a safe. The bed was a little low on the ground but very comfy. The location is also close to everything and in walking distance. I had no hiccups other than at first finding the checkin desk - which was in the kitchen but maybe that's what it is in the off-season (feb). It was a great and comfortable stay with plenty of space which I appreciated. Staff was also helpful.

The room appeared to have been freshly painted and it smelled strongly of paint throughout my stay. Room service wasn't available to call or order online (had to walk out into the restaurant to order).

Amazing... The location could not be better for the centre. The apartment owners (restaurant) were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. They provide a personal touch for each guest. The rooms are big, grand with a wow factor. The furnishings are of high quality. The beds and pillows are of high quality and extremely comfortable. The Ferdinand restaurant, next door is of high standard with very reasonable prices. All in all everything perfect with all expectations well exceeded. Thank you......

There is nothing to dislike.

There was no breakfast (which I was led to believe from the listing, somehow). This place is like a few apartments that are part of a restaurant. The room was large and spacious (could accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 kids). Location is very close to the city center. The price was amazing for the size of the room.

The staff/owners were away the day we arrived, which was not communicated to us in advance. I found a way to contact the owners from the booking and was provided instructions on accessing the room. We were asked to pay upon arrival, which became a bit confusing since no one was there. We ended up leaving money on the nightstand when we left the following day. The apartment is located near a nightclub. We could hear music in the early morning hours, which is frustrating for light sleepers. Otherwise, there are no issues with this location.

The location was absolutely perfect - so close to the main attractions. The room was huge. We had ample space for a family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There were cups and a kettle provided but bring your own coffee and tea. Park at the lake which is about a 10 minute walk.

We did not like the ajoining restaurant. The menu was fairly limited and the staff very unfriendly. Rather go eat elsewhere.

Location is perfect and service!

They should make possible that from booking customers can pay online, to avoid paying cash at arrival.

This was an excellent place to stay, about a 10 minute walk from the skanderbeg square and right around the corner from the pyramid. This location was very close to everything we needed food, grocery store and all fun and local attractions. The room was very nice and clean and provided us with two bottles of water upon arrival and additional when they cleaned the room which was very appreciated. I actually rebooked this room before we left Albania instead of the other location we were going to stay at because we knew we would be comfortable and happy staying here before a long flight home. Oh and best of all you can pay with card or Local currency Leke.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower because the water would get all over the floor outside. I think they should add a small wall to catch the water before it leaks onto the floor outside the shower.

The room was fantastic, huge beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows! Had all the equipment you needed (fridge, hair dryer, etc) and the shower was amazing as well (good water pressure and pretty overall). Staff was very amicable and ready for any requests! It was super close from Blloku (the fancy area of Tirana) and the centrum square (around 5-10 min walk)

The access to the rooms isn’t very obvious, you have to go through a narrow corridor to get there and the check-in was made in Vila Ferdinand’s restaurant’s kitchen. Other than that, it was a delightful stay
