This was a very pleasant, moderately priced hotel, conveniently located for the city centre, but in a reasonably quiet neighborhood. It had a pleasant terrace/garden, and the breakfasts were good, with a reasonable selection of hot food (eggs, etc), cheese, yoghurt, breads and cakes and fruits, plus fruit juice, tea or coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke reasonably good English. My room was comfortable and clean. The TV only had Albanian channels, but perhaps that is all which are easily available there.

The WiFi was a little "patchy", but was OK for checking e-mail and "static" news and sports websites. I tried having an on-line "Teams" meeting using it, but that wasn't a success due to the WiFi signal not being great. There was also considerable disruption to local traffic and pedestrian routes due to part of the Gio d'Italia cycling being held there during my stay, but that was certainly beyond the control of the hotel or its staff.

All the staff was friendly and welcoming, trying their best to help us and to make us feel welcomed. The location was brilliant, away from the noise but a few minutes walk from everything. The bedrooms were fresh and modern, well kept and clean, very high standards. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cold and hot dishes some international and some local. A little gem !

It would have been nice to have a bottle of mineral water in the room as tap water is not recommended to drink.

We liked the location which is 10-minute walk to the main central square. Although its central location, it was really quiet at night. There is a parking place across the hotel included in the price. Breakfast was fine, not so many varieties but for us was more than enough. We stayed for one night and it was great. Matresses and pillows are really comfortable. All rooms are non smoking which is great.

The room is a bit outdated, but it is a matter of taste. There is no elevator, so it is not so convenient if you travel with a pushchair for baby. The room’s door was not properly installed since all the light from the outside is coming into a room.

Great hotel location, walking distance from the main points. Very good restaurants in the neighbourhood. I stayed in the part that was not reconstructed - the room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The main parts of the room were clean, however there was a lot of dust + a dead bug on the bathroom window. It was not cleaned during my entire stay. Also there was a destroyed sofa in the coridor, with pieces of material all around the sofa - it definitely doesn't give a good impression to the guests entering the rooms area.

Maybe offering umbrellas for rainy days, like in GB or Northern countries for tourists who forgate theirs but everithing was excellent, so this is really not a problem (considering the great weather in Tirana)

The area is great, lots of lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes. The hotel is in a quiet tree-lined street and is central. There is a large terrace for drinks, though on this visit in early May there was no restaurant except for breakfast. Somewhere an interesting building visible from the terrace is mentioned; it is indeed an interesting building, as are very many in this really archjitectural city.

Stayed on 2 separate nights, the air conditioning in the second room was faulty and it was so late when wew realised we didn't feel like complaining, especially as the room wasn't hot.

The location very central. The breakfast was ok (not may things but enough for most people). The room was big and the bed comfortable. Overall a good choice.

The parking was free but you had to squeeze the car in a parking across the street which was also public parking. The curtains of the room were not able to hide the light in the morning. The room was in a villa without elevator. At least we stayed at 1st floor.

The location of the hotel is just a short walk from the main sights. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There were both a heater and an air conditioner in the room. Our room 110 also had cooking facilities although no utensils. Breakfast served from 7 to 10am was regularly replenished and offered a choice of both hot and cold food.

the wifi did not work in our room so we had to stand outside in the corridor to connect. wifi was fine in all the other areas.

The location was ideal. A back street just off a main road, very quiet. There is a seating area in front of the hotel where you can relax with a drink or eat the excellent breakfast.

Could have done with a stopper in the wash basin. The hot water was too hot, it made loud noises in the night as the tank expandered and contracted. Just small things, but as you asked.

The location is great with some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and in walking distance from everything. Secure parking is available. The room we had was modern and nicely decorated. The personnel we had direct contact with at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast service was a let down. Most of the time something was missing on the buffet: plates, bread, fruit,... Quality could have been better as well and the staff at the service did not give a motivated impression. Unfotunately, food then even got moved away already at five to ten.
