The Rogner Hotel is in a perfect location in Tirana. The swimming pool and bar are excellent with beautiful gardens and a pool bar. The suite we had was amazing and the balcony overlooked the gardens and pool area, an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast is amazing. And most of the staff were so helpful and lovely.

One of the staff members really needs training on customer service and seemed unhappy in her job we rarely needed to speak to reception but on the two occasions we had spoken with her she was abrupt and quite rude.

Loved the location, very central. Had an excellent pedicure in the spa.Staff professional but not very friendly on check in. Breakfast service very disappointing. Tables not cleared and reset quickly enough- coffee was horrible. I'd say they were understaffed for volume of guests. Lovely gardens and pool but sadly weather not good enough whilst we were there for us to enjoy them. A good stay overall.

A beautiful hotel with a relaxed feel and very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with barrista coffee and a huge selection of it was lovely sitting at the outdoor cafe area for our lunch. The man who helped us with our bags went above and beyond when we arrived and especially when we left on the day of the Tirana marathon. A great hotel and would highly recommend. The location was awesome too.

Location was great. Very near to the center of Tirana We could walk to sites and restaurants Staff were wonderful very friendly and happy to help us get taxis and plan our trips and travel plans The pool and the outside seating area were wonderful. Breakfast was great.

The pool did not have enough sun beds or umbrellas. Also the bar gave out glass bottles and glasses and this was very dangerous around the pool The bathroom in the room had a shower that leaked and the bathroom mat had to soak up the water. This made it slippery and dangerous. The beds were comfy but the a/c could have been better.

I thought the room was absolutely perfect. Big clean and modern. The swimming pool and location of the hotel were also standouts, you can't be more central. I also appreciated how supportive some of the staff were, particularly those around the pool area.

I am not one to complain, but the reception area is a little outdated, I get that its an old hotel but it came as a shock upon arrival. The breakfast was good but you had to go chasing staff to get a coffee which felt a bit mental. Surely there is room for a coffee machine in 2025. Lastly the Gym is way too outdated for a 5 star hotel. It did the job but could certainly do with an upgrade.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—something you rarely experience in hotels these days. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help put me at ease, making it feel like a home away from home. Although it isn’t the most modern hotel, it more than compensates with its cozy atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. I got an upgrade at check-in, my room was large and clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large balcony overlooking the hotel's calm garden. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive selection of fresh, delicious options. I also noticed they have an outdoor pool and spa area that looked inviting, but I didn’t have the chance to use them this time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a friendly, relaxing environment, wonderful service, and a superb location close to local attractions in Tirana. It truly stands out as a rare gem in today’s hospitality scene. I look forward to returning—hopefully with time to enjoy the pool and spa!

Location is just perfect and the superior room are really good. Room service is also good and timely.

While checking-out I've asked for a Taxi to go to the airport. What the hotel staff called for me was instead a private driver, 1,5x expensive than taxi, to be paied cash and without the possibility to receive a receipt. Nothing so bad but I would have liked to be informed upfront at least.

The property itself is an urban oasis, featuring beautiful grounds with a pool, lush gardens, and even a tennis court. The fitness facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. The accommodations are clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was super helpful and arranged a car service to pick up our son from the airport. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

We were disappointed that the covered garden patio was full of smokers during breakfast, leaving us with only the too-sunny outdoor option or eating indoors.

Amazing Staff.. from the night watch we checked in with at 02:00 to the front desk , house keeping, the pool bar and restaurant where we had our breakfast.. the property amenities were excellent and the breakfast was excellent !! The staff was the highlight of the stay and made it an amazing stay and we would recommend it highly ..

The air conditioning needs to be updated as it was not possible to cool down as we wanted but the hotel did what they can to make it comfortable ..

The room floor was dusty. Many TV channels could not been watched.
