The Rogner Hotel is in a perfect location in Tirana. The swimming pool and bar are excellent with beautiful gardens and a pool bar. The suite we had was amazing and the balcony overlooked the gardens and pool area, an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast is amazing. And most of the staff were so helpful and lovely.

One of the staff members really needs training on customer service and seemed unhappy in her job we rarely needed to speak to reception but on the two occasions we had spoken with her she was abrupt and quite rude.

Loved the location, very central. Had an excellent pedicure in the spa.Staff professional but not very friendly on check in. Breakfast service very disappointing. Tables not cleared and reset quickly enough- coffee was horrible. I'd say they were understaffed for volume of guests. Lovely gardens and pool but sadly weather not good enough whilst we were there for us to enjoy them. A good stay overall.

A beautiful hotel with a relaxed feel and very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with barrista coffee and a huge selection of it was lovely sitting at the outdoor cafe area for our lunch. The man who helped us with our bags went above and beyond when we arrived and especially when we left on the day of the Tirana marathon. A great hotel and would highly recommend. The location was awesome too.

Location is just perfect and the superior room are really good. Room service is also good and timely.

While checking-out I've asked for a Taxi to go to the airport. What the hotel staff called for me was instead a private driver, 1,5x expensive than taxi, to be paied cash and without the possibility to receive a receipt. Nothing so bad but I would have liked to be informed upfront at least.

The most charming hotel in Tirana, perfectly located near a beautiful park and a variety of excellent restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—something you rarely experience in hotels these days. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help put me at ease, making it feel like a home away from home. Although it isn’t the most modern hotel, it more than compensates with its cozy atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. I got an upgrade at check-in, my room was large and clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large balcony overlooking the hotel's calm garden. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive selection of fresh, delicious options. I also noticed they have an outdoor pool and spa area that looked inviting, but I didn’t have the chance to use them this time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a friendly, relaxing environment, wonderful service, and a superb location close to local attractions in Tirana. It truly stands out as a rare gem in today’s hospitality scene. I look forward to returning—hopefully with time to enjoy the pool and spa!

The room floor was dusty. Many TV channels could not been watched.

We felt like royalty visiting Rogner Hotel - beautiful lobby, kind service, great rooms, amazing outside-area with pool and the nice garden. We really enjoyed the pool, especially since Tirana is very (!) hot during August, so it was amazing to be able to cold down at the pool in between sightseeing. The breakfast was really great - everything you'd want and more!

The pool was really great and spacious, however we did experience that sometimes it was almost impossible to really use the pool because of the many kids there. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that kids (also) love and needed the chill pool, but it was just a little much sometimes, and no supervision from adults, which made it a little difficult to really enjoy and relax sometimes. Perhaps it would be great with some "rules"/guidelines/better contact with parents to ensure that everyone - not only the kids - can enjoy the pool.

Staff were excellent. Well spoken and met our requirements. Breakfast was excellent....a big spread of choices. Waiting staff was also very helpful. The pool was cold but managed to cold plunge. Was slightly dirty, but the receptionist got it cleaned. Sauna room is big and good to use. Used the spa for a Hamam scrub. Very good and reasonable price for 90 minutes. The staff at the spa were also amazing. Fresh salted milk was delicious. The location was near the Skanderberg Square, Air Albania stadium, and Piramid with a good view of Tirana and Poligon Shooting range. Plenty of shops and resteraunts over there

Undoubtedly the best location in the city, being effectively in the very center of the city, where Blloku is right across the street, the stadium and park are 2 blocks down, the pyramid a block up, Toptani and Skenderbeg square less than a 10 minute walk, and some of the best restaurants in the city are right next to the hotel. The hotel looks beautiful and luxurious. The landscaping is beautiful too. The room was clean, if a bit small, and the beds were comfortable, even including a pillow menu with surprising variety, though we didn't order any pillows so I can't speak on availability. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

Some things have started looking a bit dated, namely the lobby and the area where the breakfast is served. The window in the room couldn't be opened at all, and the king sized bed option isn't a king sized bed, it's two twin beds put next to one another.

The spa/hammam manager was absolutely horrible, shouting (literally shouting) at you repeatedly at every opportunity, when it was undeserved. We were trying to ask for help and guidance and all we got was yelled at. Completely unnecessary and makes you feel stressed when of course you are there to feel the opposite! That put a cloud over our experience at this otherwise lovely hotel. I’d read some negative reviews about the spa manager before we went but was still shocked at how she treated us. Also competition to get a sunbed makes you feel a bit tense when going for a swim!
