A fairly modern hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is in the modern and open part of the city, with lots of restaurants around and lovely broad streets to walk on. Also just a short walk from all the tourist spots.

We'd reserved a double room which is to include a balcony, but on reaching had to prove that a balcony is part of the deal, after which we were given it. Tea/coffee in room was also part of the deal, but not provided until I asked for it. And when we were leaving their sole credit card machine didn't work, they asked for cash which I did not have, but they were kind enough to let us leave and charge my card once their systems were sorted.

The hotel located in a quiet neighborhood away from street noise all windows have shutters to keep the light and noise away. The staff specifically Miss. Era she was amazing, professional, smiling and solved my minor issues she also granted me late check out. Thank you Era the hotel should be proud of you. The breakfast was delicious better than a 5 stars hotel. The room was large with a large bathroom. The center is only 5 minutes away on foot there are many restaurants and cafes close by. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like but just to mention there is no coffee and tea making facilities in the room I don’t usually use them. No much English channels available in the tv. AC takes long time to cool the room.

fromthe moment i entered the Hotel, i was greeted at the desk by a young lady, who welcomed me to the hotel and Albania, my request for a quiet room had been agreeed, The lady popped upstairs to make sure the room was in fact ready (nice touch) upon return i was given the key and directions. everything i requested was granted. the room was fabulous, well appointed, the bed was spacious, the breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from with the chef on hand also to answer my questions about the local dishes and he made my omelletes fresh which were brilliant. the men on the desk and covering the bar were on top form and very olbliging, a second lady on the desk was equally as helpful and most important everything was carried out with a smile. the property was imaculately clean and tidy, my room cleaned everyday and towels refreshed. The Hotel is small but very conveniently placed, down a quiet little street.

A short business trip but a very warm welcome from the staff of Hotel Boutique Kotoni! I had the pleasure to be accomodated in a spacious bright modern furnitured room. It was super clean. The breakfast based on Mediterranean diet but not only was full of variaty of choices of fresh and homemade cookings. Staff was always there to help and offer the best services with high proffesionalism . The hotel is in the prime location of the administrative area making it a great choice especially for business trips. I highly recommend this cosy very pleasent hotel.

Breakfast was great and so were the staff serving it, they were happy to make scrambled eggs or poached eggs when we wanted it. There was a wide selection for breakfast, very happy with what was served. Location was spot on, everything is within walking distance, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions all not too far away. All in all a great experience, I must add that whatever I needed no matter at what point of the day the staff were always happy and able to help. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Tirana, very engaged and friendly staff, and comfortable spacious rooms. Although it is centrally located the area is quiet at night, which we appreciated. The buffet breakfast was amazing - the best we had during our 10 day stay in Albania - and the staff indicated that there were happy to assist with vegetarian and vegan diets.

There wasn't much to criticise. Perhaps just that more charging sockets in the rooms would be nice.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with utmost courtesy and efficiently checked in. The room was simply exquisite and remarkably spacious, boasting an enormous bed with supremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every necessary amenity provided in the bathroom. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly, and I appreciated the option to open the window for fresh air. The hotel itself is situated in a prime location and is incredibly well-maintained and immaculate throughout. The staff were, without exception, the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an abundance of choices to cater to every palate.

This hotel has excellent staff especially Era she was so helpful in making our stay in Tirana unforgettable. She assisted us in a car rental and provided good information to go around Tirana and drive to Kosovo. Also Brikene was excellent at check in. We felt at home at this hotel. They have a good breakfast and good sitting outside where you can enjoy your breakfast. The location is near city center. The rooms have good size comparing to other European hotels. I recommend this hotel and definitely will be back if I visit Tirana again.

Perfect location, generous breakfast and stunning room where I felt like royalty. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. It is rare to feel this comfortable and welcome in a hotel. The location is also great, the room was very quiet but the hotel is 5 minute walk from bustling bars and restaurants, and just around the corner from pyramid of tirana.

The price per night is a little bit on the high side for Tirana, but considering the service and the quality of the room, I was happy to pay.

It is a very clean, quiet and charming hotel in the city center, just a short walk from the main square. We really enjoyed our room with the view of Tirana's pyramid and a great jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast was delicious with quite nice choices. Wifi in the room was great.

Just a minor thing - the upper sheet of the bed was kind of stiff, it would be perfect if it was softer. Though, the rest of the bed was comfortable.
