Nice location. Very friendly and helpful staff. VERY CLEAN Has a lot of potential (with the right investment and management!) Huge room size and a decent bathroom size. The outdoor space (especially the front) it is great. Safe and relatively quiet.

The room/s are a bit dated. The only elevator of the facility was out of service the whole my staying. Kind of pricey (considering the season and the condition of the facility!) The breakfast could be richer. I found the showering process very dangerous, getting in, coming out of the tub and showering it is a struggle. The tub has an ergonomic shape which can be good for bathing, but it's slippery and unstable to shower in it. (speaking for the room I stayed at!)

The location was excellent to discover by walking most of the attractions. The room was big and clean, but the furniture was aged. Both the receptionists were extremely kind and helpful.

Very nice place, room was clean and comfy. staff was nice and on hand at breakfast to get tea/coffee. standard buffet breakfast. Was there over Xmas so price was rather nice/cheap for me. it's a short walk to the south from the main square and good location to get bus to East terminal bus station. Nice view of mountains from the balcony and glass lift is cool too! Nice walk to nearby bars as well. You may find something closer to main square but there's not much in it distance wise.

It has a very good location, sociable and helpful staff. The breakfast was perfect and delicious.. The only bad thing is that I don't recommend you to stay "Sunday" because this is only day that the hot water from the shower doesn't work, so it's mandatory lol that on Sunday you must take a very cold shower lol like a healthy therapeutic shower lol and for you to be very awake and aware lol but don't be afraid because it's only in the morning so in the afternoon night you will have hot water, but I recommend you this hotel without thinking twice.

The location is good, everything is clean.

The last day we went to the reception to do the checkout, the receptionist pretty much ignored us, we left the keys and we went out as were on a rush. Then the receptionist run after us asking for the payment yelling “card or cash” making an scene on the street, but he DID NOT CHECK first that WE ALREADY PAID the day that we arrived. It was a very unpleasant situation…. In general the people at the hotel were not really friendly….

The hotel is located in a very good position, the staff is very nice ( and they let us paid with card, a miracle in Albiania!). They have a private parking, very small to be honest, but they had no issue in finding us a spot. The breakfast was good, the room clean. The external part of the hotel has a very nice fountain with various tables, it is very good looking.

There was nothing to lay our stuff on in the bathroom, no cabinets or towel hooks. The style of the hotel is a little old for my taste but confortable.

The property staff where incredibly sweet. They where very pleased with me staying with them, smiling and laughing and organising my early check-in without question. They had parking organised for me prior to arrival. They communicated with me prior to arrival via email (very quickly). I felt completely safe and blessed to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was perfect and couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms where quiet and peaceful. The staff also took me on a virtual tour of Tirana via large tv presentations which was a really sweet touch☺️. Thank you Hotel Elysee !

The only things I would improve would be the bed & hot water pressure, other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel.

Location. Good for the value of the money.

Room was basic, little bit noisy and we could hear other rooms. Parking is so small, 4 cars maximum and other cars park behind you and you would wait 30 minutes for them to come to remove the car. Staff not so welcoming, reception basic and everything is basic but for the value of money is good.

We love cleany room and helpful staff.

Towel flipflops and body lotions are missing.

Breakfast included and good variety..and packed breakfast provided due to early morning checkout. Two receptionists very helpful with bus information etc. Room very large with balcony..good value

Probably a little far from town centre but only 15 minutes really
