I loved the experience all in all. The breakfast was decent although it didn't have a great variety. The location is as central as it gets, in "the blloku" neighbourhood and close the Pyramid of Tirana.

The beds were a little bit too high (not like the normal beds you see everywhere), for me it worked but for someone else they might not. The atmosphere in the pool area was warm and comfy but the water in the pool was a little bit cold. Would be nice if it was warmer.

We love the hotel ; superb location ; friendly and efficient staff ; great breakfast . Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Pool was nice and also the gym ; good new equipment .

We didn’t like the cigarette smell in reception but it was because it’s next to the bar where people are allow to smoke. I don’t think it’s something that can be changed; luckily no other area of the hotel has this issue .

Breakfast was always right on time, many items to chose from, great tasting coffee, I looooved “petullat”, very tasty. Clean, nicely decorated restaurant, warm colors, very comfortable. My room was always clean. Comfortable bed. Nice room insulation, when balcony door was closed you couldn’t hear the noise from the street, very quiet. It felt like being in a very comfortable house. Very friendly, professional staff.

The location is The ultimate. If you want to experience a real Original Tirana Hotel and vibe than this is it. The hotel oozes personality which is not valid for newer mass-chain hotels. The staff are super sweet, I felt safe at all times and looked after. The rooms are large and have large balconies with open views. I couldn’t fault it on any level and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers. It’s honestly very underrated. I loved my stay and will hold this place with the fondest of memories and can’t wait to stay here again.

Hot water in showers could be improved but not a big deal.

Staff is friendly. Ladies at reception are particularly helpful. Room size and furnishings are good.

Shower gel in dispenser in the shower was empty. They provided small bottles after reminding twice. Breakfast spread is bit limited.

We were for 03 nights in Tirana and stayed in this hotel . Our breakfast was superb and Lona took care of us at breakfast so well that we plan to come back again here . Thanks for Lona whose care during breakfast was superb . 10 points out of 10 to this hotel because of good service and care .

Nice location, close to the city.

We didn't like that smoking was allowed inside the hotel. Even if it was not permitted in the rooms, the smell is everywhere: in the reception, bar, restaurant and even in the rooms :-( It was possible to make tee in the room but not coffee, which would have been nice!

Very kind staff, especially Hegi at the front desk. She was very kind and tried to help in any possible way. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good pool and hammam. Nice parking and electric car charge possibility in the closed yard.

Noisy construction next-door. Low quality filter café.

The woman at reception was super helpful and friendly. She provided amazing restaurant and activity recommendations for my short stay.

PEOPLE WERE SMOKING INDOORS!!! I am allergic to cigar and cigarette smoke and was really disappointed I couldn't sit indoors of the lobby. It would have also bee nice if the hotel had a spa or indoor pool for relaxing.

Great location, very friendly staff and good service.

The air conditioning unit in my room did not work and it was not very comfortable due to that on the days it was hot. They did try and sort it but unfortunately not helpful.
