Due to some changes with our stay we decided to do a couple of nights in Tirana. I would actually say this was a better way of booking accommodation. You are in a good location with lots going on and lots of different shops. It was actually a breath of fresh air to actually be around Albanians just going on with their normal life. The girl meeting us was fantastic and gave us all the info we needed.

I thought the information about the swimming pool was misleading. You get the impression that the place has a pool.. it doesn't it's just a public pool that you pay for and use.

Huge property and spotless clean. Very tastefully furnished and comfortable beds. Well equipped and has prime and Netflix TV. Did have a balcony but rather small. Right opposite the lake and park which is a lovely place for a stroll. Communication was ace, all done through WA and any questions immediately replied to. Very good company to deal with. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main area of Tirana but an easy pleasant walk as there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants en route.

The apartment wasn’t in the tiered buildings that are in the photos. Instead it is in an older building just off the big roundabout by the lake. You could hear the traffic quite loudly in the bedroom but I had ear plugs so popped them in and had a great sleep. The office is in a different building to the apartment and wasn’t so easy to find, perhaps detailed instructions when a booking is placed would be helpful as the keys need to be collected from the office.

Apartment was nice and we had a possibility to park in garage. There are a lot of places where to eat (fantastic food in Kripë dhe Piper) and the SPAR grocery store near the apartment. A few steps to a Vodafone store where you can buy a SIM card.

Our apartment was supposed to be 72m2, but we got a 40m2 apartment without a washing machine and some other things. There was also no bedding for the third person. The change was made consciously and it was reasoned that for one night it doesn't matter how big the room is.

The staff are friendly Jorida allow to check in early she is very helpful and always asking about the stay. The apartment very clean.

The swimming pool is not free also the parking.

The cleanliness, customer service, facilities and the area close to the centre

Very slight thing which was the curtain didn’t close fully and they came to fix but it required more time than they had so we decided to leave to the next day

The location was very good, close to the lake as well as lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and housekeeping accommodating to our needs. Jorida was an excellent host. She provided a detailed video just prior arrival, of how to get to the apartment and even gave a tour of the t in the video. Jorida also helped with booking taxis to and from the airport and always prompt in replying to requests during our stay (including recommending an excellent wine bar, Vena Vinoteka).

We had to ask for some coffee mugs as there weren't enough, but the response was quick.

Everything. Spacious. Clean. Good kitchen space. Easy check in and out. We highly recommend.

We would have liked more toilet paper as we are a family of 5.

Very clean and spacious apartment with great facilities. Great location to walk to city centre and main attractions. Host was super friendly and helpful.

No kettle

Very high end appartment with spacious sitting room and comfortable pull out bed. Separate bedroom and excellent modern bathroom with rain shower and lots of space. Medium Kitchen size but fine for cooking. Small balcony with not much of a view.

It should have been clearer on Booking.com that the swimming pool is not included and you have to pay for that. This is becoming a problem on Booking.com for me and the lack of transparancy is not OK.

Review by a non Albanian national, solo traveller. The apartment and facilities were excellent. The room had a modern and luxurious feel throughout. On site facilities were also excellent. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants on site including a supermarket. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The apartment receptionist was amazing. Had a few questions before I arrived which they answered promptly and made some changes to accommodate my requests. They also kept in regular contact whilst I was there to make sure everything was ok.

The door key was difficult to use. Would never work first time because there is a quirky knack in how to use which you eventually get used to.
