Excellent location. Very close to most attractions and shops as the hotel is in the city centre. Staff was really welcoming and cooperative. Sufficient Parking area. Really safe surrounding area even at late night. Room was spacious and bedding was comfortable. Lighting in the room was spot on and good sized cupboard. Bed was of good size too which was great.The resturant was well locating giving the view of city centre.

The air conditioning of the room needs improvement especially in the hot weather the room was not cool enough. The breakfast was reasonable but could be better. Should have more options for hot food. The wifi reception in the room was poor.

Location is great. I am native live in Albania. I like to go to this hotel every 31 december as the view is great and you can feel lot of joy and the atmosohere on the square.

This year the police had blocked the parking entrance and ruin everything as we got stuck in traffic. I got at the entrance of at 11:30 and even if i tell them i am a client they still didnt let me in and made us run cricles for no reason and 12 caught us in traffic. I hope the hotel takes care so the hotel costumers witch have also booked the room are not stoped from the police to acces the priavte parking as its complete bullshit. I will come again next year and suggest more people to do so but if this thing happens again NEVER anymore

I continue to claim that this property sits on the best location in Tirana, right atop Skënderbej square with wonderful views of the square and surrounding area.  The rooms are fairly spacious, but clean. The restaurants is nicely appointed on the second floor, and has a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The dinner selections are decent, but there are much better places around the city to dine.  Parking is convenient right in front of the hotel, just make sure to validate your ticket before departing.  The room rates are unbeatable, we reserved two standard rooms for our family of four and paid a lot less than many of the more modern hotels in the area. 

The terrace at the restaurant is a highlight of the hotel, but this year they added a partition glass that takes away from the openness overlooking the square. When we were here last year, the terrace was wide open, and you could feel a nice breeze circling the entire floor, however, with the added partition glass, you feel enclosed, and a little separated from the hustle and bustle on the square.  in fact, we had dinner there one evening, and it was so hot that they had to position the misting fans right on top of us. Then when other guests came, they asked if they could borrow the fans for them so it got a little more uncomfortable. 

Excellent location, right next to Skanderbeg Square. Very good, spacious restaurant on 2nd floor and relaxing bar/snack area on ground floor. Clean room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom mini-bar. Luckily I had a room facing the Square. Staff friendly and helpful.

Food in restaurant should be served on hot plates. After 5 mins the vegetables were cold. Nothing in room to open coke bottles (with metal caps) - bring your own bottle opener! Hotel doesn't accept American Express.

Excellent location - 1 min walk from Skandenbeg Square. Very reasonable price. Room a bit dated but clean and comfortable. I had a view of the Intercontinental...so make sure you request a room overlooking the square. Comfortable beds, good bathroom. Extensive minibar (at low prices). Ground floor restaurant with outside terrace and 2nd floor restaurant which is open in the evening. The food varied between ok and very good. Friendly check-in clerks. Restaurant staff friendly, polite but very slow. Would definitely return there.

Restaurant staff need to multitask more. Rooms need more charging points - there were none by the bed. No bottle openers in minibar (maybe they get stolen - pack your own) OR better still provide e.g. coke bottles with screwtops.
