I have previously visited this hotel and i was really pleased with it the first time but this time i had the best experience ever.They have made a lot of improvements and all the services offered were perfect.I really liked the rooms, nicely decorated and comfortable ,the cleanliness of them and particularly the bathrooms were modernly furnished and with every equipment needed.A helpful staff ,a great view ,a lovely bar and a great welcoming.What can you desire more from a hotel?

Big bed (4 people would fit there); led in the ceiling; air condition was working perfectly; hot water. I rented a hostel way before (Nubian hostel), the lady was extremely rude because I arrived quite late (she was aware of the flight time) and invited me stay elsewhere. Panicking at 11 pm because I did not have a place to sleep I found Vila Sanremo on booking and it was a life saving. The staff were ok but the old person that checked me in was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We did everything without him speaking a word of English.

The bathroom could be cleaner. I wish the breakfast was self-service, however it was quite nice. They give you 1-2 options to eat and 1-2 options to drink.

There is, to like a great deal of it! Wonderful value for money throughout , spacious and clean from the bathroom to the comfortable bed! The staff were welcoming as well as the manager,who was probably the owner! The large balcony was a pleasant surprise as was the endless volume of hot as you like water! Welcome free breakfast each day of the three nights in residence…..

Hard to pick fault, even the four flights of stairs were easy! The omelettes need a rethink! Plain and tasteless!

My experience at 'Vila Sanremo' can be described as very positive, as it exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, the environment was calm and family-friendly, and the room was spacious. The most important aspect to highlight is the central location of 'Vila Sanremo' in the heart of Tirana, which makes it convenient for everything.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.

The location is good . The stuff are nice and helpful.. the bed is very comfortable..

The thing that I did not like is that when the hotel was booked on the website, it said that it provides breakfast services, but upon arrival it turned out that it only provides this service during the summer seasons only, so it must be noted.

The whole staff of “Vila Sanremo” were very kind and hospitable. The location was favourable, being just a few minutes away front the center of Tirana. It had a clean room with a wide and warm space. In additional their breakfast was delicious. I can say that everything was fantastic.

The location is in the city center, near the square. A plus is the possibility of breakfast, which we did not use. The balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was in the shade, was great.

Poor communication regarding the time breakfast is served. I received two conflicting pieces of information that caused us to miss breakfast.

It was awesome Staff was very helpful Rooms were very tidy and a really comfortable bed It has a perfect location if you want to explore the city and it is near everything that a tourist can see in Tirana I will come back for sureee❤️

The staff were supernice. The location was great. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was good! The room was big!

The shower was not so good. It definitely needs an upgrade!
