Great location- 15 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, had a local shop across the road (Spar), was also close to restaurants. The staff were lovely, as a solo female traveler I felt very safe, there was always someone at reception, the man who worked there was always so smiley and friendly and was nice to just see a familiar face every night coming home. The room is cleaned daily. Aircon worked perfect and also had a lovely balcony.

Nothing its great value for your money

Room was very spacious and exceeded expectation. The man on reception, despite not speaking great English was extremely helpful with information and booking taxis etc. Rooms were spotless and couldn’t fault anything. If you arrive late at night and the door is locked and lights off don’t panic as the guy in reception will come round.

Location, interior design, quite place, no any issues with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, blankets, WiFi etc.

• The toilet seat is loose and needs to be properly secured or replaced. • There is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. • The staff requested an early checkout, which was unexpected based on the stated policy.

The location is around a 20-minute walk from the main square in Tirana. The hotel has 24-hour front desk (I was able to check-in at 2 am). The free WiFi connection is good. The air conditioning in the room works very well. The room has balcony and street view. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

The bed is quite small.

The hotel probably exceeded my expectations! The room was very nice, and I even had a charming little balcony with plants. I loved the spacious shower and the overall quality of the bathroom. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I'm ever in Tirana.

No real complaints, great service, little bits irrelevant when the price was so affordable. Staff really helpful, sorted a taxi, ironed my t shirts, lent me a charger, nothing was too much. Good power from the shower

Honestly being really fussy, would have loved darkened curtains but the guy did let me in after 5am on 2 occasions so self inflicted

Really kind and welcoming owners. Great location - very handy to have a wee supermarket and a cafe just across the street. Very spacious rooms - bed was really comfortable!

Simple, basic but very clean room of good size with private bathroom. Good beds. New individual airco. 24h reception. Excellent location. Very fair price.

Somewhat outdated and small repairs te be made (lamps and fixtures).

The property was nice and clean and had a lovely bar opposite and nice shops in the surrounding areas!

I would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea but I fully respect that this is a ‘British Thing’ and not a common thing with Albanians!

Clean and spacious room in a nice location. The room was quiet with a big toilet, and air conditioning was provided as well. Furthermore, the staff were very helpful as well.

The wifi could be a bit better.
