The location was very central , walking distance to the main square. The staff were very friendly at the reception greeting us with a smile each time they saw us. The breakfast staff were excellent, thank you so much for taking care of us during breakfast and catering for our dietry needs. Also whoever cleans the room they do a very good job when we stepped in to the room it smelt fresh and clean.

Only thing I can mention is the lighting when you switched the light on no matter what part of the room it was, lit up too much, we had to keep the bathroom light on to give us a nice cosy feeling however by doing that the fan came on so it was a little noisy.

It was clean and in a very good location.

Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the staff in English, even though they were very kind. There building was still under construction, so you could hear the noises. It was hard to find the entrance.

Property was new and had everything required including parking. Staff were very nice and breakfast was a nice set up. Rooms were modern and clean

Was a little difficult to find as there was no signs to find the hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean and the bedding is really comfortable. Breakfast was also tasty and had a lot of variety and choice. It was also great the we could park in the parking garage so our car was safe.

Unfortunately, we got a room facing the terrace/bar area so it was smokey if we opened the door and we couldn't really use the balcony. The balcony is shielded with the glass window, so it is clear that they tried to minimise the inconvenience, and it was OK since we only stayed for one night. However, if we stayed longer, I'd probably prefer a room facing the other way.

BEST BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TIRANA! The reception area and rooms are very well designed! Cleanliness is at the highest standard. The hotel is family run so the staff really take care of you like you’re in their home and it really gives you that amazing Albanian Hospitality. Staff are really friendly and always ready for any of your needs. It really felt like a home away from home. Me and my partner only stayed for 4 nights, however, we will definitely be back for our longer stays in Tirana as it’s perfect for short and long stays. Couples and family friendly hotel. The hotel is located in a prime location - only a short walk from the main square and attractions in Tirana. Parking is available and was very convenient to have as there isn’t many places in Tirana with available parking.

The hotel is beautifully modern and clean with a good choice for breakfast and helpful staff. It’s around a 20-minute walk to the main square and there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants on the street, so this is useful.

the rooms on the ground floor are noisy due to their proximity to reception and the coffee machine, but the staff moved us to a 2nd floor room for the second and third night. We had an issue with our shower (the cleaner had put something back into the drain upside down and it flooded the room) but the staff worked quickly to rectify this. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing as it’s in the middle of an apartment block with various lifts and entrances.

I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised i was staying t=at this property. Walking distance to city centre near many shops restaurants and bus station. We reached very late at around 11 at night, exhausted but check in was prompt. The room was beautiful and sparkling clean. it had all the emenities including some luxuries like a memory foam. I am so sad we only stayed for 2 nights. This place is beautiful nice launge and bar downstairs. absolutely worth the price. The breakfast was lovely so many fresh items and the omlettes were great. Toilets had amenities toiletteries and plenty of towels and bathrobes. Muslim shower was added surprise that we loved.

Road facing rooms can feel bit noisy at times but we slept like a dead so it wasnt unbearable noisy

Hotel is close to the Skanderberg square(10-15 min walking distance). Restaurants near the hotel have very good food with very good prices. Farmacy and supermarket at 1 min from the hotel. I loved loved loved our stay here. Bed was very comfortable and the room itselft is very beautiful. Breakfast was really good and chef was a lovely lady who helped us with everything we needed.Same for the girls from the reception,managers and the rest of the staff. Very kind and ready to help at any time of the day. Thank you for everything! This was an amazing trip and we would love to come back! For everyone,please visit Tirana and Albania in general. The kindness of albanian people is something we miss seeing nowadays. Thank you/Faleminderit shumë!

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located inside a large office building. There is no convenient entrance. You have to call to announce your arrival so that they can open the parking lot. When we first arrived at the parking lot, they let us in and demanded payment. The entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant/cafe where people smoke all the time and the smell is very unpleasant. Breakfast in a very small, external room. Not so convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff, modern hotel, very clean, big comfortable bed, great shower, good location (15 minute walk from the main square). The lady at the reception desk also kindly ordered us a taxi at the end of our stay, and let us leave our luggage in the foyer for a couple of hours whilst we went out for the morning after checking out. The coffee sold at the reception desk was good. Overall, a great hotel and very reasonably priced!

Upon arrival, you need to take a lift from the main foyer to the second floor - the first reception desk you see in the building foyer is not for the hotel. This isn’t a big issue but it could be communicated more clearly on the signage. The breakfast is a standard continental offering, which isn’t bad, but the hot food (fried eggs, boiled eggs, hot dog style sausages and bacon) could have been hotter. The croissants were a bit dry.
