- Unfortunately, we had a lot of mosquitos in our room since we opened the windows with light on - Breakfast room is downstairs and quite dark - Breakfast could offer a little more variety if you stay multiple nights and should indicate if the food is vegetarian or vegan

We didn't stay in Tirana long it was a quick overnight stay before our flight home but the staff were so lovely and accommodating, they couldn't do enough for you. The room we had was excellent, they are very big spacious rooms and big bathroom and shower which was nice. The location is good and close to some nice restaurants. It was easy to get from the hotel to the airport when we left. Unfortunately we left too early to have breakfast so I cannot comment. But I would recommend this stay if you are in Tirana. Thank you to the staff for making our stay lovely, even though it was short and sweet.

The TV didn't work very well and there was only two channels working however wasn't a big issue as was not there long and only had it on briefly in the evening. Other than this everything else was great.

I liked cleanliness an space of the room, bathroom really confortable, kindness of the staff, position in the real center of Tirana. There was no absolutely noise during the stay even if the hotel was close to the main street.

I liked everything: the breakfast could have been started earlier as tourists would like to start their day earlier. Even though every preparation in the breakfast had been well done and delicious, there could be more choices expaecially in hot beverages such as espresso coffe, cappuccino, chocolate and so on.

I stayed here 3 nights and the location was very convenient - easy to get to all the sites, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, etc. They have 24h check-in which was convenient since I had a late flight. My room was large, with a desk and had a small fridge. Breakfast was good, especially for the cost (5 euro). I really liked all the paintings in the room and in the rest of the hotel--it gave it a nice feel. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had some questions.

There was always a strong scent in my room (like someone sprayed air freshener). This made it a little uncomfortable for me as I didn't like the smell. I eventually got used to it, but really wish they wouldn't spray this stuff. Also, as others have said, the windows were always open when I came back from siteseeing, which meant my room was always a little cold at night (the heater had to play catch-up).

The hotel is clean, big bathroom, close to city center, free private parking, very friendly staff at reception.

No insects net at windows which is a minus on hot summer nights. Buffet breakfast is not completed if you're eating a bit late. No espresso machine for coffee, it's served in a glass jug of an old style coffee maker. Staff guy walking around in restaurant doing absolutely nothing, although he could complete the buffet, I felt supervised and made me nervous.

Art Hotel was a VERY INSPIRED choice for us. Everything exceeded our expectations: room was large, furniture was in good shape (and in good taste). Breakfast was delicious, they have these traditional salads/appetizers - impossible not to love them! Staff was always very polite and helpful. Location is also good, 10 minutes walking from main square. All in all - GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

We liked everything. (maybe parking - cause it's quite narrow, but really nothing essential)

My overall experience was great! The staff were wonderful, especially Silvia, who took time to give me information about visiting the city of Berat and assisted me with booking an airport transfer. The hotel is beautifully decorated with pieces of art, and the room was exceptionally clean and nicely set. Located conveniently a short walk away from the center and most major attractions.

I would recommend adding a kettle or a coffee machine in the room, so hot drinks can be enjoyed anytime at one's convenience.

Very nice small hotel in a very convenient location, the city centre is within walking distance and there's a lot of restaurants near by. Hotel staff is kind and professional. The young lady that greeted me at the reception was very helpful. The bathroom, though small, is perfectly equipped with an ample shower (for a standard size southern European).

Just to write about one annoyance, the desk phone has a red light that blinks all the time.

Excellent location, very close to all nice restaurants and the tourist things. A supermarket and currency exchange also close by. Large comfortable bed in the room however the pillows were a little hard. Nice bathroom with good shower. AC worked very well. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Maybe some eggs to order as you like. But other than that we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely recommend to anyone.

The hotel gave us rooms next to each other, the rooms had everything needed and described in the info. The hotel also ensured free parking for us, including the check-out day, when we left about 3 PM. The breakfast was quite diverse, with many local products, especially for those that like sweet breakfast. Considering that there were not many guests in the hotel, we appreciated the buffet. The hotel also offers very good coffee for free. The location is very convenient, if you want to be close to the center, but also if you want to leave the city towards Elbasan. The internet was stable and all around the hotel, there was hot wated as much as needed, while the air conditioner warmed up the room in 10 minutes.

I don't have any concrete comment here, as during our one night stay we had everything that we needed and expected.
