Clean, modern, well located and reasonably priced. The spa facilities (steam, sauna, whirlpool, shower) were also excellent. The equipment all worked well and the entire area was private and modern. From the moment of arrival Helena was very helpful and added much grace to the hotel. The other reception staff were also quite good. The top floor restaurant, and outdoor rooftop seating option, was exceptional. The breakfast, and menu items, were abundant and also very good. Vinnie, the head waiter, was friendly and very attentive. We would highly recommend the Crown Hotel to anyone visiting the vibrant and interesting city of Tirana, Albania.

My husband and I cannot express how amazing our stay was. Helen and Sara were so hospitable and couldn't do enough from ordering taxis, to lending their umbrellas to answering ever question we had. Nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping refilled water and coffee on request as well as free access to the mini spa. Hearing the call to prayer, from the mosque, throughout the day was pretty special too especially from our comfortable bed. If you want a boutique hospital I am quietly confident this hotel is the best in the city. We left the hotel this morning and we are already planning our trip back. Oh, and of course, the breakfast and view from the rooftop were both incredible, so so incredible. Faleminderit and see you soon!

Many more storage/hangers in the room for dresses and shirts. We ran out so had to store our clothes in our suitcase.

The location was excellent - it was unfortunate that the European Summit was taking place whilst we were there so many of the roads and attractions were closed off but that was obviously not the hotel's fault! The restaurant was lovely and the meal we had there was superb. Breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of choice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and amenable.

The room was just a bit too small for two people and their luggage but I guess space is at a premium in the city. The balcony was only one that you could stand on and not sit out on. The shower in the bathroom did not have a glass door in the right place and so the whole bathroom became soaked with water when you had a shower - not ideal!

The valet team handled the tight downtown location with grace, quickly assisting with my car whenever needed. The spa was relaxing and well-kept, and the meals were truly a highlight. Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, locally sourced, and beautifully prepared. I appreciated the team’s thoughtful local recommendations, including scenic spots and authentic places to eat, which deeply enhanced my stay. As a luxury travel consultant, I value both hospitality and local connection—and this hotel delivered both. Albania surprised me with its hospitality, but The Crown Tirana stood out as especially gracious, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very nice modern and clean hotel in a really good location directly in the city center. The staff was totally friendly and welcomed us warmly. The breakfast was great and from very high quality. Also the restaurant with its rooftop terrace is worth a visit for lunch or dinner. The room itself had a beautiful interior and was absolutely clean. The pillows were very comfortable. We could also park our car in a safe place nearby for a fee of 5€/day. The best choice we could make in Tirana. Thanks for everything =)

Just one small thing - our room was facing the street which was quite noisy during the night, because of the engine noise of some vehicles. So in case you're sensitive to noise better take your earplugs with you.

Food was amazing! Breakfast was freshly prepared. And the tasting menu in the evening was really good, also the restaurant staff hat great information about the food, Dinner was a real experience ✨ Thank you!! The bed is huge and very comfy, Wifi worked all the time! :) The Spa is a private spa, so you can book it for one hour every day and have the whole spa to yourself. The location of The Crown is just perfect, you step out and you are in the centre immediately.

A little bit more explanation in the beginning would have been great. For example in the spa, the steam sauna didn't work all the time, then you have to press a button which says "don't touch". The Jacuzzi wasn't always hot. We were a little bit sad, when you only have one hour a day and then the spa doesn't work properly. Complimentary water is not the water in the room, you have to get it yourself from the restaurant, that I also just found out when I got the bill for the water in the end.

Excellent location with a remarkably comfortable bed and well-equipped room facilities. The on-demand breakfast was freshly prepared and quite satisfying. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of aspects that left us disappointed. Firstly, the housekeeping staff provided half-empty bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries, which felt unprofessional. Secondly, while the check-in experience was marked by politeness and professionalism, the overall behavior of the reception staff during our stay was unpredictable, which created an inconsistent impression.

Excellent location, staff were fantastic. Was a little disappointed in the room as the balcony wasn't big enough to sit out on. Also thought I'd booked a room with a bath. Unfortunately it was just a shower. Cocktail lounge is great but it's expensive compared to the area, but the service and drinks were great quality so this would be expected . Liked the coffee machine and the mini bar, room was very clean and comfortable. Can recommend a short stay, if I was staying more than a few nights I'd prefer a larger suite.

Small balcony, no bath

Great boutique hotel in the center of Tirana. Everything very clean, modern with a nice design. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served in the restaurant based on orders from the night before. We found the breakfast very nice and fresh. The rooms are modern, clean and look nice.

The rooms are a bit small, and there are no wardrobes (at least not in our room). There are hangers to hang the clothes, but at least 1 closet would be nice. Not a major issue, though, as we only stayed for 2 nights.

We enjoyed a one-night stay at the hotel, and our experience was excellent. The room was very comfortable, with luxurious decor that made us feel special. Additionally, we were fortunate to book the private spa for an hour, which was a relaxing experience that we made the most of. The service was one of the highlights of our stay. All the staff were very friendly, but we want to give a special mention to Sara, the receptionist, who made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. The breakfast food was also delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that satisfied all our tastes. Without a doubt, we recommend this hotel 100%. We will return for sure!
