The location was excellent - off a main road down a short side street, so nice and quiet - and only 5 mins walk to Toptani Shopping Centre and 10 mins walk to Skanderbeg Square/ bus stop to go to Bunk'Art 1 and Dajti Express Cable Car. Small shop nearby across the little river to buy bottled water, etc, and several restaurants/bars in the immediately locality. All the people working at the hotel were very friendly and really helpful, which made our stay there so enjoyable. Good selection of food for breakfast including freshly cooked items. Small, covered bar in garden with a fridge containing beer and other drinks. Bedroom and bathroom were kept very clean and the shower was perfectly fine. We would certainly stay there again!

The breakfast at this hotel was an absolute highlight of my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread of a traditional homemade dishes, highlighting the rich culinary heritage of the region. All was prepared by Merita, who truly represented Tirana’s warmth and hospitality. Room setting was superb with a traditional decor including embroidered bed sheets. Room was super clean with a newly done bathroom that was sparkling. The service was excellent eensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel is ideal; it’s near everything and making it easy to explore the city.

Excellent location and a good-sized, very clean room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they even helped me figure out what was going on when the pre-booked return airport taxi was over 30mins late. Near a busy road, but set far enough back that the noise didn't bother me at all.

The hot water in the bathroom was a bit limited (I didn't say anything during my stay, so, to be fair, I don't know if this could have been resolved then and there).

This hotel is in a great location to see the main places in Tirana. Follow your satnav as there seems to be a lack of signs generally in Albania . The parking was easy- right in courtyard of hotel. Pretty plants all around hotel outside area - a little oasis in the city. The bfast was nice - plenty of choice and the two lovely ladies made fresh pancakes as we walked in. The room for four was large- with side room off with single and double in . There’s a kettle , little kitchenette and a good shower room. Helpful guy at reception . As a one night stay before moving off to explore more of Albania would def recommend.

In the centre of Tirana, walking distance to main attractions. Secured parking on the spot with a specific arangements- because the access to parking is usually blocked wih cars, nice ladies from the hotel calls car owners to remove these cars. At the end it works well :) They allowed us to park the car before check in- a real advantage in crowdy Tirana.

Outside stairs to the first flor are very steep- not suitable for people with disabilities. The hotel charges 10 eur/night for a dog ( the only hotel among 10 accomodations in Albania on our trip)

We came as a group of 8-9 and booked the entire property for a week for a company offsite. Even though the management and the staff of the hotel didn't have to - they went waaay above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. They provided us with free water and coffee and a space to work in the hotel restaurant, they helped us book taxis and restaurants, they helped us print boarding passes when we needed. The food was amazing and the whole team was so lovely and accommodating. Thank you so much for being so helpful! Also - the location is just great. Right in the city center a 3 minutes walk to all attraction, but in a quiet backyard with a lovely garden. Must be amazing in the summer too!

Facilities in some rooms were a little dated, e.g. water pressure in the shower wasn't always spot-on - but that wasn't a big deal.

Friendly staff, charming villa and room. Great location - everything in the city was within walking-distance. You have the option to store you luggage after checking out until you need to leave. Cute cats outside belonging to the hotel.

The parking felt labyrinthine - we recommend someone to guide you to the spot as their are many tight turns. The hallways and room had a minor weird smell.

Excellent hotel in a very central location. Spacious, clean, fully equipped room with a balcony. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. A parking place (though entrance and exit can be a bit tight). Very good breakfast with a wide choice and good service. A quite place (but there's a mosque nearby; sometimes you can hear the prayer). There is a very good restaurant - Mrizi Zanave - adjacent to the hotel.
