Most importantly, the air conditioning was powerful. The bed was comfortable and large, breakfast was reasonable, overall decor was nice. Location was also good - only 15mins walk to the town centre, and so not too close or noisy. Staff were flexible and welcomed us with a smile (which you don't always get even from the most expensive hotels these days).

Overall satisfied, but if going to be fussy: it seemed really cold even when set to 25, though could be my lack of technical skill. That said, it was July and far better to have cold air than an aircon that is limited to higher temperatures (as is often found in many popular chains and under the guise of energy conservation).

The room was huge (junior suite), so price ratio was really good. The bed was XL and comfortable, we had a couch corner with TV,... Very good breakfast buffet with local specialties. Staff was very kind and helpful. Position to do excursions was excellent too: bus stop in front of the hotel, onlyb15 minutes walking to the main square and plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee houses nearby.

Something should be done about the lights. Especially when reading in bed, lights were terrible. There was also a lot of noise from the traffic.

We had a wonderful stay in Tirana for our wedding anniversary, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially the receptionist, Isbel. My wife complimented the beautiful bangle she was wearing, and to our surprise, Isbel gifted it to her as a gesture of kindness. It was such a touching and unforgettable moment. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was the warmth and generosity of the people that truly left a lasting impression.

The stuff was super helpful and nice, the room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was full of options but there was a lot of local things we didn’t know before, but after trying out everything we were satisfied and found the things we liked :) The location is perfect, it’s a walking distance from the center and you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars in the area. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building so you can get to the bus terminal or basically anywhere really comfortably. I’d strongly recommend this hotel for anyone!

The noise insulation could have been better but it was a great experience overall.

Hotel was very quiet during my visit. However, a full continental-style breakfast was available. High standard of cleanliness throughout - everything is spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Room is relatively small, but well-heated, with good workspace area. Location is about 10 mins walk from Skanderburg Square, with lots of cafes and small shops along the street and immediate area. Full bar/cafe facilities available in this very modern hotel. Good value for money.

The staff is always super kind, the lady at the reception even recognized us after 6 months. The rooms are always spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is copious. I think the fact that we came back here again after 6 months speaks volumes. This time our flight left really late, and they let us left our luggage at the hotel. I recommend this property to everyone who’s look for a good price-value ratio!

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property :)

We were greeted and shown to a beautiful, stylish and spacious suite with terrace which definitely exceeded expectations and was very clean, comfortable and a centrally located place from which to explore the city. The staff were always available to help 24/7 but we also had full privacy and never felt disturbed. This is the perfect combination of service which some hotels fail on but Albanopolis achieved the perfect balance and we felt very much at home. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever visiting Tirana.

There was really nothing lacking in our stay, maybe the bed was too comfortable making me wake up too late for the delicious breakfast on some mornings

Excellent location, barely 10 minutes walking distance from city center. Fairly big room size. Very helpful and attentive staff members.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment - the choice was average, the cooked omlette and/or fired eggs were more of a disaster. The aircon in a room was blowing directly towards the bed - but it's not unexpected given the room size.

Perfect location, VERY comfortable bed, and extremely helpful members of staff at the reception desk - they made us feel very welcome and well looked after.

Our room was looking over the main street below, which could get a little noisy at times, although that's not the hotel's fault! Also, the smell from the smokers' room would occasionally filter into the reception area.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find a good local restaurant. Although tea and coffee making facilities are not common in Albanian hotels, as soon as we asked, they were provided for us. Also, because we had to checkout at 5 in the morning and couldn’t have the normal breakfast, they kindly gave us a packed meal. It’s as though nothing was too much trouble for them!
