Big room, comfy bed, clean bedsheets & towels. Nice bathroom with constant hot shower. Buffet continental breakfast, delicious three course set meal for lunch & dinner bcoz I’ve opted for full board. Best of all are the staff from the reception, the room cleaning ladies, the waiters & waitresses, and all the expert chefs. They are all friendly & helpful.

The TV has no signal (“nessun segnale” in Italian) for normal TV programs. When I asked about it, I was provided with a second but smaller remote control that enabled me to watch only digital programs such as Google Play, YouTube, etc.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the polite and professional staff, who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Joni, whose hospitality and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Joni was incredibly attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the service and the ambiance truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a pleasant experience. I only stayed one night but I was very happy with my visit - staff was super kind and helpful, the room was well cleaned and felt fresh, the bed was big. The breakfast was okay for the price. The girl in the reception on the day of the checking out was the kindest ever; helped me book a taxi and walked me out to the taxi to make sure everything went alright :)

The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that the warm water in the shower did NOT work. Super unpleasant. After travelling a long day I would really have appreciated a warm, hot shower. I did not ask to change room as I was arriving late (around 24:00) and was only going to stay one night.

When I read the reviews, I was a little bit nervous to come here, but I was pleasantly surprised. There are some marks on the wall and the showerhead does have old water marks but the water is clean and the bed is clean and the toilet is clean. All the facilities you need to use are clean and that’s what I care about the most.

The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy with friendly and helpful personal. It is around 15 minutes (walking) away from the central bus station. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

according to reviews i was expecting horrific experience, but it was actually very good. Staff was friendly, room was clean and cozy. Spa is for additional 10Euro, but they are ok too. Only flaw was in the AC, since we couldnt get it to work.

Safe did not work in room, couch area looked damaged made staff aware incase tried charging me but all in really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was perfect. Hotel staff and waiters very polite, nice, they are always ready to help, they care about you and the food is excellent. I am delighted with the pool and sauna, the rooms are large. Recommendation to everyone.
