The hotel is very clean, attention to details and everything works the way it should. The staff were excellent and the all inclusive breakfast was a variety and very healthy selection available. As a family with kids, it was just all we wanted and it's very close to the city centre and various food options for lunch and dinner including deliveries. Good spot also location-wise and no noise pollution. Ignore the other negative reviews, it's an absolute all round satisfactory hotel especially if you want to lay your head in a clean hotel.

"Rooms were modern, new, and very quiet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional - can’t remember their names but all 3 ladies was extremely helpful, kind and made me extend my stay at that hotel rather visiting different hotels . Great views, cute area with good restaurant options in walking distance. Breakfast with many options to chose and staff looked after us by offering fresh goods, cleaning standard I would rate it 10/10 (apart of one sad cleaner that she need to put smile on her face )

Everything was spot on, can’t ask for more , special mention to reception staff great welcome and very helpfully when needed e.g with taxis and restaurants

This was an excellent hotel which was great value for money. The room was exceptional, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and all members of staff who we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Even the man in the car park was helpful with helping us park the car and get up the ramp! 10 out of 10!

There was nothing not to like.

I had a great experience at the Granda Hotel and would definitely recommend it. Although the highway runs next to the hotel, you hear absolutely nothing in your room when the windows are closed. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding, with both Balkan and Western European options. The hotel is located in the Astir neighborhood, which is a bit far from the city center. But if you're looking for good coffee, lunch, or dinner, this area also offers plenty of great places. Want to go to the city center? Several buses or taxis can take you there. Enjoy!

The staff was really friendly and the hotel looks renovated. Very clean and also good price with the included breakfast. Also questions outside the regular stay were responded. 24/7 Check in and Check out make it also pretty attractive as a tourist. The cleaning staff didnt really know English, but were always smiling and were dedicated to communicate with you! At the(good) breakfast you can even look into the kitchen, which made it very appealing for me.

The location is around 25 minutes off the city centre. But nearby is a bus station (attention, Google them! There is no sign for the bus number or Street name) which goes directly to the city centre or use the local Patoko App for Taxis since Uber and Bolt are not available. Also the room has "only" a fridge, maybe like a water boiler would be nice :D

This was our second time staying at Granda and it's definitely our go to place in Tirana absolutely love this place. its should have an extra separate review for their beds!, its hands down the best hotel beds in the world , yip I said it as I have been to many countries the last 10 years and Granda is head and shoulders above with their bed quality. Thank you Granda we will see you soon again

nothing to do with Granda but the road works around their building and the streets below this time round was a nightmare, please check the maps to squees through or phone them to guide you to their hotel, and yes their parking is still great , just getting there is a mission but not Granda hotel problem or fault just a heads up

The hotel and their staff are super amazing specially the receptionist. I feel bad for not remembering her name, however, all of them were super nice and smiling all the time. The hotel is small, but provides with all what you need in terms of comfort, cleanliness, staff, and beautiful breakfast (those fluffy breads :D). The location is great, everything you need is a walking distance from you. Also if you are travelling in summer, their AC is great comparing to other 5 stars hotels that i stayed in. ill will come back again for sure

Only 1 thing which is the Shattaf (Water hose in the bathroom) instead of the bidet. Thats it .. nothing negative

Room facilities, WIFI, location and cleanliness were good. Staff was not that friendly, bit rude sometimes.

The AC thermostat set to 23'C and can not change below that and this was a bit embarrassing. I asked with the reception and they said they can't do anything about it. I pay for my comfort not to save energy for the hotel Breakfast was very bad and my eldest son who is 7 seven years old vomited right away while he was having the breakfast. My wife has got stomach upset after the breakfast and the whole day we suffered with that.

The site is excellent for price.

The receptionist is uncooperative and doesn't smile.

Parking on street is really not recommened. There is a huge shortage of parking spots outside, so people park creative there in the neirbourhood. Ask staff to park in their underground parking. Much saver for your car. (for damage or preventing a possible parking fine) It did cost me 5 euro a night. Please be aware the underground parking is quite narrow. There is a concierge who will help you to guide to a spot.
