The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in was quick. We were welcomed by Mary, Resarta and Raul, fantastic and kind guys who immediately gave us a warm welcome. They explained to us all the services and meal times. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower foam, body cream, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a manicure set. There are 2 restaurants, one buffet and the other à la carte. In the buffet restaurant, you will find chef Atilla with his staff who will delight your palate. The chef is a very kind person, he welcomes all customers with a smile. The dishes are delicious and the restaurant is full of all kinds of food! Every day you will find fresh salad, variety of meat and fish, local cheeses, sweets and fruit. And then the chef creates works of art in the watermelon. He cut the watermelon peel and made one with my face. What a kind thought. Thanks again chef . The resort has a SPA too where you can relax. Included in the price of the stay there is the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Other services as massages are obviously paid. In the à la carte restaurant you can eat well and you don't spend much but the right price. The pasta is well cooked (and I'm Italian) and the pizza can be improved. The service is good, but here too you can improve and get better 🥰 Here, I had the pleasure of meeting the director Aminka, a woman! Between women we understand each other immediately! We talked a lot and she was very interested in my opinion. Listening to a customer always leads to great solutions. Thanks again to everyone, we will definitely be back.🥰🥰🥰🙏

We loved the location. The beach was behind and it had loads of facilities. The spa was excellent Food was 10/10 Room was spacious and the cleaners did an excellent job everyday. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool was clean, drinks excellent. You could stay here and not want to go anywhere else because Albania comes to you here. The streets are bustling as well, supermarkets all around and you get to see the locals and other tourists. Wide range of bars and restaurants owned by the hotel . We really really loved our stay if you can tell. If you plan to visit, please stay here.

I wished we had a hot water kettle and tea bags/coffee/milk/sugar. Unlike other 5 star hotels, I was surprised Klajdi didn’t have this

- Staff was friendly and helpful - Rooms were modern, clean, and with an amazing view - AMAZING breakfast - Spa was beautiful and complete - Beach at only 20 meters from the hotel (with direct access)

- During the weekend, it'd be better to have a stricter control in the SPA because some kids make a lot of noise and jump in the pool splashing the people around (and the water in the pool should be a bit warmer) - They MUST NOT allow smoking inside the restaurant (that was the most disappointing thing of the stay)

I stayed only one night at Klajdi Resort & Spa, but the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite, such a thoughtful and generous surprise! The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous, serene, spotless, and offering breathtaking views. In the evening, live music filled the air with a soothing and elegant atmosphere. Even though I was traveling solo, I felt peaceful, safe, and fully cared for. Out of all the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Albania, the service here has been by far the best. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every small detail felt curated with care. I’ll absolutely return for a longer stay. Klajdi Resort is a hidden gem that speaks to quality. 🌅🌟

I’ve stayed at Klajdi in 2022, but time window to leave a review had passed by the time I’d arrived in London. What did we like about Klajdi? Absolutely everything. Location is great. Surrounded by other nice luxurious hotels, which helps with the general atmosphere and people this area attracts. The wonderful pier - bar. The sunset that is so so beautiful and priceless. And then you get to the hotel building… there are 3 swimming pools (plus the sea) that keep the boredom away and keep you active all the time. The restaurant serves absolutely fantastic food with an ever so competent manager. She was constantly on the ball and having the customers interest at heart. The reception of the hotel extremely polite and couldn’t do enough to accommodate and please us. Cleaners were well worthy and fully aware of the level of luxury hotel they’re working for. Always spotless room.

It was amazing from our family point of view!

The rooms were spacious and clean and room service cleaned every single day, that was really impressive. Breakfast was good too! And the beach was right by the hotel. Staff was very courteous and kind. Even when all my card didn't work at check-in, they were sympathetic and empathetic until I was able to find a solution to the payment issue. I really commend them for that. The front desk staff are always willing to help no matter the request. I love them!

The Ala carte Restaurant has limited menu in my opinion. It was largely Pasta or Pizza. So we were eating almost the same thing for a whole week. It got boring. The most distressing thing for us was the army of dogs at the beach. They kept chasing us and didn't let us really enjoy the beach. Staff say the are vaccinated and all but you need to take into cognizance that not every one is a dog lover especially multitude of them running after you when you just want to relax at the beach. That is very unpleasant and disturbing. Also I did not notice any life guard at the beach for safety. What if one of your guests was drowning?

Klajdi Resort and Spa has been a surprise for us. Totally did not expect to see an excellent standard filled with everythong what a 5 star resort needs. This resort is a real example of a 5 star experience. Having an excellent clean room daily, got a free upgrade to a superior room with balcony and sea view. Perfect breakfast, absolute turkish resort experience, tasty food, clean served, hot, did not miss anything. A la carte restaurant is a true mediteranean restaurant experience, having fresh fish daily, selection of meats, salads and excellent wine. Friday and saturday live music by bands. Pool was clean, sea bed's were spaceus, a comfy place to drink a beach coctail. Will go back to this resort for sure, totally recommend !!!

Our weekend getaway was met with unfortunate weather, as temperatures dropped drastically and it rained non-stop. However, we were fortunate with the hotel facilities, which made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. While the restaurant staff seemed a bit tired, likely due to the long season, other team members, particularly the reception and breakfast teams, were outstanding. A special mention goes to Raul at reception, who handled all our queries promptly and professionally. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including the spa, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi, and had a fantastic experience with the treatments at the spa. Overall, despite the weather, the hotel's excellent facilities and staff made our weekend a success.

Unfortunately, the young Albanian receptionist at the spa, who was covering the midday shift on Saturday, was quite rude. I found myself needing to pause and take a deep breath to calm down before deciding that she wasn’t worth letting my spa experience be ruined.

Loved the location, the view from our room, and all the facilities. The staff were so professional. The spa and massage were so good. The beach was clean. Breakfast had many options, and the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I wish there were more entertainment in the evening.
