The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I had a toothache at night because I flew in for treatment to my dentist (if anyone is looking, I highly recommend Emerald Dental). The staff kindly offered me painkillers, brought warm water, salt...it was very kind. The breakfast was also delicious. The lobby is nice. There was hot water and high-speed internet. The bed in my room was comfortable but I saw a few foreign hairs.

Now for the bad part. Unfortunately, this hotel is not 4-star as claimed. The staff do their best, but it’s not enough. The location is terrible—right on a very busy road with extreme smog and noise. The soundproofing is awful, and I couldn’t sleep at all the first night. Later, I was moved to another room with windows facing the back yard instead of the road, and the noise improved. Overall, the hotel needs renovation. In room 402, the window didn’t close, which could be dangerous, especially for children. The phone didn’t work, and the mirror needed replacing. There was also an incredibly unpleasant smell in that room. When I was moved to room 404, it was much better, and the bad smell was gone. In short, if you book here, request a room facing the back yard, not the road.

Hotel prepared a surprise for my husband for his birthday in the room. Clean and nice. Breakfast buffet good and optional.

We arrived around 4 am and had a problem with the water in the bathroom, so there was no hot water to wash ourselves the first night. then there was hot water but we had no water in the toilet until noon because we did something wrong trying to turn the valves on and off ourselves and they only fixed it a few hours after we reported it. unfortunately not when we needed it so we used a bucket from the trash can to flush the water. This was bad luck I think nothing with a hotel but still no one came to helps early.

Had an amazing experience, it was a little bit difficult to locate but the staff communicated excellently and sent us a google map location. Our room and the hotel was generally clean and tidy. The staff communicated in English and were very nice especially the chap that runs the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was good too, they had several options to pick from and dishes were delicious. Overall, our experience was great and I highly recommend.

Everything and everything we arrived 2 hours before check- in they did not allow us to leave with our luggage. Instead to care of our belongings processed our booking and made sure we could check in earlier as soon as our room was ready. Had complimentary drinks inside the lounge bar. Used the barcode for the hotel via camera phone to see what beverage and food selection. Well thought out that we was able to read in multiple languages to suit. Very good prices no deceitfulness or confusion in prices very good. Was able to grant accessibility to our room and was BLOWN away from the luxurious room upon entering. Bathroom was clean smelling nice towels accessory’s such as shampoo soap disposable nail file earbuds etc tooth brush toothpaste nice little things like that. Now onto the mini bar price was on a little menu on the table which was very helpful and honest. The hot tub in the room with multi colour light settings jets that blow streams of water around you. Everything was working well. Then I didn’t know we had a sauna inside the room. Amazing time we ate breakfast and dinner and lunch at the hotel because we did not wanna leave our magnificent hotel and room. Didn’t really care for anything else. If you get the chance book book book and live like royalty. Definitely worth a return on our next trip to Tirana.

This was an upscale hotel with very lovely rooms and helpful staff. It is near enough to walk to restaurants, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. They had no problem with last minute reservations. The price could not be better. I was surprised how swanky it was. Classy and interesting an beautifully decorated. Checking in and out was very easy. They even offered a free coffee, pastry and banana while I was waiting to check out and spoke to the taxi for me. I don't speak Albanian, but they made communication very easy.

It was absolutely perfect. Nothing could be better! I will probably stay there every time I fly in or out of Tirana.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent — friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We truly appreciated their professionalism and the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.

The food, especially breakfast, was a big disappointment. We stayed for five days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day with no change or variety.. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, as it really affected our overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Deluxe. From the moment I arrived, the staff and receptionist were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—very close to the airport and the main city center, making it perfect for travelers. I highly recommend Hotel Deluxe to anyone visiting Albania. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very complete and delicious with a lot of options. We booked this accommodation on the last day of our trip to Albania and we wanted to rest so it was the perfect choice. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to Tirana centre (for only 40 lek). Staff was really nice and offered us a welcome drink as soon as we arrived. The restaurant on the hotel is very good and cheap as well. The bar zone is also very pleasant, there was smooth music playing and the sofa was very comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The staff were friendly , amazing and prompt . They made sure we were comfortable and supported . The room was comfortable and had major facilities. The location wasn’t too far from important places to visit . Hotel was posh and value for money paid .

Breakfast was same menu from beginning to end . We got tired of eating same food for 7days. They need to change the menu and not serve the same food every day. It becomes boring .
