We recently stayed at the Lotus hotel for a 5 day trip and was very impressed with the overall experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the bathroom. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes but also traditional Albanian jam. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of several great restaurants and the central district. We also found the Wi-fi very good. The service staff cleaned and changed the towels and sheets daily and they smellled nicely. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Loutus Hotel and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. Tip: Request a room on the higher floors for a better view.

For this price hotel was excellent. Very modern and big room, nice location, everyday cleaning. We were treat with rakija.

Stuff doesnt speak english, no heating on breakfast dishes so everything was cold, i dont know why waiter restored stuff when noone was around, restaurant was also dirty. Bad wifi and low water pressure. Hotel should invest in bain-marie and new salt cellars etc.

super clean, beautiful and comfortable. I can't believe the attention of their staff, we had a flat tire and the staff changed our tire, although they didn't speak much English, their kind intentions were evident.

My bathroom was a little uncomfortable since it didn't have a screen, so the floor got wet on the outside, but otherwise I think the room is very good.

staff was so welcoming and helpful. location great. decor lovely. a/c great. breakfast excellent.

shower drain didn’t work (though tub drainage was fine). couch had a couple of cigarette burns.

The bed was really big and comfy. The room was really clean. There was not much food options to choose from for breakfast but it was delicious.

No one speaks english in the hotel. It's a 30min walk to the main square. The shower is so small and floods the entire toiled.

The decoration of the room, the bed, the pillows, mattress, the bedding, the shower was amazing.

Breakfast was simple and ok, Albanian style - white bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, fried eggs, he offered is coffee but we prefered water. I wish there were fruits in the breakfast, and integral bread. When we were leaving the room we found out that inside one of the drawers of the comodino beside the bed there was a tip of a smoked cigarette. One very uneducated client must have left it there. The property is non smoking. We alerted the manager.

The location of the hotel is located in the Boulevard, which is easily accessible in 20 minutes by foot to Skanderbeg. Excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, large rooms and comfortable beds. Close to cafe, market...
