The hotel looks amazing, rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds were super comfy. For some reason when we arrived they had no record of our booking through Booking.com however this wasn’t a problem as we were able to book the last available room. Reception staff were super helpful. Breakfast was lovely (only wish there were vegan options but we knew when we booked we’d probably be very limited)

Some lighting fixtures and things were broken/hanging off wall. Nothing effecting overall working of the lights tho.

During our recent three-night stay at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel, we were thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Arla, Hegi, Visilda, and Anaisa stood out for their courteous and friendly assistance, extending a warm welcome and going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their proficiency in English and respectful attitude were truly commendable. Great Hotel!! The Hotel ist very clean. The staff is so nice. You get free water whenever you want. The breakfast was perfect, you get great Coffee from Anaisa. She makes a beautiful pattern on top of your Cappuccino too. Room Service comes daily. They also Change the water in the Mini fridge. They also organize Airbus Shuttle or Help you plan Trips etc. The breakfast was also very nice. Fresh fruits, eggs, sausages etc

The facility was very clean and the people working there were very very nice and helpful. This is my go to hotel when I’m in Toronto. Everybody there spoke English and we’re very accommodating.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Queen! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast — it was okay, but a bit limited. A special thank you to the team: I forgot my shoes, and they kept them safe until I returned , really appreciated the great service and honesty. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was very nice! Very bright and clean. The staff were great. The location was good for us. We walked to the city center (about a 15-20min walk). The breakfast area was comfortable and the options were good.

The AC in the room wasn’t working when we were there. We mentioned it to the staff and they came up immediately to check on it. A technician was called and was coming the next day.

Mario gerte and Arthur were very friendly and helped us settle in.

Kitchen was still getting constructed so food choices were minimal.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were flexible and accommodating when we were running a bit late for breakfast and check-out, which made our stay feel extra relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and a good size. Everything we needed was available. It was easy to get around from the hotel, plenty of restaurants locally. Very good value. We had a message at the spa in the hotel, a lady from the Philippines, and I would highly recommend it. She was excellent.
