During our recent three-night stay at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel, we were thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Arla, Hegi, Visilda, and Anaisa stood out for their courteous and friendly assistance, extending a warm welcome and going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their proficiency in English and respectful attitude were truly commendable. We are confident in our decision to revisit this hotel in the future and extend our sincere thanks for the exemplary level of respect and service.

The facility was very clean and the people working there were very very nice and helpful. This is my go to hotel when I’m in Toronto. Everybody there spoke English and we’re very accommodating.

Great Hotel!! The Hotel ist very clean. The staff is so nice. You get free water whenever you want. The breakfast was perfect, you get great Coffee from Anaisa. She makes a beautiful pattern on top of your Cappuccino too. Room Service comes daily. They also Change the water in the Mini fridge. They also organize Airbus Shuttle or Help you plan Trips etc. The breakfast was also very nice. Fresh fruits, eggs, sausages etc

Mario gerte and Arthur were very friendly and helped us settle in.

Kitchen was still getting constructed so food choices were minimal.

the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and a good size. Everything we needed was available. It was easy to get around from the hotel, plenty of restaurants locally. Very good value. We had a message at the spa in the hotel, a lady from the Philippines, and I would highly recommend it. She was excellent.

The staff is amazing! Super kind and helpful! I will definitely come back. Also the rooms are super comfortable and super super clean…. And the breakfasts are delicious! I fully recommend it!

There was problem with the parking because there is not enough space but the hotel staff were super helpful and moved the cars, etc.

Location is great if you've got a vehicle and need parking 🅿 space as well. The bus is also nearby, along with several cafés and a supermarket. The rooms were clean, and quite comfy. Nice bathroom in regards to the design and overall level of hygiene. We had a room with a view towards the motorway and it was quite nice. The WiFi was pretty good as I was able to connect for some zoom meetings without any issues whatsoever. We stayed for a night and it was totally fine. Staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Staff were excellent. Rooms are generally good but bit smaller for two people. Very clean hotel. Services were exceptionally good. Breakfast was good although not buffet. Overall we enjoyed staying in the hotel and would certainly come back if we are back to Albania.

The hotel was really clean and rooms were really comfortable. The staff Anaisa, Arla, Hegi and Visilda were super efficient and helpful in all that we needed. Dinner was really nice too. Thank you for everything and would really recommend this hotel anytime

breakfast was up to the mark but could have been more varieties but staffs were super helpful and friendly. enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this place to be a 4 star property.
