Lovely location - beach front (not on the beach), amazing pool area, rooms were immaculately clean. Nice little restaurant and the food and service around the pool was excellent.

It’s not as good a hotel as it claims to be. Communication wasn’t great. The jacuzzi was broken so not able to use it. The sauna - if you want to use it you need to let them know 20 mins before - so they can turn it on - but no one told us that. The gym equipment is awful ! Broken treadmill, cross trainer only working in one mode. No water and no sanitizer to clean any of the equipment after use. And as the entry door was hanging off - there was also no air conditioning. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken. None of which was fixed during our stay. When approaching the staff about the issues - there was nothing they could do but also wouldn’t offer anything in terms of discount.

Excellent location on the edge of the promenade and a quick walk to the upper town, too. As a solo traveller I felt very safe walking back here at night. The hotel was very clean throughout and rooms serviced to a high standard each day. The ladies on reception were a particular highlight, friendly and ready to help, with a lovely greeting each morning and a chat about how your day had been of an evening. My room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Saranda from the balcony. A little on the small side, but good storage despite this and perfectly adequate overall unless you have a lot of luggage etc. I would defintely stay here again, and indeed hope to do so!

Nothing major, but there were no robes in the bedroom, which is of course not essential, but nice to have and almost expected of a 5* hotel. Also, no complimentary water in the room, even just for the first night - this would be a nice touch given that drinking tap water in Albania is ill advised (there was some in the minibar, but not the cheapest option in keeping with most hotels). I wouldn't let this put me off staying again, but something to maybe be aware of, especially the water.

The Staff were very helpful with check in, and they kindly upgraded us after making a mistake with our booking! We both really appreciated this and it made our stay. FYI no external food/drink in hotel (didnt bother us).

The internet did not work at all, causing me to exhaust my esim and not have any access to data for the rest of my trip. We went to buffet breakfast (which was great food) at two different times, and there was a huge difference in what was on offer (alot was not there at 9am vs 7am).

Everything great, the staff friendly, reception and breakfast excellent. Pool pretty good, gym nice. Excellent location. I will book again for sure.

Spa, jacuzzi, massage was closed, and some misunderstood with a towel at the end. But things happen, it is what it is.

The location is very convenient to walk along the promenade where the shops and restaurants are. We had exceptional service from Ina at the front desk as she was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is great and we had an amazing view from our room.

There is no shelf space in the bathroom to put your toileteries and no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

It is close to everything and the view could not have been better. Everything is really clean and the staff is always very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back here!

The location is very convenient, close to the center. The pool is great, breakfast delicious. The staff is polite and helpful, the room spacious and comfortable.

The hotel doesn’t have its own beach.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, specially The reception Ms. INA / BLERINA, she is very nice and smiling all the time for the customers.

Everything was excellent.

I guess one of the best hotels in Sarande. Nice pool, cozy apartment and very friendly stuff. Recommended
