The beach was very sheik and cute. Most of the beaches along the bay are either public or just not attractive to swim in… however at Demi Hotel is was well invested in, the most attractive beach area in the bay to consider swimming in. The Breakfast was also very fancy and cute, meeting our expectations. I am finding many hotels and restaurants in Albania using these big fancy instant coffee machines… it does the job but the flavour just is not the same as traditional coffee.

Without trying to sound picky, the view was somewhat spoiled if your room was on a lower floor because you saw the roof top of the patios that were not very attractive.

The hotel is located in the heart of the center within reach of everything.. super clean, and the food was amazing.. a big shout out to belle and Eneida who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in Albania.. thank u Demi Hotel..

Not all staff speak English, so it was kind of difficult to get a message or a request across unless a translator is there to help.

Very modern, clean hotel. We got a spacious room, great baby bed, nice extra amenities like capsule coffee brewer. Good shower. Great views of Saranda (5th floor). Super nice and professional receptionist. The rest of the staff didnt seems to want us there at all. Used the same high chair for 10 days during breakfast, it was never cleaned so I did that myself. Great breakfast! Fresh juice, good coffee. Though found black hairs in the food twice (and several times in the room). The lunch food we tried was delicious. Swimming facilities not very child friendly, but good for chilling. Platform with pebbles and sun chairs with bath ladder. Difficult to order from the bar km since call buttons were of of function and you are not aloud into the bar/restaurant area in swim wear. There is a nice pool too, but in standard Albanian way it is surrounded by bar tables so more of a pool party feature than a place for kids.

The views are breathtaking, the hotel is all new and modern, staff goes out of their way for guests, we got a free upgrade and we’re delighted with every aspect of our stay

I only wish we had arrived later as it’s the start of the season so the beach wasn’t ready yet

The hotel is modern, lovely, and located in a great location. The beach front is perfect if you want a relaxing lazy day going in out of the water, which is what we did. It’s private and there are enough lounge chairs for all hotel guests. Had lunch or dinner at their restaurant during your relaxing beach front day. The food is incredible! Best I had in Sarandë! The hotel breakfast was also amazing! The bed was comfy and the staff was nice.

Great hotel but the room we got was right across the reception, so not very quiet. Also the room we got was different from the one I booked on Booking. I thought it would come with a couch and better view. The staff told me it was the only one available but plenty of people checked in to other rooms after us, so made us wonder. We felt it wasn’t worth what we paid. The view was ok but was really wanting a top floor unit. All in all I liked it but would loved it had we got a better room.

I loved the comfort of the room and location. Private beach was an excellent addition along with the balcony with amazing view on Corfu. Breakfast versatile and tasty.

The seaside terrace was not available for the hotel guests for free. When I asked why could not we go and eat our breakfast there, since empty, the answer was: "You have to pay", which was neither informative nor professional argumentation. Unfortunately, we could not get any information about nearby attractions, nor transportation tips such as busses (except for the taxi available at every corner). Strangely loud music in the hall runs until midnight, and the construction site next to (and in) the hotel is something to consider if you are searching for a quiet place to rest.

Everything. Amazing landscape, the room was spacious and very clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help. I requested a surprise for my husband and birthday and Bela from the reception made everything possible and super attentive to ensure we had a good time. Also the private beach is a gem. Super calm, amazing water

It gets noisy at the night because of the lounges around. So if you sleep early it might be uncomfortable But with our noise canceling ear pods we were able to sleep fine. Also the music is off by midnight

Wonderful hotel, nice room and people very helpful. We really enjoyed the days spent in this hotel. The restaurant is most probably the best in town. The people, from reception to room service and restaurant employees are very helpful and always smiling.

Since the hotel is in the center of the nightlife of Sarande, there is music up to late. The rooms are quite isolated but the noise is present. Is not really a negative point but you people like the silence and relax, most probably is not the perfect place. If you like to enjoy the nightlife and pubs, it is the best location.

Everything perfect. Excellent and central location. Very good breakfast, the restaurant with a varied menu and excellent food. Hotel beach clean and very comfortable. The welcoming room and the spaces are right as is the bathroom and the large shower, the only flaw is the lack of a bidet. Everything was made perfect by the welcome and availability of the staff, I personally met good people including the lady and the gentleman I met at the restaurant who were always friendly and kind. I would go back immediately. Thanks for everything.

The room was very good, equipped with everything necessary, and the decor was modern. The staff was very courteous. Overall, it was a good experience but with small improvements can be much better.

It is expensive for what it offers, especially the restaurant needs improvement as it was very very pricey and the food we tried was tasteless. The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear what the other guests were doing on the floor above us. Check-out needs improvement as well; we had to wait until they checked the room to let us go(the first time this happened to me).
