The beach was very sheik and cute. Most of the beaches along the bay are either public or just not attractive to swim in… however at Demi Hotel is was well invested in, the most attractive beach area in the bay to consider swimming in. The Breakfast was also very fancy and cute, meeting our expectations. I am finding many hotels and restaurants in Albania using these big fancy instant coffee machines… it does the job but the flavour just is not the same as traditional coffee.

Without trying to sound picky, the view was somewhat spoiled if your room was on a lower floor because you saw the roof top of the patios that were not very attractive.

The hotel is located in the heart of the center within reach of everything.. super clean, and the food was amazing.. a big shout out to belle and Eneida who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in Albania.. thank u Demi Hotel..

Not all staff speak English, so it was kind of difficult to get a message or a request across unless a translator is there to help.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast was very good, The restaurant was clean and very good, staff was very welcoming and nice. The beach was really good and an extra bonus point for the pool boys, always ready to serve or answer any question. The room was big and bright with two balconies. Recommend sea view. We just loved the overall experience and will hopefully come back

The hotel is located on the beach so there is noise in the evening and sometimes at night from nearby clubs and traffic. It did not bother me, but i recommend bringing earplugs or noise canceling headphones if you are sensitive to it

Very modern, clean hotel. We got a spacious room, great baby bed, nice extra amenities like capsule coffee brewer. Good shower. Great views of Saranda (5th floor). Super nice and professional receptionist. The rest of the staff didnt seems to want us there at all. Used the same high chair for 10 days during breakfast, it was never cleaned so I did that myself. Great breakfast! Fresh juice, good coffee. Though found black hairs in the food twice (and several times in the room). The lunch food we tried was delicious. Swimming facilities not very child friendly, but good for chilling. Platform with pebbles and sun chairs with bath ladder. Difficult to order from the bar km since call buttons were of of function and you are not aloud into the bar/restaurant area in swim wear. There is a nice pool too, but in standard Albanian way it is surrounded by bar tables so more of a pool party feature than a place for kids.

The hotel is excellent, great location in the heart of Saranda near shops and restaurants, the hotel was really well kept and modern, the staff was friendly, the room was clean comfortable, my balcony view was amazing, the restaurant has good food and great views, beach club staff was attentive and every day I had no problem getting a lounge chair and umbrella in the front row. The lounge does play loud music into the night but I don’t mind, I was on vacation so not a problem. The other guests can be noisy and rowdy when coming in late and I could hear some hallway noise but again, not an issue for me personally.

I loved the food at Demi Hotel , it is expensive but good quality. The rooms were clean , sheets changed every day and one supplementary water every day. I love the breakfast had many choices, and loved the fresh squeezed orange juice.

Unfortunately I was placed on the ground floor which I didn’t hVe the view I expected. I also expected magnifying mirror as have always been available at four star hotel, for the ladies is a must especially. A bit disappointed on not checking on shampoos being empty when new guest arrive, this was amended quickly once asked the staff. They also forgot to leave water bottle one day. It is important to be consistent and attention to detail. i do believe for a 4 star hotel in term to improve on providing a selection of dairy free milk for people who are intolerance to dairy such as almond, coconut and soya milk.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was very good and definitely filled us up for the start of our day. We had booked two rooms however we were not able to get these next to each other. This was fine for us as our children are older, however if you have young children it would be helpful to clarify rooms prior to your stay. Our room had a wonderful view over the ocean. The private beach was lovely and quiet with attentive staff. All rooms clean and easy to access. We walked from the ferry station to the hotel. It was hot and a bit annoying with the luggage but manageable. It was our preference to do this rather than paying for two taxis to take us 1.6km down the road.

The views are breathtaking, the hotel is all new and modern, staff goes out of their way for guests, we got a free upgrade and we’re delighted with every aspect of our stay

Amazing location in Sarandë. Really nice, new, clean, modern feeling rooms. The balcony view rooms straight on the water were amazing! The staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious. And onsite parking was great. The little lot gets congested at times but an attendant was always on site to sort things out. Supermarket & ATM right across the street.

A few reviews mentioned noise/music being heard from nearby clubs or beach bars. We didn’t have any of that but they play music in the hallways for ambience. I found the hallway music a little loud at times but nothing terrible.

We had a wonderful stay at Demi. The hotel is located in an excellent spot, offering magnificent views of the sea, hills, and surrounding buildings. Upon our arrival, we received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The buffet breakfast included halal options; although the items were somewhat repetitive every day, it was still a satisfying meal. The hotel also features a private beach and parking for guests. Bella, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort; she truly is a sweetheart. Highly recommended!

Could improve the breakfast options.
