I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life, but I have to say the experience at this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever had. The receptionists, Angela and Riseld, were always ready to help with the biggest smile on their faces. The driver, Edi, was also a remarkable person, thanks to all the trips and conversations. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly. The hotel was always spotless when it comes to cleanliness and the breakfast is delicious. I do hope the hotel eventually offer a swimming pool and lunch or dinner options, but even without these it truly feels like a 5 star hotel thanks to the outstanding service and overall experience.

The hotel is not located directly in the city center – and that’s exactly what makes it so charming. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, it offers a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle, while still being just a short ride away from all the main attractions. We especially loved waking up to the breathtaking views every morning – a true highlight of our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines warm hospitality, tranquil surroundings, and convenient access to the city, look no further. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Teuta in Sarandë! From the moment we parked our car, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who made us feel at home throughout our stay. The room was not only spotless and modern, but also equipped with smart features that made everything easy and comfortable. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight — absolutely exceptional, with fresh and delicious local options served in a beautiful setting. You can really feel the care they put into offering a high-quality and authentic experience. To top it all off, at checkout we were surprised with thoughtful gifts featuring typical products from the region — a lovely and generous touch that made our stay even more memorable. We would highly recommend Hotel Teuta to anyone visiting Sarandë. A perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and charm!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The hospitality is impeccable, traveling alone they went out of their way to help and make me as comfortable as possible. On the first night, they offered to drop me to a restaurant for dinner, one night one of the gentlemen went to get me a cable and they dropped me off to the ferry port on the last day. They have plenty of great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities which were also great. The location, although it’s a little up hill if you’re walking, great exercise, it is in a great place with lounges, supermarkets and restaurants. Very tidy and cleaned everyday. All in all, best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.

Beautiful modern, clean property. We loved that it was a short (10min) walk from the main streets as we found it all abit too chaotic especially during the evening. The staff couldn’t have done more for us, their kindness, advice and willingness to please and learn from the guests is second to none. From little gifts when we left, lifts to the port & recommendations, we didn’t feel like anything was too much to ask and they always had a smile on their face! Plentiful choice at breakfast for cold food and different/local things to try too.

Maybe because I’m used to a hot breakfast/not continental, I would have preferred more options at breakfast for hot food or the opportunity to make requests such as an omelette or iced coffee. Very minor comment as there was a lot of choice and what was there was tasty.

I recently stayed at hotel Teuta in Sarandë’ for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the front desk stuff , Eddy who was always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel stuff will greet you with a warm welcoming smile throughout your stay ! The room was modern , clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a cozy bed. The location is up hill with a beautiful sea views . We used the complimentary transportation to the city centre with many shops bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albania 🇦🇱 Hope to see you soon and thank you for your superb hospitality and service🙏🏻

Hotel Teuta in Saranda was pure perfection! The receptionist, Riseld, was so warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, offering spot-on recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. Our driver, Eduart, was just as amazing, chauffeuring us around Saranda with ease and sharing great local tips that elevated our experience. The breakfast was phenomenal, with an impressive variety of choices—fresh pastries, fruits and local delicacies, all delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was very clean, modern, and super cozy, with gorgeous views of the sea. Thanks to Riseld and Eduart, our stay was flawless. 10/10—can’t wait to return!

The room was clean, free parking available too but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were the kindest, most friendly people and made the hotel as amazing as it could be. We got married nearby and the kitchen staff stayed longer in the morning just to make us breakfast knowing we would have been up late at our wedding. The cleaning staff also made our room special. The reception staff were so lovely and constantly made conversation with us and made sure we were okay. The staff made our experience so perfect, thank you to you all!

Modern, clean rooms with balcony. Very good, attentive and helpful, customer oriented staff. I arrived slightly before official check-in time and since my room was not yet ready I was offered a cool refreshing drink while waiting for the room to be prepared. Breakfast is self served and has a variety of choices. Simply excelent! Property is located a short walk from the center of Saranda, but as it is located slightly up on a hill it might be difficult to walk if you carry a lot of luggage. A big plus of location is that evenings are quiet and not disturbed by the loud music playing at the bars on the promenade. Upon departure I was even given a small goodbye gift and offered a free ride to the bus station due to high temperature outside.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Albania! The receptionist who worked on the evening of October 13, 2024 she was extremely helpful. Additionally, on the occasion of my birthday, the hotel prepared a beautiful surprise with flowers, champagne and fresh grapes. The room was upgraded at no additional cost so we had a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, when leaving, we received Albanian sweets, Albanian alcohol and a fridge magnet for free! Incredible! I have never experienced such high quality service at such a price. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, plenty of choice, with a beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it! If I'm ever in Saranda again, I will definitely come back to this hotel :)
