It was the best hotel we stayed in Albania! The receptionist who worked on the evening of October 13, 2024 she was extremely helpful. Additionally, on the occasion of my birthday, the hotel prepared a beautiful surprise with flowers, champagne and fresh grapes. The room was upgraded at no additional cost so we had a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, when leaving, we received Albanian sweets, Albanian alcohol and a fridge magnet for free! Incredible! I have never experienced such high quality service at such a price. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, plenty of choice, with a beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it! If I'm ever in Saranda again, I will definitely come back to this hotel :)

Choosing Hotel Teuta for our 3 nights stay in Saranda was the best decision we could have made to enjoy every aspect of our trip. The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly, especially Adi, Angela, the young man at reception, the night staff, and even the ladies who prepared breakfast. Adi, in particular, went above and beyond to support us from day one. The location was incredible, featuring breathtaking views from the hotel and It was exceptionally clean. As a thoughtful touch, we were given a gift pack upon checkout, which made the experience even more emotional and memorable. Highly recommended! 😇😇

Nothing at all

The property was beautiful. We had a junior suite with a sea view and could not have faulted the room at all. We got lost whilst trying to find the location on google maps (it is not where it says it should be but up a different steep side street up past Hotel Chicago) however we called the hotel and the receptionist was very kind and sent someone to collect us as it was a thunderstorm and we were soaked. The young man on receptionist could not have been more helpful and kind and is an asset to the hotel. He provided us with recommendations and helped us with baggage and arranging transfers for us. Thankyou so much again. (Ps the nuts and chocolate are not free so don’t eat them if you think they are!)

The stuff was very friendly and welcoming, they would greet us with a nice cold drink or bottle of water after spending the day sightseeing on a hot day. The room was clean and very nice, the view overlooking the sea was great. When we checked out they gave us a gift with some souvenirs and some Albanian snacks and brandy which I thought was very thoughtful.

The only downside was the uphill walk to the hotel, but the whole city is uphill, so many hotels are the same, so it is better to rent a car or get a taxi to go there. But the nice view was worth it and we burnt some calories walking up there.

We had the best time staying in Hotel Teuta! Upon arrival the staff greeted us with a welcome drink and showed us the amazing view from the breakfast bar. The staff is friendly and kind, and everyone has a warm smile on their face. They were very helpful with their recommendations and they also reserved restaurants for us so we don’t spend on international calls. The cleaners and breakfast staff did a great job, we felt very cared for. The hotel has great views of Sarande, big balconies, a spacious parking lot and lots of free facilities. The location is perfect for going on the most popular beaches by foot, so you save money on parking. Breakfast was very fresh with variety of salty/sweet options. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for families and couples! We would go back just for the hotel experience to stay more days next time! Huge thanks to the hotel staff! A tip for future guests: if you go by car, Google Maps has unclear instructions on how to get to the hotel, which is why you should go through the main beach street and put navigation from there. The staff can also help you with instructions.

Great hotel with good service. The room was cozy and with everything we needed. Also they changed towels every day. Beautiful view of the sea from the room. Very friendly staff. Great view at breakfasts on the sea. The mood is assured. The staff offered to drive us to the bus for free and also gave us a gift on check out😊 We enjoyed our week vacation at this hotel. It is a 20 minute walk to the center. There are good beaches and restaurants nearby. Also bus station to Ksamil is near. The hotel is a bit on the hill and some may find it difficult to climb, but for us it wasn't a problem. Breakfasts were good but lacking a bit of variety.

The staff were so good, honestly if I could have bottled them and taken them to every hotel I stay at I would have done. From the friendly reception to the advice and help to find the right places to eat at they couldn't have done more. The room was comfortable with a decent tv and minibar, fairly small as rooms go but everything worked and the rainfall shower was very good. We were also presented with a gift bag on leaving which was a really nice suprise.

The hotel is at the top of the hill with steep steps so wouldn't suit anyone less mobile.

10/10 for room 404! Amazing view, room is very big, except normal big bed, it also got a round sofa. receptionists are super nice and helpful, they offered us welcome juice and also give us goodbye present. Good location, 10 mins walking to city center.

1. there is a slope which is probably 45 or even 60 degrees not far from the hotel, which does requires a bit of driving skill. We always worried we might fall off from there. 2. We first stayed at room 202, which is really small, and it unfortunately faces a construction site, but with the sea view on the right side. Maybe because of the direction of room or sth, we feel super stuffy and uncomfortable. Also because down there is parking lot, we can hear every guest in and out. Also the noise which other guest walk around in the hallway is a bit disturbing. Highly recommend room 404 or 403, higher floor, at the end of the hallway, very quite, but still can hear a teeny tiny bit music on balcony from city center, great vibe!

Very Clean and comfortable accommodation with very good view. We got a room with sea view. the staff were very friendly and always available to assist. no language barrier. I was able to pay with my card. the breakfast and dinning setting was very okay. The owner waited for us to check-in at 3:00am. we got a gift at checkout and a free drop off to the park. The stay was worthwhile.

Nothing except the location its on the hill which could be a plus if you don't mind walking it gives a good view of the town and sea. And I prefer the quietness to the bustling and noise of the city centre

This stay was phenomenal. Well we went for a few days to sarande but on arrival my partner and i fell sick and had to be rushed to the hospital (nothing to do with our stay at the hotel). The staff here were exceptional. They are the true definition of great customer service and going above and beyond. The manager accompanied us to the hospital in the ambulance while we were so unwell, he stayed with us at the hospital and cared for two strangers. He has truly changed my perception of good people in this world and he deserves so much more recognition than this review. He spoke to all the doctors for us, he went to the pharmacy for us to pick up our medicine and he constantly checked up on us while we stayed there after the hospital visit. Further to this the reception staff were amazing, they would call and check up on us numerous times. This is deeply appreciated and made our stay so much better. We genuinely cannot thank them enough and i HIGHLY recommend this place!!
