Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was absolutely top-notch. We enjoyed the food from the menu, which was both delicious and affordable. The breakfast was decent, though it could have been a bit more varied. The staff was always eager to help and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended!

A minor inconvenience was that we had to carry cash all the time since we couldn't charge food and drinks to our room. The hotel's location was fine, although the walk to the boulevard was quite challenging. We found the taxi fare of 10 euros to be quite expensive.

My friend and I chose this hotel as we wanted a property with a pool during the hot season. The pool was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Stunning scenery and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety which you eat on the terrace with the views or the sea. I would absolutely come again.

The only slight issue is the distance from town. If you’re a fit enough walker and not going in peak of summer it would be fine. We walked a few times and it took us half an hour but in the heat it was a bit of a struggle especially as it’s on a hill! I’d recommend booking taxis through the hotels and asking for prices up front to save you being overcharged.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. The pool area in particular is a perfect place for enjoying your vacation. The breakfast was also quite good, although some more variation in the selection would be nice.

It is difficult to do something about the location, but it proved a little anoying that you had to walk up a very steep road, when returning from Sarandë centrum. With time however, more shops, restaurants and more should open closer to the hotel, so I am guessing the location should be improving in the future.

Staff very friendly and helpful, food always available and nice drinks. Felt very welcome - service around the poolside which was nice. I sustained an injury and they provided medical supplies and arranged a transfer to the hospital as well. nice relaxing atmosphere and although surrounding areas are not so nice you felt like you were hidden away and safe.

music on repeat - breakfast was nice but very repetitive, a couple of times we did not bother going down and went to a local shop instead to get a snack but that is personal preference. We were also there for ten days which is a longer stay - probably absolutely fine for short stay.

Room: very clean with a taste of luxury. There was hot water and the AC worked good. Our room was upgraded to a full sea view with balcony. Value for money: yes, it has a pool and we were given discount on the second and third night. Breakfast: the breakfast was good. It was a buffet, so had a lot to eat. Receptionist: he was amazing from the first day he welcomed us. He even reached out before we got to the location which shows a great deal to us. He has a good taste of locations form restaurant and beach. Above all, he also got us someone to take us to the bus station when we were running to the bus station back to Tirana. That meant a lot to us. Thank you. The location : close to the city centre and close to a lot of restaurant around the back.

There were just a few things missing that could make the hotel truly excellent. There was a storm while we were there but no-one thought of bringing the covers in so they were soaking the next day. The staff could have made a point of saying good morning etc when you saw them but these were slight niggles and the hotel is really excellent value for money

The staff were super nice, especially Mario. The housekeeping came every day and the rooms were clean. The pool was at a good temperature and we had a great view on the city and the beach. There were lots of drinks at the bar and even chicha was in the menu. They are very chill and friendly and tried everything to make our stay as nice as possible. We had rented a scooter and it was very easy to go to the city center. 100% recommend this hotel for your stay. It was definitely worth every cent 💯

Nothing it was very good

Good modern hotel on the outskirts of central Sarande, with stunning views over the sea towards Corfu. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent (one of the best we had in Albania), and the pool / terrace area is really cool. Rooms were modern, air conditioned well and really comfortable - again some of the best we stayed in on our travels.

Splitting hairs, but worth noting it's a 15 min walk downhill to central Sarande, and the car park needs to be finished with tarmac to ensure no risk of damage to hire cars (which I think is happening soon!)

Great hotel with perfect staff! Everybody smiling 😁 . We was in group of family and friend for 8 nights. Saranda its great city with many nice beach around city close to Ksamil 😉 . Breakfast was great , so everyone can find something for you ! . Room was nice and cleaning everyday. Best view from taras. Great swiming pool and good restaurand with cold beer a nd aperol drink 😉 . If we came back to Saranda, Art hotel will be ouer choises 💪 . Thanks for everythink and see you soon bro😎

Good sized room, clean, comfortable,. Fantastic views. Great pool. Great variety for breakfast. Exceptional staff: attentive and helpful. Diiana in reception helped to reserve sun loungers in Dhermi Beach; great driving coastal route if you can.

On a steep hill, the walk ( especially going down due to pull of gravity), challenging, even for the able. Too much traffic in the centre and parking in centre also difficult. Was easier to visit places outside this town rather than the town we were staying in due to these factors.
