Loved the view from our room ! Good size bedrooms and very good space Staff really lovely and nice and always trying to do their best

There was constant drilling in the quarry right behind throughout our stay which meant terrible level of noise starting at 8am and running till late in the night and relentless drilling and loading of trucks sounds was insane even at night couldn’t keep the windows open for fresh air and if needed some quiet time and enjoy cup of coffee then had to be before 7:30am. Not hotels fault though they could have mentioned it on the listing clearly Room was good but air conditioning not working properly so best luck in soaring high summer temperatures

Hotel itself is stylish and pristine. Pool area has a decent size sparling clean pool with view of the Corfu coastline. Good number of sunbeds for size of the hotel. Bedrooms are comfortable with high quality bed linen. But what made our stay so good was how helpful and welcoming all the staff were especially Mario at the reception area.

Only slight negative is a few trip and slip hazzards with the floor from the bar area out to the pool and breakfast terrace. Also, our bathroom floor had a slight drop down to the shower tray but as same colour and no warning sign one can possibly stumble and hit one's head on the wall.

We arrived in Sarandë at 3am from Tirana and the 24hr reception was great. We enjoyed the great breakfast and food. The pool was great as well the friendly staff. We also enjoyed the air-conditioned room, the ATM outside the hotel and there were local shops near by. The room was clean and had a great bathroom.

I did not like the distance from the hotel to the promenade it was a 30 minute walk with a steep incline hill between the two. I suggest taking taxi instead of walking up from the promenade/city center to the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was absolutely top-notch. We enjoyed the food from the menu, which was both delicious and affordable. The breakfast was decent, though it could have been a bit more varied. The staff was always eager to help and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended!

A minor inconvenience was that we had to carry cash all the time since we couldn't charge food and drinks to our room. The hotel's location was fine, although the walk to the boulevard was quite challenging. We found the taxi fare of 10 euros to be quite expensive.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. The pool area in particular is a perfect place for enjoying your vacation. The breakfast was also quite good, although some more variation in the selection would be nice.

It is difficult to do something about the location, but it proved a little anoying that you had to walk up a very steep road, when returning from Sarandë centrum. With time however, more shops, restaurants and more should open closer to the hotel, so I am guessing the location should be improving in the future.

My friend and I chose this hotel as we wanted a property with a pool during the hot season. The pool was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Stunning scenery and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety which you eat on the terrace with the views or the sea. I would absolutely come again.

The only slight issue is the distance from town. If you’re a fit enough walker and not going in peak of summer it would be fine. We walked a few times and it took us half an hour but in the heat it was a bit of a struggle especially as it’s on a hill! I’d recommend booking taxis through the hotels and asking for prices up front to save you being overcharged.

Room: very clean with a taste of luxury. There was hot water and the AC worked good. Our room was upgraded to a full sea view with balcony. Value for money: yes, it has a pool and we were given discount on the second and third night. Breakfast: the breakfast was good. It was a buffet, so had a lot to eat. Receptionist: he was amazing from the first day he welcomed us. He even reached out before we got to the location which shows a great deal to us. He has a good taste of locations form restaurant and beach. Above all, he also got us someone to take us to the bus station when we were running to the bus station back to Tirana. That meant a lot to us. Thank you. The location : close to the city centre and close to a lot of restaurant around the back.

The swimming pool area is truly amazing and the design of the room was really well thought through

There were just a few things missing that could make the hotel truly excellent. There was a storm while we were there but no-one thought of bringing the covers in so they were soaking the next day. The staff could have made a point of saying good morning etc when you saw them but these were slight niggles and the hotel is really excellent value for money

Staff very friendly and helpful, food always available and nice drinks. Felt very welcome - service around the poolside which was nice. I sustained an injury and they provided medical supplies and arranged a transfer to the hospital as well. nice relaxing atmosphere and although surrounding areas are not so nice you felt like you were hidden away and safe.

music on repeat - breakfast was nice but very repetitive, a couple of times we did not bother going down and went to a local shop instead to get a snack but that is personal preference. We were also there for ten days which is a longer stay - probably absolutely fine for short stay.

Good modern hotel on the outskirts of central Sarande, with stunning views over the sea towards Corfu. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent (one of the best we had in Albania), and the pool / terrace area is really cool. Rooms were modern, air conditioned well and really comfortable - again some of the best we stayed in on our travels.

Splitting hairs, but worth noting it's a 15 min walk downhill to central Sarande, and the car park needs to be finished with tarmac to ensure no risk of damage to hire cars (which I think is happening soon!)
