Staff was very helpful. Helped me organise a surprise for my wife. Wife was pleasantly surprised. Very responsive to my messages. Also jet ski at venue was great experience.

Beach. The beach didnt have sand it was a rocky beach. There were sharp rocks in the water. Didnt have swimming shoes so ended up with cuts all over feet that were bleeding massively. Also didn't get proper first aid. All we got was a tissue dipped in a bit of alcohol. Rocky beach isnt something a hotel can control but they should caution the visitors at least. It was not written anywhere that rocks can cause injuries. They should even provide swimming shoes so visitors don't hurt themselves. I won't mind paying for shoes even. But it spoiled our vacation as it was difficult to even walk so had to take a cab for the smallest of distances. Added an image of the cut after a week of injury.

there was a large amount of space near the beach with options for sun loungers, seating, bean bags and benches. The room and balcony was very clean. there was ample parking. the included breakfast had a huge variety of savory and sweet. the staff were lovely.

Minimal toiletries were provided in the bathroom. we stayed for a week and our bedding was only changed twice. there was only one iron which we borrowed and were asked to return as soon as we were done. no food was allowed in the room. would have been an all rounder if we could order room service from the restaurant.

Excellent location, great view, private beach, towels provided for you (parking is a little tricky if you have a small car, it’s on a steep hill) clean and comfortable rooms, power shower, “very important for me”! Breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. There was eight of us, we would definitely visit again ☺️

Good location, right on the water, with small private albeit gravelly beach with nice sun beds and umbrellas. Nice beach bar too. Clean hotel well presented.

The beds were a big saggy and not that comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but choices limited and keeping things under covers hot without them drying out is hard. No coffee tea maker in the room. Lot of secondary dhhrrrschool kids staying

The hotel staff were excellent! They organised a taxi to pick us up from the ferry port. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite having a double room with a side sea view, the view was still beautiful. The aircon in the room was great also! The hotel’s cafe/restaurant food, down by the beach, was excellent and the staff there were so kind! The hotel itself is situated in a wonderful location, near many supermarkets, bars and restaurants and we rented a moped directly across from the hotel (they were really great to deal with too).

The breakfast was quite average, which didn’t damper the holiday but it could definitely improved.

The beach and sea deck are a wonderful spot to relax and absorb the sea and sun. The restaurant and bar serve great quality dishes with a warm and friendly smile. All the staff are nice and courteous. The rooms are like new and kept pristinely clean. Beds are comfy and the rooms clean. The area is extremely close to plenty of bars, restaurants and other beach clubs for a change of scenery.

Very little, we really liked it. Some very minor maintenance is needed in the bathroom. The breakfast is nice but not the most amazing. More clothes storage in the room would be useful.

Nice sea view from the balcony! Clean big room with a comfy bed, a Smart TV, fridge and wi-fi. Walk-in shower in a modern bathroom. Lovely staff that was very polite (a bit shy because of the English language). Nice stony beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The breakfast view was amazing looking over the sea and Corfu. Location was good. Only a 10 minute fine walk to downtown and the walk is through a restaurant street with great view of the sea and the city.

A security box for valuables was not available in the room. The stairways to the hotel and the driveway are very steep. Would appreciate if the staiway was rennovated, seems like it might be dangerous for some to walk there. But a beautiful pathway otherwise, covered in flowers.

The property was very clean and staff very helpful and polite! Rooms were big and very clean! Good value for its price i definitely recommend!

Breakfast was quite poor.. they can definitely do better.. as the options weren't really good...as well during our stay faced a black out and I really had to work with my laptop and needed electricity whitch was out for a good two hours... got really disappointed! Bc everything else was great..

The room was great and very spacious. Room was very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Shower area very clean. Shower pressure was really good. Complimentary water in the room was nice. They have rules but it's appreciated to keep the hotel looking well. No smoking thank goodness. There was variety for the breakfast but by the time I arrived everything was cold. Staff was friendly, some shy because they didn't speak English. Completely understandable it's not necessary. Beach area was nice but water was for more advance swimmers.

It's understandable as they continue to grow that mild mishaps will happen such as check in and check out process.
