We booked room 302. The apartment was clean and the balcony was huge. The Kitchen was equipped. The couch was big. The towels were changed daily. You will have 1 big & 1 little towel per guest. One big blanked and sheet. The drive to the apartment was steep as usual in saranda. You have two ways to get there by car. A market is close, as well as the best pastry shop in saranda! (Just down some stairs) I was there daily. There are ways to walk into the saranda center or you take the taxi. We loved this apartment. I would definitely come back!

No critics but notes: - nowhere to hang your towel - in bathroom was no space to store your utensils, so we kept it in he bedroom and walked back and forth. - The towels were changed daily. (Which just shows the effort behind cleanness, but I wouldn’t need a new one every day, maybe a rule like “towels placed at the floor will be changed” ?)

There are some things we like about hotels. The convenience. The view. The facility. We are from the tropical nation of Fiji and since it was getting cold, the hotel rooms need to be properly warmed up. Hotel Lili2 ticked all the boxes and in winter, the room was comfortable and warm- also, it has 2 TV screens for your viewing pleasure. I love the fact it was luxurious- the top suite. We had copious hot coffee. And the view is everything if you are to stay here. We enjoyed our 2-nights stay at the hotel. We had a taxi driver, very friendly and doubled up as a tour guide :). You can walk from the hotel to the main centre and enjoy the Promenade walk. The hotel manager was friendly as well filling in with some needful information. If we are ever in Sarande, we will be making repeat visits to the hotel! Thanks a lot :)

We liked everything about the hotel, its convenience and facility.

hotel is very modern and well constructed, great staff and quite helpful. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the views were exactly like promised. it was quite close to promenade on just a 15 min walk if you fancy a bit of hike on your way back. I would say most of the hotels in sarande are better accessible with cars but if you can't drive it shouldn't deter you but be prepared for a bit of hike as the area is hilly. we stayed with our one year old and she also absolutely loved the views in the morning. the hotel is conveniently located near grocery shops, money exchange and small cafes. Being Muslims we wanted halal food and easily found it nearby. staff is quite cordial and really helpful in case you need any help.

The apartment truly exceeded expectations — beautifully decorated, in a great location, and extremely comfortable.

The downside of the stay was the customer service — the receptionist always had an unfriendly demeanor and was neither polite nor welcoming, which affected the experience. As for cleanliness, there were hairs left in the bathroom drain from previous guests, and the sponge at the sink was old and had hair on it. I ended up buying a new one so I could cook more comfortably, as I had been traveling for days.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very helpful and friendly - he is always around the reception desk. He helped us to deliver food at the hotel, gave us some tip. Free parking in front of the residence. The flat was very clean, we loved the comfort of the mattress. Great value for money. We will come back again!

Few kitchen utensils could be added to make the experience even better, as well as hangers in the wardrobe!

The apartment was incredibly spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The views from our room was beautiful. Located very centrally in Sarande, it was very close to restaurants, beaches and beach clubs. They offered parking on site at no charge and that was very beneficial as there’s not many places to park cars within the city. The staff were very helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. We are very thankful.

We have been lucky to stay on the upper floors, so the view was stunning and amazing. That's the highlight of the hotel. The rooms/flats are big and brand new. Beds are comfy. We visited during the low season, so it was very easy to park, and all attractions were easily reached by car (short ride).

The service has space for improvement/little more attention: we had to ask every day for something basics (dishwashing product, towels, cleaned set of cups/glasses, shower gel). Towels had stains and were not soft at all. The hotel is quite new, so I'm sure the manager/staff can work on these attentions for making it a perfect stay.

I don't know where to begin. The hotel looks brand new, very clean, beautiful rooms, and what a view. The staff is very helpful and helped us tremendously with everything. They treat you like family! We will definitely be back next year. Thanks again for everything Your guys are the best!

Almost BRAND NEW, SUPER CLEAN (stuff did a DAYLY CLEANING, AND FRESH TOWELS). nice, friendly, VERY helpful management, in-house taxi available 24/7. Convenient location, we got a room on the 5-th floor with breathtaking see view. Big balcony ( no, not big but HUGE, PANORAMIC BALCONY) with very good outdoor furniture.. all marble and high end porcelain tile.. Modern, decent size bathroom, nice kitchen, equipped with everything: coffee machine, glass cooktop, microwave, all you need.. TWO HUGE wall mounted TV with a lot of apps installed, Netflix, Amazon TV, News, YouTube, etc. Very convenient bedroom, top quality mattress and pillows.. Big wardrobe, security safe and much more.. MODERN, CONTEMPORARY STYLE! We love it much.
