The room was comfortable and big. The breakfast was fine. It was located at a silent place in Sarandë.

The manager of the hotel was not honest and very keen on money rather than supplying quality service. I had written him a message one week before we came regarding the pay-back of the cancelled room of our friends who couldn’t come with us due to health problems. Unfortunately, we got no answer. On the day we arrived at the hotel, we repeated our request and he said he would discuss this issue with his superior and revert, but he didn’t. At the time we left the hotel we reminded him again and he said it was impossible to pay us back and stated very ridiculous reasons, excuses. If they were good tempered, they could have easily paid back. That’s why they took twice the money of one room. Also, they were making us wait long for picking our car from the garage and bringing.

Hotel itself is pretty new and nice. Our room was clean and cute. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacy. We were welcomed by staff member Mustafa who made our stay at the Sarande easy and issueless. He helped us with any problem we had with positive and adorable spirit. We are giving high review mostly because of him. Wonderful customer service ❤️

There was some issues with the electricity and plumbing. After 10pm everything went off. We stayed without any electricity or water for 6 hours. It was hot night to stay without AC. We were not compensated by this issue at all.

The staff were very friendly, and really helpful, accommodating all of our needs. Breakfast was great and there was a good choice of what to order from the menu. On the day we were leaving the staff even made us some sandwiches for our journey leaving them on our door which was super thoughtful! We liked the fact that there was a balcony overlooking the sea, the room was just as described and nice standard and the hotel has a roof terrace. The hotel has parking which I can imagine in peak season will be very much needed! There were beach towels for hire and the price for the accommodation was really reasonable: there is a mini fridge in the room and Netflix is possible to log in to on the television.

The only part that was a little confusing was the lift as at times it didn’t always work, but we have legs and used the stairs instead. Our only thought was that in the peak season, the music may be a little louder and so you would want to keep your balcony doors closed and the air con on at night.

The view was aesthetically pleasing. The rooftop bar provides a suitable environment for relaxation and socializing. The staff demonstrates a commendable level of helpfulness and professionalism. The room is characterized by its refreshing ambiance and cleanliness, while the beds ensure a comfortable night's rest. It is my opinion that the rooftop bar is the most noteworthy feature of the establishment.

We experienced inconvenience due to the vehicle being parked in an alternate location, as it hindered our ability to retrieve items from it when necessary. Subsequently, the vehicle was parked on the street, and we suspect that it may have been involved in a collision, as there was a noticeable scratch on its surface. There was also a problem with the payment. I needed to pay again, but the amount was already frozen on my credit card. So after 3 days I got the money back.

Our stay was overall nice. We had some issues first with the AC and then with the hot water. However the employees were really kind and made all the possible efforts for us to have a nice staying. They eventually gave us 2 rooms even though we had booked only one. Breakfast is average.

I had a very nice new big room with two balconies and an amazing sea view . The bathroom was very nice and comfortable ,with all amenities . The staff was very polite , and the top roof restaurant ( breakfast aslo seving there) was a nice surprise .

A small issue is a chair that is missing from the room, and also room coffee facilities it would be nice. The breakfast needs more options ,also the coffee.

very nice location, reception people are nice and friendly speaking very well english and very helpful. breakfast buffet is ok, not too much choices but ok for us. location allows us walk to the centre and restaurants and shops. rooftop with amazing view and we had drink and dinner there

our room is at 6f so the rooftop is just above, we can clearly hear the music upstairs till 1am music will stop, also can hear clearly car noise,but that's due to the hotel locate by the main street. AC was broken for few days for our another room, but they fixed it quite quick we were surprised about the dry fruits are in charge, because all the drinks in the fridge and we know it's extra but didn't think about the dry nuts also part of it till almost end of the trip we found out it written on the menu. however it's not a big deal

Really nice hotel, with a beautiful view ! Staff are friendly and extra bonus they have a valet ! The rooftop is really beautiful with the sea view and the food at the restaurant was devine! Will recommend to go watch the sunset there !

Walls are a bit thin and some neighbours were really noisy with loud music during the night.

Everything! Perfect for getting to Sarandë, the beaches, restaurants etc. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooftop was lovely. Definitely the best hotel we’ve seen, so glad we picked this one, the rooftop views were amazing too. Room was clean and spacious and newly renovated. Great and secure parking with easy valet. Highly recommend on all aspects.

My wife and I loved it! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always smiling. Most importantly, the view was absolutely stunning—like a scene from a postcard.
