I got the exact room that I booked, it was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and always available for customers. Breakfast was really good and it has a proper time interval (7.30-10.30). Coffee was amazing! View from the balcony and hotel is priceless, especially at the time of sunset and sunrise! Hotel is just about 7 minute car ride away from city centre, there are couple of different beaches just 5-10 minutes away by car as well.

Despite the view, location was not the best, I'd say. Road is very steep and bumpy in case of rain (it rained at a time). I believe it will be better when they make a better road.

Fantastic view from the terrace, which was quite spacious also. Spotless clean, modern design, fully equipped room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also quite good.

Challenging accessibility: Very steep road to the hotel that makes it almost impossible to walk anywhere around - you need a car all the time. It would have been great if they had offered something simple for dinner at the restaurant. Enjoying the stunning view with a glass of wine and somethubg light for dinner on the balcony could add lots of enjoyment to the overall experience there :)

We absolutelly loved our stay here. We were travelling all around Albania so we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel which had everything we needed an more. Starting from the amazing views, the comfy bed, the modern design and ending with the perfect breakfast buffet. They offered the possibility to pay by card. The room was huge with air condition, fair trade shampoo and stuff.

No drinkable water but you could buy some for 0.5-1€ from the host. The hill to the is a bit scary for the first time, but we got used to it. The owner didnt speak a lot of english, but he managed with translator so it was fine 😊

Extremely comfortable room. The bed was the best out of 8 other stays. Good balcony with table and chairs, drying rack and the view of the city at sunset was amazing. Really spacious with a table and mini fridge. Decent area to place luggage and hang clothes. The bathroom was also really nice. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety.

Beware the hill to the hotel is quite steep. Can be done by car. Not sure walking is easy nor comfortable.

The location is a bit away from the city centre but it is not so far. I guess it is reachable by car but may not good for those who don't have a car. We really like the interior design of the room and the balcony. We saw the sunset through our balcony, which is a big bonus. The breakfast was great with a various range of options.

nothing really. but maybe if there's a cocktail bar in the hotel, that would be amazing. We really enjoy the view from our balcony so was hoping if we could have some cocktails at the same time.

We loved everything about the stay here , except the location. It is situated at the top of the hill. The only problem with this is paying for taxis to take us up and down as it costs more. For example a 6 minute drive costs us 2000 lek , just because of the hill. Other than this, the place was AMAZING. The view was gorgeous, staff friendly and the breakfast was nice as well. If you’re renting a car , or don’t mind paying for the taxis, I’d 100% recommend this place.

Views are great and the room was large and modern. Breakfast was very good and great selection of foods. Would definitely recommened for some tranquility but still very close to the Sarande centre as it is only a 5min drive.

Having a car is a must unless you are willing to use taxis. We had no issues getting there however the driver must be confident when driving to the hotel as the road is a bit steep. Nevertheless any car can make it to the hotel with no trouble.

We liked it a lot, it is indeed very clean and what you see on the pictures is what you get on the reality. Also very comfy and management is very kind!

We didn't like the views we had, because we weren't lucky enough to get the room that looks towards Sarandë, still we had Sea Views so not bad at all (next time better ask them!) Also the road is a bit tricky if you are not a skilled dirver, although any car should get there easily!

The place is really nice, the thing is if you want a quiet spot it’s ok. But it’s far from de center. And you need a car. Cause you have to get to the hotel up to the mountain. At the hotel you don’t have a place to buy anything, so if you want to buy something you have to get the car and go down. The personal was too quiet. You ask them for something and they didn’t know anything. We where supposed to pay by credit card, but when we arrived the post didn’t work and they told as it was a problem on our credit card, and it was that the post didn’t work so we have to pay by cash. Didn’t like this… But the view it’s outstanding.

The location is great, one of the best we have had in the whole country during our one week trip. The sight in front of the sea is superb from the top of the hill, the hosts are kind and attentive, and the room has very good starndards both for services and cleanliness, and for space and furniture.

Definitely the road to get to the place was "shocking" !!! I had read this from reviews from other travellers, but I did not imagine such a steepy road that is not for non-expert drivers. If you come with a rental car that you do not know well, and if you are not an exoert driver, do not dare driving to the hill top... it may be a screamy experience. If I were the host, I would definitely try to do something to improve this situation.
