Room was spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough. The rooftop pool was perfect despite being busy at certain times of the day. It was lovely that they provided clean beach towels every day. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and walkable to the hustle of Sarande promenade if you enjoy walking (took us around 45 mins at a leisurely pace). We really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing! Only two things to point out: the shower could benefit with a little shelf to put toiletries to help people with little mobility. And it would be great if they could liaise with the beaches nearby and give hotel guests access to them without having to pay the large fees to get lounges/umbrellas; it would make them a perfect hotel!

-we stayed in the glow suite and it was fantastic, we would really recommend -you have beautiful views over the ocean and Corfu -staff was friendly and helpful

-you do feel that you pay too much for what you get: the breakfast is fine but nothing exceptional, the bed linen and pillows are so-so, no water offered. These are small details but for the price you pay, they should be improved

It was amazing! The location is nice as the area is pretty newly built and we walked almost every single night to different restaurants. Loved the design, the fact that it is safe and slept well for all 7 days. Staff were excellent! We had drinks every single night at the bar before leaving to our dinner and after coming back:DThe only thing was a bit unexpected that we booked a Superior Suite with Balcony and Sea View and if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you only see a huge tree. We don’t usually spend too much time in our rooms while on holiday, but if you do, definitely mention higher floors before your stay. Once the guests lefts above us, they changed our rooms and the staff was really nice anyway:))) Also it is worth to try their private beach area. Sea is really refreshing and relaxing and the seats with umbrellas are with an amazing view. Their waffle and ice cream shop is a must too! We had a delicious banana&Nutella waffle each. Filling&TASTYYY! :))

The treatment of the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and always trying to help

The bed moves easily because it is not fixed to the wall. The TV is so far away that it is difficult to see the picture clearly. There is no spa , no gym.

Very modern clean hotel. Friendly staff. We had a ‘sea view’ suite which was very spacious, comfortable bed and good shower. Hotel is about 40 minutes walk to the main promenade in Seranda but not a bad walk and much nicer / quieter out of the centre. There is also a bus or taxi as alternative options. There are nice eating options closer too. Nice private beach with clean sea, great for swimming and a lovely roof top pool area with great views. Bar was not open on roof top but you could purchase from the ground floor and staff did come up regularly to take orders. Good breakfast with a variety of choice. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Prepare yourself for disappointment if you have booked a ‘sea view’ suite, this is not as advertised and you will have a ‘tree view’, we understand that you can’t stop trees from growing but the lack of sea view should be noted on booking to avoid upset on check in and manage customer expectations. WIFI worked well in the bedroom area but did not work at all in the lounge / balcony area.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Rooms are bright and spacious. 2 minute walk to the beach and a lovely rooftop pool. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is up a hill from the main part of Sarande so it’s a bit quieter which we liked and there are still plenty of restaurants and cafes. If you don’t mind a walk it’s about 1.5 miles into the main part of Sarande.

Some parasols at the rooftop pool would be good as it gets very hot and it would be good to have the choice of some shade but it’s a beautiful pool with fabulous views.

The stuff were great! We enjoyed the room and even when we had a problem with the room they changed it

We payed more for the suits but apparently all of the rooms are suits

All staff were excellent; friendly and attentive. Claudia on the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate, kindly facilitating a fast check out as we were running late for our ferry. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Roof top pool offers a great view. Although the hotel is a 15-20 walk of Sarande, we preferred it's location as it was a little quieter.

Due to the trees, the "sea view" from the suites is somewhat limited on the 2nd and 3rd floor. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No water offered, other than from the in room pay bar/fridge. No USB ports in the rooms.

Located in an area more quiet, which is nice because the other part was too busy Room was very clean and new Breakfast was very good Amazing views from the rooftop Parking included and very convenient The best of this hotel was the staff, super nice and helpful

The surroundings of the hotel are not super nice, but this is how Saranda is so not much can be done here The pool was a little bit small, enough though to have a bath

What a lovely place to stay in! The staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful and easy-going. There’s so much positive to say about them. The room was neat and clean, in a good size. The bed were very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast here ☺️🌸 The hotel is not in the centrum, however we loved to take a stroll to the centrum everyday 😄 We also got to known with the locals on a restaurant nearby the hotel, where we crashed an Albanian party and got to learn traditional Albanian dance. Very funny experience💃🏻Mango beach it’s not so far from the hotel which is a plus. Beaches in Ksamil it’s approximately 15 minutes away from the hotel with taxi 🌊🌴☀️ Definitely going to stay here again next time in Albania. Highly recommended!!
