The location was good. It was right on the beach and sun beds and umbrellas were available to guests. You also had free parking. Great view is the sea and coast from our room.

Please note that you have to pay in CASH because there is a limit they can charge on their credit card machine. The breakfast was mediocre. You had eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese everyday. They varied either crepes, pancakes or French toast. Fruit was watermelon and the coffee was dark water. If you wanted a cappuccino or espresso or real coffee you had to pay. That is ridiculous. I would highly recommend a buffet or continental breakfast method. This would be so much more efficient for staff and guests. Even though it was on the beach, the water was freezing. This is because the River Bistrica and the sea meet. If you like freezing water, this is the place. Also, because it is windy and the river and sea meet, the waves are a battle.

The hotel's location is perfect on the beach with amazing seaview and a really nice pool. The girl in the reception was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated this winter so the condition of the rooms is perfect. Breakfast was okey, beds comfortable, AC worked well. The comments on the river making the water cold are ridiculous, the beach is long so you can stay far away from the river. We thought it was a really cool experience to bodysurf with the cold water into the warm sea.

Avoid staying here Sundays if possible, the bar next door has a party with extremely high music running very late. This hotel has enormous potential to run a restaurant with seaview on their beautiful terrace, but not available today. It is a bit far from the center, a cab ride or 30 minute walk away.

Only thing was no glasses in rooms /bathrooms but as soon as we suggested this they were provided straight away

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emblem. Hilda at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. We had the family suite which had a large balcony from which there was a great view over the bay, especially at sunset. The pool and beach were great and the hotel in general was very clean. Although the hotel is situated at the far end of town, there are enough restaurants and shops nearby which are an easy walk away.

There are a few things which could be improved, but nevertheless it did not take away from the excellent 3 days we had here. 1/ Music from the hotel next door was extremely loud on the Sunday, from late afternoon and lasting until midnight. It sounded like this was a regular thing each week. Not a huge issue as we normally go to bed around 11 anyway. The other days the music was pleasant and was turned down after 10pm. 2/ It would be nice if the hotel had a fitness room or gym, even a basic one would be adequate. 3/ The coffee provided at breakfast was not great. It is possible to purchase from the bar, but it wouldn't cost the hotel much to put a couple of decent coffee machines on the breakfast buffet table.

The location was great. Easy to find and park. One of our rooms had the AC quit working the first night, but the staff responded once alerted. Breakfast was good. Balconies and view is nice, until other guests smoke. Limits the enjoyment. The staff, in particular Ilda, was phenomenal. She was eager to please and helpful with many questions. She gave recommended restaurants in the area, Yucca was our favorite and only a 3 min walk. A gem of a place you should visit.

Could have been quicker to resolve the AC unit not working wasn't expecting it to take more than an hour to find out it needed a new room key to work. Not offering beach towels to guests. Recommendations are to develop that nonfunctional 2nd terrace into more patio chairs, small snack shop etc. After breakfast, no restaurant or food offerings available on site. Ran out of seating options available on the pool deck. Also, not our hotel's fault and they were apologetic but the hotel next to the place with 2 pools had a party with excessively loud music. Nothing could be done until midnight. We had a hard time sleeping until 2230 when their party was over. Felt bad for families with young kids.

We had a room with a sea view, the view was amazing. The room was freshly renovated and clean, the bathroom was also nice and good size. We loved the breakfast, it was buffet type and there were many delicious options. The hotel beach is amazing, big, and clean, we also had sunbeds included, they were clean and there was enough space between them. They have their own private parking, guarded by hotel staff and big enough for hotel guests. The staff is nice and friendly.

The room was quite small and the coffee was bad (unfortunately couldn't find good coffee in Albania).

Ok first of all: this hotel was a alternative booking because our first hotel cancelled the booking. And i have to say: thanks god this happend!!! This hotel was absolute incredible! The rooms were big and very nice. The roomservice came nearly every day. The stuff of the hotel was absolutly kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast (its no buffet but what you get is worth it) and the view from the terrace every morning. The hotel has its own beach wich is really nice and clean. If you dont like the stonebeach (then you should really think about your destination) you can go to the pool wich is also clean. The hotel is located absolutly perfect for the best sunsetview. I definitely reccomend the rooms wich have a beach/pool/sunsetview. We'd reccomend this hotel over and over again and will come again!!!!

Loved the location and was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned everyday during the visit. The hotel has a pool and direct access to the beach. Looking at previous reviews, the hotel has been done up in the last year and there is a lift. Edy on reception was brilliant! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

everything, renovated or new hotel, it is in a good place, on the beach, so you are not on the main street to hear noise. great location you can go to Ksamil in 10 minutes by car, for those who want to change the beach
