The pool is great, the view is fantastic! The private beach is also very, very nice. The overall location is probably one of the best you can find in the area and we had a wonderful view of Sarande. The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels, very much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and reacted quickly to requests.

The breakfast was only till 09:30h and nearly every day, some things like fried eggs or omelettes ran out very quickly and were replaced late or not at all. The area directly around the hotel was not tidy and there was some garbage. Some basic cleaning would have been nice. I would say that the hotel is slightly overpriced, at least for the price we paid.

The hotel has a really nice pool and located next a beautiful beach, with their own private part. The beach is easy accessible. The location is nice because it is not in the center, which gives more calmness from the city. Which a car will make it much easier, but nonetheless it has a lot of things nearby. Most lovely about the hotel and the stay is the service we got from the hotel. Ola was lovely and very helpful, giving advices on restaurants, ATM’s and taking care of us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and for the ones who want to relax and enjoy the city of Sarandë and the sea. Thank you very much for the lovely stay, we enjoyed our time very much!

It ticked all our boxes the location was ideal on a quiet private beach faraway from the noisy touristic concrete jungle that is the Sarande beach the atmosphere was very cosy friendly and familial ola lela and igly made us feel like family the pool is amazing!!!! and the crystal clear ionic sea just a few steps away restaurant excellent and breakfast buffet generous with homebaked typical local foods rooms are simple but the views from the balcony STUNNING especially the sunsets over the sea

Great medium-sized resort with its own private beach and two excellent pools (one for adults and another for children). The management staff, particularly Ola, was great and very responsive. I would stay again.

I couldn't thank staff enough for making my family feel like home. From a very friendly welcome to a sad good bye everything was brilliant experience. Hotel is located at the cliff with a beautiful private beach. Swimming pool is 5 star condition very clean very well maintained same as hotel. Staff who run that place make as feel like we are visiting family we felt like home. My kids was little bit fussy about food they are Scottish so not a surprise. However staff make sure they eat them breakfast and cook for them pancakes in the morning my heart stops when we was given petla and jam my absolutely favourite Albanian snack on the day we was going back to Elbasan. This is Albania 🇦🇱 absolutely best people. Picture on the hotel website don't do a justice to that place location is one of the best view in the evening you can't ask for more. Perfect place for families with kids . Flm shum shum shum for everything we can't wait to back in summer

First and foremost we picked this hotel for its two pools and its semi-private beach access. Both those things were awesome. The two swimming pools exceeded our expectations and our kids (7 and 12) had an amazing time. It was also really great that whether you were at the pool or on the beach, there were always plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas for all guests at no cost. The food served in the on-site restaurant was good and they would serve hot and cold drinks poolside. The hotel is family owned and the staff are friendly and helpful with the main front of house staff speaking good English.

This is not a complaint, but just something to be aware of. This hotel is quite isolated. It is a 15 minute walk down dirt and gravel roads to a few local restaurants, and a 30 minute walk to the first proper set of bars and restaurants on the edge of town. So if you are staying here and you have children then you should plan to have a car, or to use a lot of taxis. There is a ok local bus service (15 mins walk from hotel) that we used on a number of occasions, but staying in this hotel requires you to have a good plan for your transport.

Love the fact that they had a private beach. Salted swimming pool was fantastic.

Nice place a bit out of city of Sarande. Beautiful view, private beach, swimming pool. Very hard working and friendly staff. My mom had first holidays ever and they made sure that she would feel happy here. Thank you!
