Perfect location in 2nd line from the sea. Almost new hotel finished to great standard. Spacious top floor dining area. Rooms freshly decorated. AC works great. Hotel has a bit abstracted view so opt for higher floors. Big private parking owned by the hotel meant we never had to worry about finding a place to park our car.

Breakfasts are a bit mundane. After a few days you cannot look at sausages and egg omelets. on the last day they didn't even make pancakes (just because). The fact that room card stops working 30 min before check-out time is also a bit funny...

The bed was really comfortable and the bedrest nice and modern. Our room had a really good seaview. The breakfast is nice and the view from the terrace where its served is stunning. Very clean.

Could use a trash can in the room and a toilet brush. Could also use a real closet.

The lication of the hotel is very nice, easy to find, near the sea an shops/restaurants. After 22-23 in the evening is a quiet area. Free and private parking. Big room, clean and nice sea view.

We did not like the breakfast! We stayed 6 nights and every day it was the same! Some cereals, milk, yogurt, eggs, 1 type of cheese, 1 type of ham, tomatos, cucumber and some poor quality sausages… they can do so much better with the breakfast. It’s better tot pay just the room and eat in the morning at a restaurant nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at the Seawave Hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from several grocery stores and restaurants, and only a short downhill walk to the beach. I arrived for a late check-in and was warmly greeted by name, which made me feel immediately welcome. The staff also accommodated a last-minute change to my booking dates with no hassle, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Gary, who went above and beyond during my stay. He was incredibly helpful in getting my cell phone service sorted out and always had a friendly smile. He also served up a delicious breakfast each morning and went out of his way to make fresh coffee for me one morning when I couldn’t sleep due to jet lag, even while he was still setting up. Thank you to all the wonderful people at the Seawave Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Sea Wave Hotel. Everything was perfect — the place is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and the sea view is so beautiful. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Carrie, who prepared a truly delicious breakfast for us each morning and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location — not right in the city center, but a little further along the coast, closer to the sea. It’s peaceful and quiet, away from the noise and busy nightlife of the downtown area, which we really appreciated. The view from the hotel is incredibly panoramic, and the peaceful setting made for a very relaxing experience. Thank you so much for this beautiful stay — we would gladly come back and highly recommend Sea Wave Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect spot to stay if you are visiting Ksamil. Hotel was right next to the Mango Beach and good restaurants and markets are just steps ahead. Streets are alive with people and hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. View from the hotel room is really good you can see the sea. Breakfast was delicious and there are different options to eat. You eat your breakfast at fifth floor with an amazing view. Its good to stay at Saranda and go to Ksamil for swimming.

Wonderful stay! Everything was great — very friendly and welcoming staff, cozy and clean rooms, and a stunning view from the window. Everything looked just like in the photos. Special thanks to the receptionist Garry — he was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. It could be more varied, and quite often some food items were already gone by the time we came, so the selection was very limited. But aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Everything was excellent. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was also great — the beach was less than 50 meters away, and the city center was within a 20-minute walk or just 5 minutes by car. Additionally, Gjiri i Hartës beach was only a 10-minute drive away — a must-visit spot if you're staying in Saranda. Overall, the price was absolutely worth it. I definitely recommend booking a stay at Seawave Hotel!

Very helpful and friendly staff made the stay very pleasant. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Amazing fresh breakfast served on a terrace. Perfect location if you want to travel frequently to Ksamil. Great restaurants around and Mango beach when you can spend your days. We liked our stay a lot.

Not much room for storing your clothes and there was a trash bin in the room missing. The lights on the balconies are very strong and you can’t control them which makes sitting on a balcony in the evening less enjoyable. Something to be aware of- right next to the hotel is mango beach resort where there is a loud music coming from the club every night. The windows are soundproof but if you want to keep your balcony doors open when you go to sleep it’s impossible.

We arrived at the hotel just in time for check-in. It was a smooth process, and the front desk staff led and accompanied us to show us our room and mentioned some important bits that we needed to know about the room. He then wished us a great stay and left. We booked a triple room with a balcony facing the sea. The hotel photos you see on the website are what you will expect. Modern, clean, the air-conditioning is superb 😀 and the room security is great (alarmed door). The staff were nice (Geri and his colleagues  are always willing to help and assist you with hotel needs and information around Saranda) I have to make mention of the housekeeping staff as well as they do a good job in keeping our room tidy and clean whenever we asked to have it made. The breakfast is served on the top floor (5f), overlooking the beautiful sea and surrounding areas. It's a great location to start off your day. The hotel is literally a minute or 2 walk to the beach. It's a bit far from the town itself  but there are buses up at the main road  that come on the hour and on the half hour if you don't fancy to walk. Just a few things to point out: Regarding; Safe box, it would have been okay if this was bolted into the wall and fully installed as this provides the most protection. Toilet rolls/papers. There's only one provided in a day and no spare, although you can ask easily when you need more. We are a family of 3, so I would expect 2 or more. Rubbish bins/ trash cans -there's one in the toilet, but none in the room to dispose of garbage into. So we use shopping bags to not leave rubbish lying around. Breakfast: -a few selection of food and drinks, ( but then again maybe, just maybe, these were the typical Albanian breakfast food and that, the hotel is sticking to the traditional) which we think could be easily improved. Food warmers would help keep some food at the right temperature.
