Easy parking, best coffee we had in the Balkans, Air conditioning and double glazing that coped with the 40 degrees outside. Very helpful, friendly staff. It's in a quieter area a little away from main beach of Sarande. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We booked Rozafa Palace Hotel through Booking.com based on the great reviews we saw — but the reality exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of Sarandë’s vibrant tourist area, perfectly positioned within walking or short driving distance to all the main attractions in and around the city, right in the heart of the Albanian Riviera. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a beautiful boutique hotel featuring modern, elegant architecture and thoughtfully designed interiors. The rooms are spacious, well-organized, and ergonomically built for a truly comfortable stay. The bathroom and shower are both stylish and fully equipped — ideal for an extended vacation. Each room also comes with a lovely private balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and diverse — with vegetables, a variety of cheeses, baked goods, and different styles of omelets, all prepared with great attention to detail. Initially, we booked for 5 nights but ended up extending our stay for 4 more nights — the hotel staff handled the extension seamlessly and efficiently. If we had to highlight one exceptional aspect of this hotel, it would be the owner, Mr. Rafael, and his incredible team. This is, without exaggeration, the kindest, most helpful, and warm-hearted hotel staff we’ve encountered in decades of traveling around the world. When a personal issue came up and we needed assistance, Mr. Rafael went out of his way to help us — with no hesitation and no expectation of anything in return. In summary: don’t waste time searching for other options in the area. Just book Rozafa Palace Hotel and enjoy a truly exceptional vacation surrounded by warm, genuine people who care. We had a wonderful time at Rozafa Palace hotel. The staff is very polite, welcoming, and always available to assist with any issues. They were very personable and accommodating. When we ran into issues with our airline and arrived late at the hotel past our check-in date, Rafael (the owner) was very understanding and accommodated us to ensure we stayed the amount of nights we paid for. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is fresh and includes lots of healthy options. Overall our stay here was a very pleasant one. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed at Rozafa Palace during our group trip through Albania, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Very good breakfast and the coffee was really good! The location is peaceful yet close enough to enjoy everything Sarandë has to offer. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. I had an issue with my credit card, and the team responded immediately and very professionally. I received a clear and reassuring email right away, which I really appreciated. That level of communication and care is rare and worth mentioning. A big thank you to Maria and the friendly girl at the reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name) both were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. An excellent stay in a fantastic hotel. Although is not in city centre (30 min walking), you can find near the hotel a lot of restaurants, markets, bakeries and beaches, and less confusion. The room was always extremely well cleaned, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner was capable of acclimatizing the room to the temperature we wanted very fast. The breakfast was excellent as well, with good variety of eggs, cheeses and juices. Finally the staff was very friendly, helpful and was attentive to our needs

The underground parking lot is clean and cool.. Breakfast was served to us at the table fresh tasty and rich with incredibil good fruit Erika and Adi, Young and extremely atențive to us were always helpful. I recomand thjs wonderfull hotel

Everything was perfect. The room is amazing and breakfast is delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly.

- Outstanding furniture, the rooms are very well designed and worthy. The used materials seem to be quite expensive and not only on the first view (like in other hotels). We were very impressed about the details. - The staff ist extremely friendly and always take care. Even though we were there before main season and one of a few guests they always gave their best to make our stay unforgettable! The whole staff has an outstanding view for a guest's need - The private parking lot below the hotel was perfect if you had a rental car. Very comfortable. - One day we had to leave earlier due to a diving trip. We asked for a lunch package for that day. They offered us to have the breakfast earlier instead. That was awesome handled.

- Just need to mention that it is quite far from the center. For us, however, we enjoyed that it is not that crowded there and more silenced - View could be better, but a lot of buildings are emerging around the hotel stealing more and more views as Saranda gets more famous for tourists

The hotel itself is absolutley exceptional, including cleanliness and presentation. We had a sea view room which also exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, anything you need they are happy to fulfill your needs. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. There is also under ground parking at the hotel which was great.

This newly built hotel is 5 Star! Absolutely stunning decor! Staff are extremely friendly! Cleanest hotel I have stayed in albania and for a very long time! Highly recommend!
